I have a monthly account with Goo Goo and there was something wrong with my account. The employee on the clock, Brandon, and the store manager Gerry were both extremely helpful and friendly. This is a great location and I’m lucky to live near by. Couldn’t recommend enough!

The gentleman and young lady who was there the day I came through and purchased the unlimited membership were very courteous and beneficial. I use those words because, they didnt show any lack of caring for my service as an individual. Ive purchased a MANY of memberships over the last few years. Ive always lived in Mobile or Pensacola when having the memberships. Ive not found a site that took pride in the service they offer, quite like the service I receive from this location. I understand when you have the younger generation offering service, they have a tendency to be a little less caring. That could be due to a number of things. I didnt experience that with the young lady and 2 gentlemen at this location on the day I came through. Beung that I was pretty close to 100% satisfaction, I came to my mothers and told her of my experience and that she should start using this location. I was also given (2)future car washings for free and a wash that gives 50% off. I was impressed. I gave those to my mother and to another friend. I hope the rest of the employees there give the same excellent service to my mother, friends, and myself, that I received that day. If so, I will continue my use of your service and pass the experience on to the next. I know that most all people enjoy having clean and nice looking cars. my family and myself are in that group. As long as your establishment continues to offer great service, your location will continue to grow as well as your bank. Thank you. The reason I didnt give 5stars was because, I had been bombed by the pigeons over night, the 2 gentlemen who pre-washed with brushes, scrubbed to try and remove droppings but I got home and still had outlines. I didnt have time to come back and run through again at the time. I will be back by end of week. Hopefully I will have 100% satisfaction with the outcome. You do have a great group of employees working there that Ive come across so far. Im sure they all will be of satisfactory service, especially if the one who hires will keep a certain criteria that each employee must attain in order to be a part of your Co. Family...

This used to be the best car wash on this end of town. Its still pretty good, even though its currently closed to update it and make repairs. The wash was good but normally the car didnt get completely clean. The staff did a good job of scrubbing the front before you enter the wash. It was kind of a nightmare to get into because the space was limited at the machines and it would get backed up. Also they arent open on Sunday. Thats why a lot of people use Richs now.

Run down location. The equipment is in disrepair and tore a piece of trim off my car. When I asked the manager for assistance, he said I will call you. I made efforts to get assistance once more and gave up. The vacuums do not work well either. I DO NOT recommend this location.

I shopped around for a monthly plan. I chose goo goo because they do a little pre wash before going thru the washer, and they wash my rubber mats for me. The other place, richs, would not. I do hate I didnt sign up when it was $20/month.

Always a problem being checked in and a very poor quality wash.I’m being charged again this month for service I have not used and cannot make contact with anyone for a refund or to stop this charge.

Its always good results after the wash. I usually get the Works Wash & Im pleased afterwards. The vacuums are strong and do the job

That was my first time there. I paid $18 for an ultimate wash. My car was visibly still dirty afterwards. In multiple places. None of the vacuums worked either.Very disappointed.

Washed car pretty good but the vacuum needs to be emptied more often because sometimes you have to go to multiple vacuums to get the job done. They also have a deal where you can wash your car as often as needed.

First strike was when one employee asked me why I didnt take my vehicle to the dealership to get washed when I pulled up. I pay monthly for this sticker to get my SUV washed when I want to my guy. Not to receive rude service. The last few times that Ive been here the employees act as if you have inconvenienced them when you pull up. Carter Hill is way better!

Car still super dirty vacuums are a waste of time ...just like the wasted money

They do the least amount of washing on top of that their vacuum cleaners take forever to pick up the trash in your car or the little debris in your car

Very quick car wash. It was very busy for a Saturday night. The money acceptor machine didnt want to take my dollars so I had to keep changing them out between each other until I finally got it. The vacuum area needs to be bigger.. Not enough vacuums if they were to get very busy.

They do a great job for the price! I really like the automatic floor mat vacuum. The self vacuum area is spacious enough to allow for opening up your car without bumping into the next guy. Well pleased I will visit again.

Very quick and unlimited vacuum

Goo Goo is probably one of the best automatic car washes around. Car wash is about 3-4 minutes tops. The tire shine feature is great. If you’re not satisfied most locations will let you run your car through again. They do not offer rain checks.The vacuums are very powerful. They even have a floor mat beating machine. Both of these features are free with a wash. The average wash goes for around 12 bucks and it is well worth it.If you love a clean car, checkout one of their Montgomery locations.

Be sure to keep your receipt. There is a disconnect when you order online instead of at the place.

Do not clean car very well wont go there again.

PRICES CHANGE TOO MUCH WENT FROM $3 TO $7.00 THINKING ABOUT JUST WASHING MY OWN CAR AND MOST TIMES I HAVE TO GO THROUGH TWICE

The wash itself is pretty good, and even being behind a long line, i was in and out fairly quickly. prep is lacking, not very personable, and rough with the brushes before entering the wash.

There is a reason why the line for this place is always long. They do a great job and it only takes 3 mins to wash the car. They arent the cheapest game in town but you do get what you pay for. Great location. Hard working employees. Would recommend to others.

There was so much of trash on the ground in the parking spaces that I was afraid that I would drive over something damaging to my tire and there werent any of the blue cloths that are normally there to wipe windows. It normally is a better experience than my last.

The manager is such a great guy. We had a vehicle that we switched our monthly policy to and had no issues getting the paperwork for the 2nd vehicle. We were even in and out in 10 minutes!

The car washes are great. I usually get the quick wash. Vacuums are included in the price of the wash.

Reasonable prices, fast service, lots of stalls for vacuuming. Wish this location would open a full service section.....it would be great and I know Im not the only person who would be there every week

Offers one free cash wash to military veterans on November 11th. The staff there was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient; they ensured that my vehicle was prepared to go through their automated wash and would not be damaged. The automated wash did a good job of cleaning my vehicle.

They clean your car but, the brushes are entirely too hard. They brush very very vigorously. Overall they are ok! And thats why I gave them 3 stars!

Great car wash! The wash missed a spot on my roof. They guys who scrub the car where sure to get it and sent me through again free of charge.

Had to go back twice. Tree sap was tough. But should come clean after two cleaning. Staff and facilities always great though.

Good place for a quick car wash. Vacuuming is free (self serve) after the wash.

If you come for the $3 wash be cautious that the screen has changed the cost of the wash. It will appear as if it’s no longer available- but it is. I talked to the manager and it is only a marketing gimmic to make people pay an up charge. FYI- The $3 and $9 wash are NO different. Be advised
