They close whenever they feel like it, so DO NOT go by the hours listed on their Google page, instead call them and make sure they are open. That is if they even bother to answer the phone. Three times this place has been closed leaving me unable to cash my check, thus no money for the day. Once used up my gas coming here to cash a check, they were closed despite it only being 515pm and I was stranded with no gas, no money to get home. The automatic response negative reviews get are laughable because no one even bothers to change anything or better their so called business . The Payomatic in the Coram location is usually the same exact way. Their employee close up and leave whatever time they please too!

If I can give them zero stars I would, terrible slow place with only 1 person working at turtle speed. As well they ask way too much personal info just to cash a check. Go to the check cashing place in Shirley!!!

I’ve grown to hate this place online it states they close at 9 but i show up at 7 and they are closed this has happened multiple times to me and i’m growing to get sick of it i’ve called corporate and still nothing if you call the phone almost all the time it will state they are closed

They literally don’t know what they are doing, they will make you wait hours, I don’t know how they got the job but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

They either close and open whenever they want, or the times of operation online aren’t right. That mixed with being asked for part of my check by some guy standing outside every time I leave, definitely a one star spot.

Ive been coming here most of 2020 now when another local check cashing went sporadic with hours and running out of money often. Other than one time not being open when they should have been, pretty dependable here. Only one teller seems to be the norm, not too bad unless theres a line of more than 5 people or so. The worst is when a customer does 6 transactions that take too long while there is a line!!! There should be a limit, then get back on line for more! Sometimes it may seem like the teller is slow, but keep in mind they are handling money, very easy to make a mistake when busy.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I go to the Shirley check cash and never have as much as a hard time as medford.. I waited an hour where people are not social distancing and a line of 20 people out the door.. Everytime I am here only one person at counter!!! & please dont respond back unless you will actually do something to fix this.

*** ***CAUTION*** *** Whoever runs this companys verification side, are TOTALLY CLUELESS AND UNINTELLIGENT. For this to be the only check cashing place opened 24 hours locally is a disgrace. NOT ONLY am I the owner of the business with which I wrote the check out for someon2, BUT I AM THW SOLE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY 100% OWNERSHIP.THE STORY:The guy who I wrote this check out to was for a Trailer for $3,500. In the memo i wrote for trailer. When he went to this place to cash the check, I drove him, just incase any issues arise. Well it did. First them needed to call this business to verify the check was written out legitimately. Bu4 firet she called a guy named Mike or something like that, and he told the receptionist that he needed a bill of sale for the trailer. So my guy came to the truck and go4 the bill or sale. When they got u4, they said, NOPE! THE BILL OF SALE WAS HAND WRITTEN WHICH THE VERIFICATION GUU MIKE SAID IT WASNT ENOUGH VERIFICATION. SO MY GUY CASHING THIS CHECK SAID THATS FINE. YOU CAN CALL THE COMPANY LIKE YOU WANTED ORIGINALLY. Well, I never even got an attempt for them calling my office. (Because all my calls are transferred from the office to my secretary and if she doesnt answer in 3 rings, it comes to my cell.) So the lady came back and said the verification guy said dont even try to call, just deny service to us for NO LEGITIMATE REASON. When we asked WHY? Tell us why so we can fix this. They said they cant verify that the owner of the business wrote this check. I WAS LIKE, THANK GOD I CAME WITH HIM. So I walked in and told them who I was, I showed them my DRIVERS LICENSE, MY COMPANY BUSINESS LICENSE THAT HAS THE SAME NAME, AND I SHOWED THEM MY DEBIT CARD OF THE CHECKING ACCOUNT TO WHERE THE CHECK IS BEING WITHDRAWED FROM. THE TELLER TOLD ME NO, BUT SHE EVEN ATTEMPTED TO PUSH IT THRU BEVAUXE HOW MUCH VERIFICATION DO YOU NEED. The other verification department told the teller if mike said no, just deny service. HOW DUMB, ILLITERATE & STUPID could this business be. Well we came back 4 hours later for a different teller to put it they first, but had to call that dumb verification department to confirm to cash, well the computer system went down for 30 minutes, we waited the whole time to w DENIED YET AGAIN. NOW MY CUSTOMER HAS TO WAIT ANOTHER DAY EVEN THOUHH HE IS STRESSED BEYOND BELIEF THAT HE WILL BE HOMELESS ID I DONT GET HIM A SPOT TO LIVE UNTIL HIS HOUSE IS DONE BEING REMODELED. THAT CHEXK NEEDED TO GO THROUGH, BUT NOW IOOK HORRIBLE BECAUSE OF THIS DUMB CASH CHECKING PLACE. THEY NEED TO AHUT THAT GARBAGE PLACE DOWN, OR OPEN AN IDENTICAL PLACE RIGHT NEXT DOOR AND FORCE THEM TO SHUT THAT PLACE DOWN!

I went there at 9pm tonight and they saved me from cashing a phony check when I was selling my car on craigslist after I told them it was getting shipped to CA. The woman ran the check through and called her supervisor and said not to cash it
