Stopped in because my pressure sensor was going off they checked the tire and advised me that they couldnt patch it since it had already been patched 2 times and in the same area. Recommended me a new tire asked if I had warranty I advised them I did and would get in touch with Goodyear I asked them to just put it back and they did not charge me for the diagnostic or filling it back up with air and resetting my sensor. Super nice Fernando the tech was super friendly and the owner was also very kind and informative. Definitely will go back and highly recommend

The wannabe manager at this place seems to be an outsourced ex military, commanding customers in a way, only very weak people behave. Getting rude in front of other customers and mechanics. He told me to get out of his way, when he checked my pcm for inspection, which did not pass after 550$. Just disappointing and no respect for customers. He literally swept me out of the shop and didnt want to help me to fix what I had paid for. I switched to the Pendale location, because they know, what to do and what theyre talking about. Luke you need training for customer service. Nobody is responsible for your lack of communication skills. Get this job done first...

I came here because it was highly recommended BIG BIG MISTAKE!! Their great with tires yet as i found out by Mr. Its out of my hand Duke they will rip you off with no problem please dont go to them for any other service it took them 2 weeks of empty promises & having another shop actually do the over priced job i dont know how Duke smiles at you like he cares & rips you off with such ease so sad!! Very rarely do you come across a place like this. Integrity and honesty reign supreme at this unassuming shop. Not only did Duke work to bring in our repair bill down, he called to let us know that work we had ordered done was unnecessary and came in $200 under the quoted estimate. They may not be the cheapest shop around, but they are honest about their prices as well as those of their competitors. We will be bringing our two vehicles here as long as we are in El Paso and Duke is Manager!

Why is Duke a manager? Has zero respect for anyone. I overheard him tell his mechanic, dont check anything, he never buys, hes a loser, then laughed. He shouldnt talk so much or so loud. This is the reason I check my own vehicle, but thank you, wont be coming back.

Great shop very professional techs., manager very respectful and polite. Took my Nissan Pathfinder for service and they did an outstanding job.

So, David, whom did my uncles oil change and tire rotation, was talked down by the manager, Duke, stating he wasnt qualified to do brakes even though David said he went to school and had experience working on million dollar equipment at sun metro (per my uncles statement). He was ready to have his brakes done, but now has to wait another day to get a (qualified) tech to do the brakes.

The customer service here is beyond exceptional! If you ever want to get your vehicle serviced, this is the place to go. David and his team are extremely honest and will do whatever it takes to help you out. I highly recommend it here.

Screw this place. Dont go there. They tried to tell my guy that his engine was shot and that he needed a new one when it was just his coil. And for those who say their military friendly. My guy is a career warfighter in the Army. Served 20 plus years. These guys are not looking out for you.

Made me WALK 3 times to autozone and OReilly because they did not have to necessary tools to work with, why couldnt they get them themselves and make pay for it when they were done? And they had to let me go with the wrong wheel nuts so i had to go to another place to get them. This other place had to charge me another 100 dollars to make the wholes bigger because theres not a wheel nut that fits. So they also failed to make me aware that this was going to happen on top of risking my life and my tires to come out while driving.

David and his crew are true professionals and will always help you out anyway they can. Both myself and my Fiance trust them to maintain our vehicles at a fair price. Very few times in life do you find a business that you can trust and rely on like this.

Amazing customer service, we took our vehicle in to have the breaks serviced and to get new tires and instead of just taking our money they showed us that the break pads on our vehicle were still in very good shape so we only needed new tires, so that was refreshing

I’ve been here quite a few times and thought I was getting good service. Then things kept going wrong after they worked on my van. They told me I needed engine mounts and quoted me $700 per engine mount!!! Even at the Honda dealer they are only about $200 so right then I knew they were trying to rip me off. I went there for an oil change before leaving town but I will never go back for anything else. Complete rip off I’m sure they overcharged me on a quite of bit of work they previously did.

I looked for a specific tire for my pick up truck and tire pros was the only shop in town with this tire in stock. When they got to work on my truck they found that the driver side wheel hub bearing were dangerously worn I was leaving out of town that day so they stayed after hours to finish the job great job guys

I will only go here for tire support for as long as I live in El Paso. These awesome dudes helped me fix several problems that the dealership was trying to charge me hundreds of dollars to fix. The first visit in and out with 2 new tires in under 1 hour. Second visit they fixed the programming issue with the tire sensors and didnt even charge me.
