I have never experienced such bad service. Both members of my party not only inquired on pricing prior to checkout but also confirmed just to be told drastically different prices when it was time to pay. one of their responses was “the $5 up charge came from cleaning up around the nail” but the pictures ive put on this review show otherwise even though cleanup should never be an additional cost. other than that, a few of the workers were very impatient and unfriendly the whole time and were adamant about us adding extra services. this was an uncomfortable experience and i would not recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve used this spa numerous times before and I’ve never needed a reservation. Sign says “Walk-ins Welcome”. A lady came and asked what I wanted; I said mani/pedi. She then said I would need to come back tomorrow. If busy, she could’ve said to come back at later, but she didn’t. I went to another spa close by. Out of curiosity, I called the spa and asked if I could make an appt. to come in today. Lo and behold, they could see me at 6:00 the same day. Seems they have gotten “highfalutin”, and really don’t need the business, since I was last there. They had invited me to play a fun game, in which I won $10.00. Dissaponting.

In the time I’ve been in there they treat me less just cause I’m not white… I’m a big tipper but I didn’t not leave tip! They rushed my nails and Ruined them..

Had dip and tip fill completely came off in 3 days. Thought maybe from washing hands to often. Came back within on week ask for Rose since she done them before and didn’t come off for 3 weeks. Asked for Rose gave me another tech? (Maybe language barrier??) Took her an hour and 1/2 no tips wrong color and my nails filed so close to the wick they were sore,bleeding and splitting so bad. Had been using them for years. Paid $85 within 2 weeks time. Never coming back!

Their website offered a $25 classic pedicure, but when I went to the salon I was only offered the $36 deluxe pedicure or higher option. I was there for 1 hour 47 minutes and had a pedicure and an eyebrow/mustache wax. I was waiting for a dip nail polish for my finger nails, but it seems some of the ladies only perform particular jobs. After almost 2 hours and still not having everything complete I paid and left. I feel the ladies did a good job with waxing and pedicure, but it would help if everyone knew how to perform multiple jobs.

Did not shape my nails very well and left a mess. Cut my pinky with the nail file and didnt listen to what I wanted

Manicure was done well but not polish. Didn’t completely cover nail and layers show. Looks like a child did it. This was done with pillow on lap while I was getting pedicure.

Went there for the first time. Relaxing atmosphere. Quiet. The nail lady did a very meticulous job. Will return. Kay is amazing!

This was my first visit and we had an appointment set for an hour before closing. However, the wonderful staff did not rush us through any of the requested services and even stayed late to give us the highest quality service. We will definitely be returning.

The costumer service is great. Susan helped me find the perfect fit for my nails she was nice and gave me many complements. All the staff made me feel welcomed and I left with my hands and fingers looking great.

Tony at Majesty is awesome! I can always count on him to do a fantastic job on my dip manicure. (And Im very picky!) I have also been to Susan and Vivian and both are great. My daughter loves Susan, shes so sweet. Everyone is super friendly and their membership program saves me a lot of money, especially since I get my nails done every 3 weeks or so. Give Majesty a try!

Went to Majestic for the first time to get my nails done and completely loved everyones customer service. I got my nails Done by Lee and she was so Awesome, very attentive with great customer service.She paid lots of attention to the details and design I wanted, which we all can agree not alot of nail tech do.. !( She As it 🤗 ) I walked out loving my nails.Majestic u won me over as a customer, would Def. Took my wife and kids here for a couple of times, they all love it. I am glad. Got myself a can Coors light. The kids enjoy their soda and snacks. we have relaxing time. I recommend a membership deal type since my family will use this nail salon as our place to go every other week.

Went for a gel nail refill and pedicure. Both came out great. They were super busy and they were doing their best to keep everyone happy. I will go back but not on a sat. Dont like the waiting area, too small and closed off.People working there are very nice.

As an on the back side of mid life male this was a 1st for me. I didnt get long nails or have them dipped. Just got a pedicure and manicure. Dont know why I waited so long. Great facilities and Susan did an excellent job. She sold me on a return visit.

