So I went there yesterday after having done my whole set of nails simply to get gel nail Polish put on As I saw on the board that even gel manicure was $18 I said OK had it done she did not put a bonder on she did not put a base coat on she just went on with the Polish (Im a cosmetologist, just didnt want to pull all my nail stuff out) then at the end they charged me $25 when even the lady said 20 worst place in town dont ever go and I never give bad reviews!!! P.S. the pic is THE NEXT DAY, guess what STILL had to pull the nail stuff out!! 2nd pic is later the same day

My daughter got our nails done real good

I took my daughters here to get their nails done. It was the most unprofessional place we have been. The owners were so rude. My daughters nails came out awful. They treated her like they simply didn’t care because she’s a teenager. She got a gel manicure and the polish was all over the cuticles. When I said something about them looking bad they got such an attitude. The man snatched out the chair and told her to sit down. I refused to let them “fix” them. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Havent had a pedicure or manicure in over a year. I recently moved to Edgewater and saw this place in the Publix plaza. WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE EVER! The pedicure was literally 15 minutes. Cold water for the manicure. When she told me to wash my hands I almost threw up at how dirty this place is. It looked liked the Barbisol jars had been there forever, dirt and dust all over. Really disgusting. She didnt use use a base coat on my nails, and that nigh half of the nail polish had already flaked off.

I had a pedicure done and they have no artistic capabilities on freehanded painting on nails.....they strictly do the basics....Very Vanilla! Lol

I have been going to Premier Nails for over 18 years! They are always very friendly, kind and I don’t think their prices have gone up since I have been going there for at least the whole time I’ve been going there!! They have great relaxing massage chairs and sterilize everything appropriately and I love to see their smiling happy faces! I’ve watched their son grow up! Love this place ❤️Donia DeWees

I love this nail salon!! Each time I come I get great service, excellent work and its so relaxing!! They have been doing my nails for over 8 years and each time I go somewhere elses I always end up unhappy and coming back to have them fixed. They never complain and make me happy. Whats really great is they always ask about my family and my life and they know all of our names and keep up with the ongoing s . Truly great business

The shop is dirty! Only the 2 of them there, so if it gets busy you are rushed through your service! My nails look horrible! They dont paint the whole nail and when you ask them to they get nasty with you! Ive been going here for about 2 years because its close to home. Never again!

I only came to this nail salon once because my normal salon isn’t open on tuesdays and I was desperate. Terrible experience . First of all as soon as you walk in the smell is disgusting . Smells like animals roam the place, but I just chalked it up to renovations because that’s what it looks like is going on in there. The woman barely removed all of my polish before she started to fill my nails. After the acrylic was on she filed n buffed then for about 3 second on each nail & proceed to tell me to sit in a chair for my eyebrow wax ... I’m like what ?? She literally had me sit in a rolling chair and had me lean backwards .. didn’t ask any questions and just went to waxing .. the wax was so hot I could Literally feel it burning me . She then tells me sit for my pedicure . I get In the chair and peek over behind the other pedicure chairs and see nothing but dirt and dust behind the chairs . I wanted To cry I was So frustrated . She came over put the water on and painted my nails while I was Sitting in the pedicure chair ....... terrible paint job .. paint all over my cuticles and she never came back and cleaned it up just left it . The massage chair literally had no buttons on the remote and only worked on one setting . My pedicure lasted for 5 minutes and she painted my toes and told me to sit in the pedicure chair until they dried . I got Up paid my bill n left . Worst salon experience I’ve ever had in my life .

The most rushed pedicure I have ever had! The place is in desperate need of an upgrade from spa chairs, to nail polish selection...not to mention the nail tech was on her phone the majority of the service. Never will I ever go back.

If you want to get gel coat manicure, dont go here!!I went to get one done here and the Gel polish bubbled. I came back same day to get fixed.(This was a Friday.) The nails they fixed the polish cracked. I couldnt get there to fix for four days because I work long weekend hours. I got those nails repaired ( Tuesday) then during that week they lifted, peeled and chipped.When I returned to get them fixed at the end of week (Friday). They told me Id have to pay for them to get fixed. I told them I really didnt want to leave a negative review and I wasnt going to pay for a bad nail polish. They laughed at me and told me that they had to pay rent and if they fixed it that day, that Id be there the next week wanting it again.It saddens me because I thought I had a good salon to go to that backed their work and product. All I wanted was a gel coat manicure that was done right. I spent $40 during that time which includes tip and I got a shoddy job. Im now shopping around for a salon.

I came in for a gel manicure on Monday before Thanksgiving, today is Saturday after Thanksgiving and all my polish has pulled off. I am out of town so i am unable to go in and have them fixed (even though i dont think I want to)

I went here to get a french manicure. Within two days they were starting to separate from my real nail. And after only having them for 4 days, one popped off, and i didnt put that much pressure on it. I wont be going back!
