Excellent pedicure, my feet felt so good afterward. Theyve done everything its possible to do to follow Covid precautions, and I felt completely safe there. My feet lol great!

I **ADORE** this place!!!All the ladies are so sweet and welcoming every time Ive gone in there. They all work so hard to make sure youre taken care of as quickly as possible and they do everything they can to make sure youre happy with your service. 💕

The staff always does such a great job. They are very friendly it is a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

The only place I personally feel comfortable with the services. My last visit I was not happy with the service only because the girl was way too rough when working on my hands!!!

I’ve been here once before and enjoyed the way they did my nails so I decided to try them again. The nail tech was very polite, unfortunately she was very rushed with everything she did. I think it was because I was just a walk in and her next appointment came in maybe the last 20 minutes of her doing my nails. In the end I didn’t have time to look over my nails and ended up paying $50 for a lumpy, uneven, and streaky set. I don’t think walk in or appointment should change the quality you give to your customer, especially if they’re the ones who agreed to take the walk in.

ANNA was great to me! Went to another place before n while getting a pedi with my girlfriend the gave me, what looked like road rash on the side of my feet from scrubbing to deep into them so I couldnt wear shoes for a day or so. Very scared, this time around but the environment with great their professionalism made me feel at ease!!! We for sure shall be returning customers!!!! MUST COME N SEE FOR URSELF

Amazing salon with so much talent!!! My best friend and I came in to get some really complex nails for our Disneyland trip and Leanne did them on a time limit under pressure. They look incredible. We also got pedicures that felt great and relaxing. We will definitely be coming back!

The place was clean and nice from the inside but the way they did the nails was horrible.They don’t know how to paint your nails properly and don’t clean / take off the cuticles correctly.My mom went in and they had pretty good service.When she went to get her pedicure they didn’t even check the water and it was burning hot.They moved my mom for getting her pedicure to get her manicure but they didn’t even put sandals on her (she brought her own). She was walking around with no sandals and she can honestly catch something.The service was good but there nail techniques truly weren’t.

Good place but an appointment is almost a must. Walk-ins can be hit or miss but they do a good job.

These people are amazing and dont overbook. Perfect place to go if you have an appointment. They always try to fit you in but no promises. First place Ive gone that cares more about you than $$.

This was a last minute walk in decision for me and I will be a return customer. Anna did the pamper pedicure and it was fantastic!! Great prices and an ever better massage, scrub, hot stones, and more. I left feeling very relaxed and satisfied! Thank you!

My first time there, and I am pleasantly impressed by the way my nails turned out. Lati did my manicure and my pedicure. She did exactly as I asked and more. She was polite, respectful and patient with me. 🤔As a matter of fact, all the Ladies working at 👑Royal Nails were very polite. AND, they ALL spoke English 😁👍👍.Theres plenty of free parking in the lot. Reservations suggested.😎Now go try it for yourself... Treat yourself to a little kindness and let them pamper you ☺😊😉.

The pedicures here are good but if you want a full set etc. I suggest you call to make an appointment. I walked in for a full set and was turned away because the 1 lady that does full sets was booked.

I walked into the salon (it was 10:30 a.m.) and the woman at the front table asked me what I would like to get done, I told her I would like to get my nails removed and she replied, “we don’t have time for that right now.” What kind of company doesn’t have time to service a customer? I wasn’t asking for anything crazy or out of the ordinary, I just wanted my false nails removed. Very rude and unprofessional.

Never have to wait very long if youre a walk-in. Great job with several levels of care. Very thorough and attentive to detail. Pedi lasts nicely til the next.As of 8/2017, you now have to make appointments--a fact they forgot to mention when I called one day to see how late they were open. I showed up 2 hours before closing, enough time--but was told they were booked for the rest of the day, come back tomorrow. No mention of appointments being needed. Ive been a drop-in for the past 3 years. Showed up the next day to be asked if I had an appointment and when I said No, told me they couldnt take me.Something could have and should have been said with the phone call or 1st time I came in. Soo disappointed! I wish them well.

Worst place ever they left my nails all crusty, and they still charged me. As soon as I walked out of the salon the polish came off and when they tried to fix it ;however, they made it worse!!

I went in for a pedi, service was awmose. I didnt have an appointment and I only waited about 5min. Would totally recommend, they actually massage your feet not like other places Ive been to.

The color quality was horrible, had to get them redone for another color, one nail was shorter than all the rest, uneven nails, and bad service. I felt rushed, they didnt take their time & shuffled me between 3 different nail techs... Never again. Spend your money somewhere else. I wouldnt recommend

Very rude stuck up women working here. I had a noon appointment and when I showed up at 11:45 I was told they didn’t have time and then was asked to leave. They said I wasn’t allowed to wait. Very rude and humiliating in front of other customers

Very clean. Staff were friendly. Open on Sunday. The only negative is that my full set took 1.5 hours, which I thought was too long and unless you pay in cash, they charge an extra 4% on top.