Honest review, this place is either a hit or miss, you can see in other reviews people love it or hate. And that depends on who you get and how much theyre willing to do. I wont go back again, I got a pedicure and you can see where the clear coat didnt reach, paint already chipped off and my nails arent even. Disappointing because the staff is nice but you have to really look at what theyre doing to get what you want and point out the mistakes. Honestly its a gamble.

Love getting pedicures here. Once you go, you get your own box of files and things that only get used on your feet. All the ladies are nice and thorough, and always do an awesome job.

Today’s experience was awful and I will never return again! I got there and the chair wasn’t working - she had already started my pedicure. So I had to move chairs. I got dip on my nails and they are so choppy/uneven + I have paint all over the ends of my fingers that she half way took off after I asked twice. The state inspector came in while I was there and they got tagged for unsterile utensils, sanitized brushes not covered, uncleaned nail files etc. It looks fancy & nice but I’ll never be there again! Also, she asked me if I wanted my brows waxed. I said sure. But after the state inspector walked in she told me, “come back to get your eyebrows waxed. The girl that does them just left and I didn’t know.” It was CRAZY seeing them spy around the corner of the room trying to see what the inspector was looking at. They looked like deer in headlights. Very disappointed. Don’t waste your money.

I have been served by 3 different technicians and they all was doing great jobs. The manager helped me get the color I like. Beautiful inside. Would recommend.

Super clean nail salon. My boyfriend and I tried Majesty yesterday and we love the place. They are a little bit under staff, but handles the traffic very well and professional. The manager told me there are more techs are on the hiring process, so I guess wait time is going to improve.

Have been to this nail salon several times (every two weeks) with my close friend. It’s our girl time. Had a dip manicure that the clear coat started pealing one day after I got them done. Went in the next day and they fixed it no problem. Went today and my friend got an ombré dip and was quoted 40$. When we went to check out they told her it would be 50$. When I said that was not what she was quoted because if it was she would not have gotten it done they just kept saying it’s always 50$. They refused to change the price unless the nail tech that miss quoted the price would pay the ten dollar difference. Then the same day her 50$ manicure started cracking!!! Such a shame because we have had good service in the past and now they have lost two regular customers over 10$. I would not recommend this salon to anyone if that is the type of customer service they are going to provide to their customers.

Very beautiful and busy salon. It is very close to home that why I chose this salon for my manicure and pedicure. Prices are affordable. I wish they have more nail tech so waiting time can be reduce. I have to wait more than 20 minutes to get service. Ill book ahead for next service, really dont want to wait that long. Sushi bar next door, so.

I had a horrible time here. The staff were extremely rude. When I asked for shape/colors (coffin shape and the nails pink with glitter) the technician said that my nails would look “ugly.” Never in my life has someone told me, maybe it would’ve looked ugly to him but I honestly thought it would’ve looked nice. I would be very wary of this place because some reviews gave it a lot of praise but I hated it. I do not think I will ever go back.

Sorry Majesty Nail Salon, but yall have to get it together. I came in, paid $35 for powder dip. They did not use a base coat and did not dip the tip the first time before dipping the entire nail on 2nd and 3rd time for added strength. Needless to say they cracked within a week. Went back expecting them to fix the nail for free. They charged me $5 which I paid, but didnt leave a tip. When the nail cracked again TWO days later, I went back again and told them to take the powder off and explained what happened. They took it off (mostly) and didnt bother giving me lotion for my dry hands, but instead tried to charge me ANOTHER $10 for taking it off stating removal is only free with a new nail service! What in the world guys? You dont get paid more to correct a bad job! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. In other news, most salons offer free removal as long as the work was done there to start with. I explained why I wouldnt pay them and left irritated. Wont go back.

Susan and Tony are great! My only issue would be with the manager and her lack of effort to communicate with customers. I received a gel manicure and three days later my nails were already peeling off and it just was not a great experience with the lady that did my nails. I came in today to get my nails fixed and she did not talk to me once. Susan and Tony attended me and did a fantastic job!I paid for another full price gel manicure and the managers just avoided me. I’m not one to cause a commotion and just paid for it, but it is very disappointing that a manager would ignore a customer that was not satisfied with work done there.

