Lin does a good job but piss poor customer service. Charged for cracked dip powder after 4 days, Ive been doing this for about 5 years and it is always fixed if nail breaks within 5-7 days. Her response was to take care of my nails better. Ive been a customer for over a year, sometimes spending $100+ every 2 weeks and recommending to friends and family, very disappointing

Great service! Ive been looking for a new nail salon in the area and they are awesome! The salon is very clean and I was able to get a same day appointment! Prices were average for this area and my powder manicure was perfect!

People who gave one star probably had a bad isolated experience. I can say that this place has the best quality of dip powder,and I wash with my hands a lit and it really stays for 2 weeks,every time I do it. Also,really clean and good staff. Nothing to complain about. If you wait longer,big deal,happens to all places,and only means the place is good and popular.

Edit: I dont know if it was what I did, but one of my nails chipped after only 1 week of having them done. And I noticed that the dip powder looked thinner compared to my regular salon.I went there for the first time on Sunday because I needed to get a dip powder manicure done. I made an appointment prior to getting there and I was taken right away. The woman who did my nails took her time and I would say she did a good job. My only issue was that the ac was not on and it was unseasonably warm the day that I went.

First time I was as this nail salon - the technicians are sweet, and did amazing work. Nobel Nails has lots or customization options and nail art, which I why I came here to get my nails done. Definitely would recommend!

One of the employers is really roud. I tried to do my nails and I was explaining to her I was in rush, she just treated me really bad, she couldnt even looked me while I was talking to her. And she started talking in another language with one of the others coworkers.We go to the nails salon to relax, not to being treated like this for no reason at all.They must learn how to deal with clients.NOT RECOMMENDED.

Amazing service! The prices are reasonable given the fact that it is in Edgewater where everything is jacked up in prices. The stylist are very skilled and nice.

Dip powder nails don’t stay over 2 weeks and salon charged $5 per nail to fix the nails that fell off. I was a client for a while, but will not be coming back

The first time I went to this nail salon with my friend, I was very disappointed. We came in to get pedicures and usually we go to a different spot but it was closed that day so we came to Nobel nails spa because it was the closest. I liked that there was no wait but our visit was a bit quick. I know how to do my own nails very well but I go to the salon because I like to relax and get the massages and what not. Well this pedi was super quick, they didnt even buffer the bottom of my feet properly. She did it really soft and I even told her to do it harder and she didnt even make the effort. When our pedi was done, my friend said that she didnt like her visit either.I would of rated them a 3 star back then.Fast forward to last week. I came again because my regular place was closed. I said hmm, maybe they just had a bad day. Ill give them another chanceWell, this time was even worse. My pedi lasted about 15 min. She gave me a 2 min massage. Barely buffered the bottom of my feet. It was just all awful. She didnt even cut my nails evenly.I will never come back to this place!
