I just found this little gem in Eden Prairie. Its very nice and clean. I really enjoyed the hot stone foot massage, and all the lotions made my feet soft and pretty. They also have the newest, trendy nail colors. The prices are the same as other places but the treatment was exceptional.

The only place I get my nails done! Love the workers, very friendly and welcoming. They are always able to squeeze me in for my last minute appointments, too!

On a snowy Sunday afternoon, I last minute called and asked to get scheduled for a full set dip removal and new full SNS set. They (Emma and her mom) stayed open specifically for me and were so kind and fun about it. I had Emma doing my nails and it was such a delightful time talking, laughing, and being treated to a spa day on a cold Sunday. I chose a dip mocha color for my natural nails with a matte finish. Will definitely be returning due to store cleanliness, welcoming environment, talented and sweet nail technicians. Thank you Emma!!

I’ve gone to Nails of Eden twice now- both times on my lunch hours and they’ve always gotten me in and out super fast. The first time I thought I liked the color of my nails and decided after I left and saw them in natural light that I didn’t like them. So I went back and explained to them and a man (Dave) was so very nice and took care of me. Changed my nail color with no problem and didn’t even charge me! Tina has also helped me and she is very nice and good at what she does! Very experienced. I would highly recommend Nails of Eden. This is my first time having a wonderful experience at a nail salon in my 30 years.

I have been getting my nails done for years and this is the first time I visited this place. The overall experience was really bad. My nails looked great at first but in a week since I got them done, it started chipping off the sides. Can’t run my fingers thru my hair. It gets stuck in the nails! This is the worst experience I ever had!

I always find even after booking an appointment this place make me wait more than 20 minutes. I also have noticed a pattern that for white customers they are more accommodating rather than for colored people. Surprised at this treatment being most of employees are color minority

Nails of Eden the best kept secret in Eden Prairie! I happened to get assigned to Juliet when I walked in one Sunday afternoon for a polish change, it was the best decision I could have made! Gigi worked on the ombré of my big toe and the detail is just exquisite. After I had chipped a nail on my finger Juliet fixed it and did a whole new manicure with no questions asked, as you can see from my photos the results are absolutely STUNNING!! A great job, friendly staff, clean environment and hands down the BEST nail spa experience I’ve ever had!!!!

I was very unimpressed with this nail salon. Not only did they rush your service, but they were terrible at painting my nails. They were very unfriendly and not welcoming. Even my 5 year old walked out of there saying this place made her feel uncomfortable. I would not recommend anyone to go to this nail salon.

Got me in for a mani last minute and while Juliet was removing my polish she asked my plans for the rest of the day. When I said nothing she suggested a pedi as well and was able to do it at the same time! My toes look great and Kim did an awesome job on my fingers!

Went in for gel nails with my cuticles bad and they recommended powder dip. I went with that and the technician did basically nothing with my cuticles, sorta pretended to push them back. These nails look so uneven and super thick I wish I could show a pic. left a message but have t heard back and won’t I’m sure. Too bad never go back there! Venmo or cash only. ??

Came in with a messed up, terrible full set, and left with a beautiful natural nail (and I didn’t even think that would be possible because of the condition my hands were in when I walked in). She did an awesome job, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I will 100% go again!

I’ve been to this salon several times and the service has typically been good. This visit was terrible. I called ahead to see if they had room for two that evening. They said had availability if we came in right away. They got started on my friend pretty quickly, but made me wait 15-20 minutes. Throughout the appointment the woman kept harshly scolding me for moving even though I was trying to stay still. Towards the end she asked me, “Is your hair real? Is it yours?” Which is rude. But I politely said, “yes” and she followed up with, “You have so much” in a snide way. It was just a really poor way to end an already poor experience. On top of it all, she left a significant gap between my cuticles and it’s uneven. I wouldn’t recommend this place anymore.

My sister and I went to have a pedicure. We called and made a appointment. They were ready for us and did a great job! It was clean and the chairs were in good working condition. Little Kim and Lee were friendly and helpful and did a fabulous job. We will definitely go back.

After just 5 days my dip manicure chipped (not the first time it’s happened the last 4 times Ive been here) and when I asked them if they could fix it they asked me on 2 different occasions to come back in 30 minutes and when I did I was told to come back again. Really unprofessional in my opinion.

Nice, bright, clean atmosphere. They are very nice for the most part, but sometimes I avoid going when not in the mood to be pressured into a different color polish, different kind of polish, etc. I think that has happened every time Ive been here. My daughter loves going 1-2 times a year for a treat.