This review is from Marilyn Holznagel. The first visit was great and I signed up for the one year membership at $89, but in reality you are paying for your own discount of 20% in advance. My second visit for pedicure and manicure went smooth the only problem is the dip began chipping off on the 4th day and 2 days later I made it to the salon and by that time I had 4 nails that has popped off. They were fixed on Thursday and then Friday I went back again and then again on Sunday, by one week I had lost 8 nail dips. The worst experience.... because on Sunday with 3 chipped nails no one could work on me. I ask for a refund of the membership and was told it was non-refundable. In 25 years of having my nails done, I have never had an experience such as this one.

Terrible customer service. We planned a sister night because we rarely see each other, made a 6:15 apt. When we got there, they didnt have enough people for us to get all of our nails done at the same time even though we made an apt. (It wasnt even busy) One sister ended up not being able to get her nails done because of it. All the lady said was sorry and did nothing to make up for it. Massage pedicure chair was stiff and just vibrated. My nail techs cell phone kept going off so it wasnt very relaxing. It was a mediocre pedicure. My sisters and I wont be going back. Spend your money somewhere else. Looks like a nice place but was very disappointing.

This is my second time here and am extremely pleased. They did my mani and pedi in the massage chair so I got to relax for over an hour. They also have us a teacher discount and military discount! I will definitely be returning for a third visit!

I would give them no stars if I could! My experience here was horrible I was there for 3 hours just to get my nails done. There were so many people that came after me that left at least an hour before me. Also the time I spent there I had THREE different people come and go from doing my nails. All of this just for ONE MANICURE. They were VERY unprofessional, and I WILL NOT be going back!

This place is a bit ridiculous on charging you for every little thing. Got a full set $25 then they charged me an extra $15 for long nails, which by the way are normal length; my real nail length. Next another $15 to do ombre. I do not want to pay over the top because you have an overhead to cover, being in Edmond and all. Ill just go back to my usual spot where I know they are not trying to nickle and dime their customersTeenagers... If going there alone beware. They will try to get over.

Just moved up this way and needed to find a close by nail salon. Gave Majesty nail a try and will definitely come back. I came in on a Sunday and Hien was my nail tech. There was no wait and She was very thorough and took her time with my mani and pedi. I definitely recommend.

I got dip on my nails the other day and I have already had 3 nails fall off, 3 chips, and 1 crack. I had my toes painted as well, and my toe nail polish has already chipped on multiple toe nails. I will not be going back to majesty.

Had mani & pedi. Terrible on both! The manicureist did not know how to do “dip”nails. ALL the nails broke off within a week. (Usually they last 3). Pedi- same tech did pedi. Not good even after telling her what to do.

This place is gorgeous! The pedicure I received here was good. What I did not like was the service I received when it came to my nails. I wear my natural nails, I always get a gel manicure. I was trying this place out because my usual nail tech is on vacation. I specifically told John that I have fine nails so i prefer that they not use drills and accessive filing on my nails. He did it anyway. When it came to the gel polish, I made him aware that I like several coats on my nails because it helps my nails not to chip or break and knowing that he had already weakened them by drilling them, when I asked him not to, I made it a point to let him know this. He agreed to do the extra coats but then didnt do them. When I asked him why didnt he do them, he saif it would make my nails too thick. To which I replied, I know, thats the point. Needless to say, he didnt do it. I paid $85 including tip for this service that was not done to my liking. Saturday when I was putting my sons toy back together, my thumb nail cracked. I was so upset because I knew this would happen and it hadnt even been a week. While I was at work I started to closely examine my nails and notice that SEVERAL of them had hairline cracks. To prevent them from breaking in wjat eas sure to be a painful place, i cut them. I called John today and told him what happened. Ge tild me to come in, so I did. When I got Majesty, John thought it would be fair that I should pay him an additional $20 to fix my nails. I said absolutely not. Had he done the service the way i originally asked him to, this would have never happened. I politely got up and left once he said that that was all he could do. I am VERY displeased with the customer service I received at Majesty Nail & Spa and I WILL NOT be returning. I spoke at legnth with John about the recent passing of my mother and how my nails reminded me of hers, now they are ruined and I really could cry. Now i have to grow them back all over again.
