When I arrived at this salon, I was greeted by friendly staff. The girls are really very nice and nice! But the quality of work leaves much to be desired! Sloppy edges with drops of varnish outside, there are not enough layers of varnish on the legs, in some places the nails show through and stains are visible! I made a gel polish on my hands, and a corner of one nail peeled off the next day! Only a week has passed, and I have already chipped off the varnish on three nails, and also not even and not neat application! Im upset! I will give it 3 stars just because the staff were very caring!

Had a 6pm appointment for my daughters and I before our trip. We walked in to every nail tech occupied and was told to wait at least a half hour. No thanks. There’s a reason I made an appointment. Won’t return.

This was my first time coming to this nail salon. When you walk in first you sanitize your hands, fill out a questionnaire regarding covid-19 symptoms and recent exposure along with your information for contact tracing purposes. Then your temperature is taken and youre led to a seat which were appropriately distanced from the other seats. I showed the nail technician a picture of a nail design and she did exactly what I showed her! Grace was her name and she was very attentive to the shape that I wanted. Cant wait to come back in a few weeks!

Big and clean space. The ladies here are extremely nice and work very efficiently. I came by a few times in the middle of the weekday and they did my mani/pedi at the same time which I love because I don’t want to spend my whole day doing my nails! Gel doesn’t last as well as some of the other places I’ve been to, but it’s decent enough that I will definitely be coming back. Please note, they don’t have a parking lot. Just some street parking. I always found a spot in the middle of the day on a weekday, but don’t know how it is on the weekend.

Ive always had an amazing experience at Beauty Factory. I decided this is the salon to get my wedding nails, and they did not disappoint! I showed a picture to my manicurist, and my nails not only looked exactly like to photo, but they lasted throughout my week-long destination wedding! The photos speak for themselves: Day 1 and Day 8!

Amazing service! Everyone was so nice here and they have a great color selection. I was here to get a gel mani/ pedi for my intimate wedding on Friday. Super easy to make an appointment. They sterilized everything after use, wiped chairs and the heat thing. They also had the plastic bag wrap for the pedicure chair which I appreciate. I saw they also do nail art which I definitely want to try. Would come back for sure! (Side street parking but there is municipal parking lot literally a 3 min walk down the street by whole foods)

Wonderful salon that values it customers. Was tired of going to nail places and feeling as if they were doing me a favor by doing my nails even though I was paying. The place is clean and the atmosphere is relaxed. You leave feeling pampered. Everyone is super friendly and the nails always look great! Definitely worth a visit...make the switch! So glad I did.

The best gel manicures! Super clean, reasonable prices. I’ve gone twice now and they never chip or start peeling off even after 3 weeks. I wash my hands constantly for work so I know these definitely hold up.

My wife recently tried out the place since it just opened. Despite her skeptical mind about a newly open no reputation place, she was very impressed and pleased with their awesome service and professional workmanship. Definitely recommend to others and this place is going to be her favorite beauty salon for sure!!! Keep up the great work!!!

First id like to start off by saying this place is clean and the technicians are nice and respectful. The issue I have is that they are overpriced for the quality of work they provide. I was at the shop today and was charged $300 for two pedicures and two full sets. I dont mind paying whatever the price is if the work is up to par but as you can see the work is basic and definitely not worth $300 bucks. The shaping was done terribly and uneven. Who charges $300 for nails with no designs, stones or anything? Id avoid this place if youre getting anything other than a mani & pedi.

The place is very clean and cute. The owner and employees are polite and friendly. However, my gel polish manicure started chipping after about a week, eventhough I was taking good care of my hands. The prices are on the high end, which doesnt make it very affordable.

I walked by the Chase bank along side of River Road and noticed this little gem. I walked in today in the morning. Since it was Monday morning, the store seemed pretty calm. I found out they just had their grand opening 2 days ago. New management and newly renovated place is so welcoming. I got a french gel mani and a regular pedi. They really took their time to take care of me which I LOVE. They offer you small snacks and drinks while you enjoy the services. Currently, they have a grand opening specials so the pricing is very affordable. Make a visit and treat yourself! I hope this place stays around! Will be back soon for another round of me-time!

I received gel nails on saturday and two fingers chipped that night... I was a bit annoyed since i do not live close by... I called to ask if they can fix it and the lady who answered the phone was very nice about it. I will update my review after getting the re-do.