I came here for a gel manicure last week and it was a great experience. All of the staff were very kind. They let me take my time deciding on a color and never tried to pressure me into additional services. My nails look great and are holding up very well! I will definitely be back! I just had an amazing pedicure and got my nails done. Nails of Eden is fabulous! The employees are friendly and helpful and the place is very clean. It is so relaxing - whether in the massage chair getting your toes done, or in the manicure chair getting a hand massage. Its wonderful! Ive been coming here since they opened in June and love it!

This place is very clean which is huge!! The staff was friendly and we were greeted right away. However, I was a little irritated that we had called that morning to make an appointment for 3pm and didnt get in the chair until almost 3:30. I was happy with their work and they explained the up charges pretty well when I decided to upgrade my services.

The experience I had here was really good. All of the nail stylists were very helpful, friendly and would ask you questions to make sure if what they were doing was what you wanted. The only thing I would say is that the stylist who was painting my mothers nails was not as gentle with the way he cut her nails or cuticles as the other female stylists were with my sister and I when we went there.

I love this nail salon! It is very clean and the staff are very friendly and professional. My favorite service is the shellac pedicure...they have so many colors to choose from and my nails look great for months! Ive also had manicures and brow waxes which were also great. In fact, one of my finger nails chipped before my vacation and the staff fixed it for free for me, even though it was 1 week after my manicure. They go the extra mile to make their customers happy!

I had a really great experience at Nails of Eden! I did a gel manicure and regular pedicure and both turned out great! Gel mani has lasted 5 days so far with no chips or any problems! Totally worth the extra cost. The salon is well kept and massage chairs are always a nice touch! The staff was also very sociable and kind. I received a great leg/arm massage while my nails were drying. I will be back!

Not a fan of leaving bad reviews, but my technician was sleeping at her station and had to be woken up when I arrived. I was then hounded my multiple staff several times to upgrade to a gel manicure and after the 5th no they finally listened.My tech proceeded to clip off the skin under my thumb during my manicure and applied my toe polish before finishing the lotion massage during my pedicure; smudging toes on both feet with her sweater...won’t be going back again.

I have been going to this salon since it first opened. It is the nicest salon in the area. I have introduced this place to several friends and family members, whom all now book appointments at this salon. Tami and her staff are wonderful. Beautiful, super clean and bright nail spa. I am super picky about where I get my nails done and who does them. I have been following David around town to get my pink and whites done for well over a year now and hes great. I was quite pleasantly surprised at this nail spa when I first walked in because of how clean and comfortable it felt. Its in a great location with parking for patrons even right out front. I have never seen pedicure chairs as beautiful as the ones that they have and because they are top of the line in technology, they are very sanitary and clean. Love this place and looking forward to going back again in a few weeks!

I have been going here now for quite a while. I love this place and the people who work t there. It is very clean and very nice and comfortable. I am very very very picky about my nails and toes. They have treated me with great importance every time I go for a service. Great location, good parking available. Love it! Would have been a perfect score if I hadnt waited for almost 25 mins. The nail tech carefully fixed my broken nails with no pain. She gave me the exact style I wanted and was very patient. The hand massage afterwards felt great. Very clean and relaxing environment

This is hands down the BEST nail salon I have experienced since I started having manicures and pedicures (1987). The quality of their work is perfection. The salon is beautiful and immaculate, the staff is warm and inviting, they are very accommodating for my schedule and I always leave happier than when I came in the door. I drive 45 minutes from my home to this salon because it is worth it!

I chose Nails of Eden based on the positive reviews I noted on here and Im glad I did. The work they do is top notch - I have never received compliments on my manicures or pedicures until visiting Nails of Eden. I highly recommend! Best to make an appointment if you can but they are gracious and most welcoming to walk-in requests too. I live in St. Paul and I make Nails of Eden my nail salon; you should too!!!

I hate leaving bad reviews but it has to be done. Maybe they have other techs that do better but if you are looking for dipping powder DO NOT GO TO DEVIN. He painted the base coat all on my cuticles and skin and dipped without cleaning... which then he did not/was not able to clean with the drill since it would cut the skin. When I tried to tell him he got frustrated. No clean edges and dip on my skin... fine Ill let it got but finally he puts the gel top coat on and guess what ... all over the skin again. Ive been getting my nails done for 10 years every 3 to 4 weeks religously and I have been to many many salons... I can honestly say this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had.

If you are looking for a clean, STERILIZED salon then Nails of Eden is the place for you. It is a beautiful place with natrual light and I have never seen a pedicure chair like these anywhere! I have had several services from pedicure, manicure with gel polish and a brow wax. Tami is a master with brows and on my last visit I had the best manicure with gel polish I have ever had. Thank you Nails of Eden for being an oasis among the dry desert of all other salons.

