My sister and I made an appointments here last week and were not impressed! I received a gel manicure and regular pedicure and this is what my nails look like and it hasn’t even been a week. We definitely will not be going back.

I’ve been a loyal customer for several years. For the past 6 months, they ALWAYS run 30-40 minutes behind because they ALWAYS overbook. Quality is good but if you are on a schedule or get inpatient while waiting, go elsewhere. This will be my last visit.

Got a gel manicure with a little design and they were so kind at accompanying it and executing it well. Service was great and the price for what I got was amazing! Recommend

Great bang for your buck! You get a great manicure/pedicure as well as experience without having to pay an arm and a leg.

Im from out of state and they fit me in within 2 hours of my initial call. Enjoyed the manicure so much I stayed for a pedicure. A great, clean atmosphere and enjoyed a wonderful pampering! Highly recommended.

Had a dip powder manicure and it turned out really great! My technician was very nice. Prices are comparable with other local places. Came in with a friend and they wanted to seat us across the room from each other so that was the only weird part.

Although I was on time (actually early) for my appointment, I waited15 minutes for a nail tech. I pointed out, on the chart on the wall, the shape I wanted my nails to be. Maybe 2 of my nails had the shape I asked for, here was no consistency in shape of the others. I had to reshape all my nails when I got home. Very disappointing, this may have been the worst nail service I have ever had.

This was my first time at Perfect Nail. I had a 1:30 appointment and had to wait about 30.I am glad I waited. Nina did my manicure and dip powder. Nina gave me the best manicure!The dip powder turned out beautiful!!I am going back for a pedicure in a couple of weeks. Thank you, again Nina!!

Very kind and hannah did my nails really well. i felt confident with how they looked. they pulled their masks off a couple times which is worrying but i understand people need to breath! i love the protective glass at each station you put your hands under it makes you feel safer. and my nails looked so pretty i will be coming back (:

I had a bit of a hard time finding the salon because I didnt realize there was a little strip mall behind Kowalski and Caribou and such. Once I found the salon, the technicians were very nice and welcoming. They understood clearly what I wanted and took their time providing quality service. They were very warm and inviting. When my first design didnt turn out as well as intended, the technician took her time to clean it and provide a cleaner design. When I visited, the salon was fairly slow and the tech paid attention to details, providing cuticle oil and a quick hand massage. She didnt seem to rush through at all.I forgot to mention they provide a 10% discount if you pay in cash ❤

This was my first time going to Perfect Nails. The people were nice/welcoming but rushed me through everything. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with Perfect Nails. As soon as I walked in, they gave me 30 seconds to pick out a dip color before telling me to sit down to start on my nails which I didnt appreciate because I wasnt able to really look at all the options. The stylist, Hannah, was going so fast with the nail drill that she burned/ripped off the skin around my nails that it made two of my fingers bleed. She did apologize and tried to clean it up but the damage was already done. She even started packing up her belongings to go home while I had to wait for my nails to dry. I left with a lot of extra gunk under my nails that she didnt clean out and some dead skin around my nails that I ended up removing myself once I got home. Just really bummed that this was how I was treated as a new customer and will not return for future services.

I got my nails done and they were supposed to be $37 because I got regular acrylics + coffin shape, I was also supposed to have 10% off because of my birthday coupon. When I went up to pay they said it was $47 because they were “dip” but they were regular gel and then said they’d give me -$1 for my birthday. My nails also had chips in the nail polish right when they were done.

Nina is the best. I am a perfectionist and have visited several nail salons but no one has ever lived up to my high standards. Her attention to detail is remarkable. My nails are literally perfect. I do the abs dip with a white tip and they last for a month. The prices are reasonable and there are discounts for paying with cash. This is the best nail salon in the twin cities by far!

I was desperate to find a close place to home until I could make my trip to my regular lady. I had high hopes.... started with the lady prying my nails off, not soaking them at all just completely ripping them off from the bed of the nail when they weren’t wanting to come off. Extremely Painful. My skin was filed until it split open and she would dig her finger nails into my skin while filing. Someone else ended up coming to paint them and finish. Turned out with some of the weirdest shaped nails, and they didn’t even fill the whole entire nail with the acrylic so it looks like they have already had time to grow out. I payed $50 dollars plus a tip just to go somewhere else to get them taken off and re done. This is why I choose not to try out random nail salons and go to personal friends instead in the business because at least I know what i’m getting (for way cheaper too.) Would not recommend if you like your nails perfectly done, proved to me why I don’t trust anyone to touch my nails. The technician who did mine needs more training.

I had been going to Perfect Nails in Eden Prairie on and off for the past 4-5 years, but it wasnt until recently that I switched up my entire routine and go there exclusively. I went to get my nails done on my birthday and the technician was so excited I came in! He told me all about my options and explained the similarities and differences between gel and acrylic (I have always had acrylic). I was very impressed with his knowledge of products, but he wasnt pushy or trying to get me to buy the better product. The entire way he was chatting with me and asking me questions about how I like the shape of my nail and how short I like them. My nails turned out perfect because of his attention to detail and professionalism! Better yet, the price was right.I usually do walk in appointments and they have always been able to accommodate me. I have had pedicures here before in the past and everything has been clean and very comfortable.This place must have changed management or changed their ways, because I have not seen or heard of anyone having a bad experience here.

I love this place. All of the techs are so nice. I have been going there for years. The owner operator, Julie, provide nice service and does a great brow wax. The salon is clean and they offer free sodas/bottled water. Give them a try!!!

