Kay is amazing!! She truly knows how to keep a customer for life. She understands the hair texture and needs and is extremely warm and amiable. Thank you Kay!!
Worst hair lighting experience. Dont go there. Hair is ruined. Will take months to repair. Very bad job.
Great place with wonderful people! My go-to for amazing nails!
This salon is the best! They treat you with the utmost respect and pay attention to every detail. You get what you pay for and I couldnt ask for a better salon to make friends :)
This place is amazing i always go to ken to get my hair done and i am never disappointed with how i look after.
The service is very welcoming but the stylist not too good I show her the hairstyle and came out has nothing looks like and my hair was very long supposed easy to cut in the style now it’s messy and short I have to try tied up with no style at all
Would not serve me because I was man who wanted a gel manicure ...Expressed they only served women .....Didn’t know money had a gender ....Deplorable
I went to a beauty salon for the first time in the United States. I write down what I need for reference because Japanese people do not have word of mouth. I was patient with the poor call appointment, but I was able to finally make a phone call with a friend who told me Japanese was OK. They are all Japanese. I had a 6-year visit to the United States. Im worried that my hair is too hard, but I was reassured that I was advised to give advice immediately before telling me. $ 200 + TIP for cuts, colors, and treatments (about 20% cash on tip only). Some people say it is expensive, but I think it is different for each person. Another friend said that the color agent had stained, but I was fine. It seems that all color treatments are Japanese, and treatments use Milbon. The finish was very satisfying and I wish I had gone to a hairdresser for the first time in six months!
