Called for an AC service and scheduled for today between the hours of 8-12. My husband was at work and they were calling him. So he gave me the number to call and I called three times and text the number. No one answered. So I called the office and the “manager” was extremely rude. She said they came to the door and knocked and no one was home. (My car was sitting in the driveway and my dogs would have went nuts if someone knocked) I told her she was lying and I had been home all day waiting for them. She said she had tracking on the van and it was at my house and I needed to check for a yellow ticket that they would have put in my door if we didn’t answer. That was not in my door. She kept telling me they were there but refused to give me any information with their tracking system. She then hung up on me when I told her I was going to write a bad review. I called back and asked to speak to the manager and she said that was her. Then asked if I wanted service still. I said no and she hung up on me again. I called the number that was trying to call my husband at work and he finally picked up. He said he may have went to the wrong address but they were trying to figure that out. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

My evaporative cooler needed to be replaced and I received 4 or 5 different quotes for the job. Diaz services was able to give me a very competitive quote for the work and was able to work with some additional requests. They installed a mini split and converted the evaporative cooler to a new refrigerated air unit. They took extra care and had covid protocols in place. We have Diaz Service installed a ruud package unit, reroof part of the house, elastomeric and maintain the roof and electrical panel upgrade. They finish the job professionally and pass inspection around one week.We were out of town for a conference for three days during the installation. My dog run out of the kennel and pooed all over the house. Mr. Diaz cleans some of the mass, so I did not have to do too much after the exhausted trip. We had other construction job going during the time. When the time they trash their waste, they help clean out other people’s trash as well. I am really appreciated all the extra work they have done.To sum up, we start with a detailed estimation quote and they finished the work professionally without any surprise.

They have a client in me for as long as own my home!Since the day of putting my work request in, Diaz Service have been on point. I received a call from them not even 15 minutes later to set up an appointment. Gary, was very professional and very sweet. He worked hard to get my A/C to run properly again. He explained everything to me in details I could understand. And made sure I was OK with everything he was going to do. He was even cool to my dad (who thinks he can work on everything 😆). He didn’t sugarcoat anything and was straight forward when letting me know how old and out dated my equipment was, and that if was subject to give out soon.Well, that’s just what happened a couple of days later. Been their Customer for right over a year since I had them install an Air Cool A/C. Had emergency work done this spring to my satisfaction well above my expectations, but boy they must be swimming in business because I asked the tech Gary to tell Mr. Diaz to give me a price for a new roof and a refrigerated air unit swap out and when he came back the next day to finish the job, he confirmed he had told Mr. Diaz of my request for pricing. I also mentioned it to Customer Service, Irene I believe her name is but not sure. Well, Mr. Diaz must have have so much business during this pandemic he has no time for new business. Any way, thats fine, there are billions of A/C & roofing entities here in El Paso. Maybe one of them might be willing to do business with me. I do know one thing, Diaz Services will not do my new roof & refrigerated air unit installation, but Ill continue to use them for miscellaneous side jobs till I no longer do.

Diaz Services did an exceptionally great job in replacing my two refrigeration units at my home. Within 24 hours of my call with both units down and temperatures in the 100 plus degrees Mr Diaz had us back on a very comfortable 72 degrees. Great experience. Had my unit not working great wouldnt cool my house down at all. So we called Diaz service and I spoke to owner Manny Diaz had great knowledge of what was probably wrong with unit. Had a technician come out and he check my unit out. Sure enough it was part. That he told me about and in 2 days he was able to fix my unit and help me cool my house down. We are currently renting and had a lot of questions about what we could to do to better our air flow as well as my options on financing (property management nor homeowner want to cover repair cost). Manny Diaz the owner came out personally to diagnose my hvac unit late in the evening on a Sunday he was very courteous professional and by the way he conducted himself I new right away I could trust that he was going to give me the best service and he didnt disappoint to say the least even though he wasnt able to repair my unit that day because of parts not being available he promised me that he would find the part and make me the priority on Monday morning and he did just that one of his technicians arrived at my door like promised and began to repair my unit which happened to be up in the attic small space and very hot but again the technician performed remarkably I will definitely be using Diaz service in the future Awesome Service Awesome People

Had this company turn on my cooler, they did exactly this without checking to see if maintenance is needed, like needing a water pump....as soon after they left, the cooler started leaking water like a river...stupid me for signing something in the young mans phone without seeing the document....nice gentleman but bad customer service...i felt like i just gave my money away....i will never ever call this company for service again. Now i have to pay someone else to come out to give service...Signed disatisfied customer

Worst customer service they haven’t fixed my issue after 3 visits also they take forever to come back and fix the issues which wasn’t fixed. Oh and customer service forget it one day they will tell you something next day is completely different. Stay away from this place. The issue wasn’t fixed and your staff said to contact my warranty company they sent a different company that took care of the issue. You guys wouldn’t even send the report to the warranty company. Techs won’t even take time to check unit.

I had been suffering from the El Paso heat for years dealing with my evaporative cooler. I had been shopping around for a very long time trying to switch to central cooling. I FINALLY found a great company that was not only unbelievably helpful (something not common in El Paso) but incredibly informative. 03/09/2021In February my wall mounted heating unit stopped working. So I purchased another one then contacted Diaz Services to install it. After serveral visits to uninstall the old unit, and install the new one, they found that the gas line was antiquated, not up to code and required a new gas line. They do not provide that service but did direct me to call a professional that does. They honestly went above and beyond to help me. The owner even came by my house to review the situation and point me in the right direction. Great Customer Service. 👌____________________________________________________Today June 5th I noticed that my water line to my Evap. Cooler was leaking. After 2:00pm I called Diaz Services (who has worked on my system for a couple of years now) and spoke to their Office Rep. Diana about the leak. She was right on it, within 30 minutes or less Eric and Joe were ringing my door bell. They assessed the problem and made the repairs in less than 30 minutes. This isnt the first time, Joe has come and made adjustments to my cooler, within no time flat he was done. They are respectful, knowledgeable, dependable and waist no time on repairs. When I do decide to upgrade, I will give them a call. Diana, Joe and Eric and the entire Diaz Services Team are A-#1.

Ive had refrigerated air installed and serviced by Diaz services since 2014 and they have been responsive to any question or the scheduled maintenance every time. I havent had any major issue since the system was installed but Im confident because of their past record, that if I ever do, theyll respond promptly and professionally.

In my home there are 2 disabled people. Diaz came out yesterday to turn on our air conditioner. Worked great until today. We got that special service for $240.00 that gives priority and WE NEEDED THEM TI COME IUT AGAIN for the air conditioner stopped working.. so much for priority service. If done right yesterday we would not be without air today and with a hospice patient z d a COPD/Emphysema patient we are having to SUFFER through this wind and dirt. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!! 😡