My acrylic was uneven and bumpy and the nail tip is paper thin. Nail broke in two days. Jessica did my nails and the tips kept falling off because she didnt sand my nails good and the glue didnt stick. She kept putting glue on my nail tips and bend one of my nail tip. Julie had to come over and finish the sanding part. Julie kept coming over to watch. This should of made anyone feel uncomfortable if someone have to do your job and show you what to do. She didnt shape the acrylic right on the nails. I never in my life know a nail shop that have staff that is doing nails but dont know all the techniques and skills.

Waited for 60 minutes! Then was told sorry they are busy. Good pedi but very poor customer service! This is the second time this has happened to me. I was the only one waiting and no one ever spoke to me for 30 minutes!

So disappointed. I have never had such a horrible experience until today. I had broken a (acrylic) nail at work today and gone into this nail salon for the first time in need of a fix. She did a absolute horrible job. She began by using the dremel on my nail, filing it down to my natural nail until it was sore. As well as filing my nail to create a shape, while doing so she cut me under my nail.(I’m use to them soaking it off and taking their time) then proceeded to create a shape that did not match any of my other nails. It looked sad.I will not go back!

My friend and I went there because it was close to my house. As the lady was putting on my second coat of polish another lady walked in. Right after she was done with it, she went and helped the other lady, didnt say anything to me so I assumed she was coming back to do the top coat after a few mins. 10 minutes later I was telling my friend that I still hadnt gotten my topcoat yet, and another 4 minutes later the lady came back and told me she had put a top coat on. I have been doing my own nails for many years and I know glitter polish is rough if you dont have a topcoat on. The lady asked if I wanted an extra coat put on and maintained she put one on the first time. I also found out after we left that my friends manicurist coughed on her hands 3 times and on the third time it happened my friend asked her to not do that. Gross! Will not be returning to this place.

I debated writing this review for a while as I just thought to move on- but I felt that others should be aware before going. I used to visit Perfect nails every month. Often they will tell you to come in and sit down in the tub for your toes and you Wait about 20 minutes or so before they get to you.. even with making an appt.The last time I went, I waited 40 minutes before they came over. I got a pedicure and then was going to get a gel manicure. While the woman was doing my nails, she was trimming my cuticle and cut it. It literally started bleeding and when I pulled my hand away, she grabbed my hand an put this blue liquid on it and started to try to continue cutting. I immediately told her to stop and asked what the liquid was. She told me it was an a cleaning gel. I asked to see the bottle, and it only said, numbing agent. I told her that we were not going to continue doing my nails as I was bleeding and had an open wound on my thumb. She spoke with Julie (the manager) but not in English, and I didnt know what they were saying. I went up to pay, and they tried to charge me for a manicure and pedicure. I explained that I wouldnt be paying for a manicure as I didnt get one due to her cutting me. Julie was sitting right by the desk trying to pretend not to hear this conversation. I argued to the point of being embarrassed and decided to pay just to get out of there as people were staring. I asked Julie for the owners number. She wrote down the number and handed it to me. As I was walking out, I decided to call him. She gave me the WRONG NUMBER! I walked back in and demanded to know the real number. I called him and left him a vm about what happened. I was then called back by Julie about an hour later and she tried to say that she had no idea what happened, and that I should have told her. The owner was clearly listening in, as they called from his number and I was on speaker. I couldnt believe that they were trying to blame this on me. They offered for me to come back in to get a free manicure. I explained that it wasnt actually free as I had already paid for it. I was so disgusted and disappointed that I will never go back there. Such a horrible way to treat a loyal customer who had also recommended them to several people, not to mention that it took over three weeks for my cut to heal completely. Shame on them.

They have posters up that quote pricing they don’t actually follow. We asked about it as did 2 other customers. It said (specifically) Duluxe Spa manicure-pedicure” $50 and then it said “duluxe spa manicure & pedicure”. 2 technicians claimed it was one or the other, not both, and then tried to say it would cost $117 for the basic mani and pedi with gel.The basic service was lacking significantly. I was very unimpressed with the work they did, and the amount of time and effort they spent on our pedicures (we opted out for the mani/pedi because of the high cost).The quality is no different than anywhere else I may Have gone and spent half the cost.We will not be returning.

This place is awful and the nail tech Tee is rude and rough. I dont think she is very experienced. A customer asked for coffin nails and and she said it would be to hard to do. This place is very unprofessional and they dont take customers in order. If you want a great job done go to Jae nails and ask for Tom.

Got a full set done by the manager of this nail salon, my nails are crooked, thick/lumpy, and the nail polish looks like it needs another coat. You can see my natural nail along the side. Manager was unfriendly the whole time i was there and refused to fix her mistakes when I called a couple days later. Do not come here!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!! A few hours after I left one of my fingers got really tight and red... all around the nail. Im now on day 5 and every day it has gotten worse. Hurts so bad I couldnt even bend my finger for days.. Now part of my finger has turned white around the nail. ER said definitely from dirty nail tools! Bad fungus! 🤢And has to be treated with meds and cream. Ive called them and they have been nothing but rude to me hanging up on me and now no longer picks up my phone calls. And I was nothing but calm and polite. The owner wouldnt even speak with me on the phone once. Very disappointed and totally grossed out! My friend who also got her nails and toes done at the same time has multiple spots on her nails where the polish is so thin and patchy you can see through to her nail... I will never support this Business again.