The reviews were mixed so I was a *little* wary of trying this place - but ultimately its really close to my house and I needed a pedi before leaving for vacation. I called ahead, and they were fine with me showing up 30 minutes later. I got seated & started right away, which was surprising for a Saturday afternoon! The chair was comfortable in the sense that its one of those huge padded massage chairs - but the foot stool portion was nearly about to fall off! So everytime I switched feet in/out of the tub it was jarring & seriously felt like I was going to break it completely by resting my foot on it. Probably just needs to be tightened and would have changed the whole experience! My lady was nice, just chatty enough and didnt chat to her coworkers the entire time which was a nice change of pace. Their menu is confusing, and ultimately overpriced (The Smoothy Pedi is $30 and the Spa Pedi is $31?) The scrub was nice, she rubbed my legs/feet well enough, and the paint job came out great. So really its just the broken chair and cost that lost the star!

Rude employees that didn’t speak English, they sat and had conversations with each other and didn’t say anything to me. Manicure was ok but with the bad customer service, I won’t go back.

I have been to a lot of nail salons and this is the best family-owned and operated nail salon in the southwest metro! They have good, clear pricing for all services on their website, take appointments, get you in and out promptly and results are always great.

The Nail Tech cut me. Ok... it happens, it shouldnt but if it does you should acknowledge it which she didnt until i said something. She then brushed it off that oh, its just a little cut. She then puts 4 coats of polish on my nails and sends me to dry. I look at my feet while drying and the blood from my cut has bled into my polish. She tries to clean it up with a cottonball and asks do you want me to repolish it.... YESSSSSSS!!! I asked for the manager but they never came. Polish on my toes is MESSY and all over the place. They werent that busy to have rushed like that. Extremely dissatisfied!

Not only did they have free WiFi and water! They did so great on my nails. Ibe neber been so impressed .I gor here at 5pm got in right away quite busy but fitting every one in. It disnr wven take an hour to do a full set with design . Isually I will get nicked and bored but manicurest was great .Kept mw busy and talking . asked how i was before none of my past places even reallu bothered . I will forever request this place to people . And see u in a few weeks!

I have gone here a couple times and its just super inconsistent every time. This time I went at 38 weeks pregnant ready to relax and enjoy and treat myself to the more expensive manicure and pedicure. I had 3 different people work on my signature manicure they left product residue around my cuticles which dried around my nails and it was super rushed when each person came to finish what the last one started. I wanted the signature pedicure which is more expensive and has more steps in the process. I never got the callus remover which is part of that pedicure (and the main reason I get pedicures) he didnt clean around my nail beds and he never even put lotion on my legs afterwords (plus the massage was superrr short) It was rushed and sloppy and he didnt even put a top coat on so after 30 min of drying my entire big toe had all the polish smudged off. According to their service menu it should of came to $70 but at the end I was told it was $72? They make up their own prices and everytime I go its a different price?! Its hard to find good consistent nail techs in this city and I wont be going back to waste anymore money!

Liked the staff and the finished result but there seemed to be a lack of communication on what they could and couldnt do to my nails. Also I am never offered a reciept and didnt see any prices other than for pedis so had no idea what it was going to cost until it was all done. Again love the staff but took 3 hours for a pedi and a gel fill with paint/design.

Awful experience with my wedding party. I was a client of Tammys (the owner) at her previous salon in Edina. Naturally, I followed her over to Eden Prairie. For several years, I had great service and enjoyed their nice clean atmosphere. Just to be clear, I spent thousands of dollars a year at this salon, so I was more than just a walk-in or occasional client. Due to my good experiences, I made a reservation for my entire wedding party of 12 three months in advance of my wedding rehearsal day for both manis and pedis for the entire group. I called 30 days in advance just to confirm our reservation and all was good. On the day of my wedding rehearsal, we arrive and they are understaffed. Every single one of my party members were taken to service one-by-one instead of us all being serviced together at the same time like we requested. Despite having reservations, they took walk-in clients in between each of us which caused further delays. Initially, I allowed three hours for our services to be completed and 1.5 hours to get ready and transport to rehearsal location. Regardless of all my careful planning and allowing plenty of time, this place made me late to my own wedding rehearsal. On top of that, they didnt even get to my maid of honor until closing. They kept her behind while the rest of headed out and they kept her an additional hour beyond close. This place caused so much stress for this bride that I will NEVER go back.

Simple manicure: Im a critic when it comes to customer service; as that is one of my major industries I specialize in. It wasnt a great experience, it could had been better; overall OK. Although I appreciate getting in and out as I requested since I was on a time limit, there could have been better customer relations to want me to come back again. Fair enough to say, Interior was tasteful, I was greeted, Sat right away, was offered other services & free wifi. However there were no prices visible, my nails were not cleaned underneath, my tech put lotion on my hands and gave it a very brief and simple massage, was told to wash my hands after lotion, was not told my Techs name until service was just about over. I received a Have a good day. Although I had a simple manicure and needed to be out quick, would had been nice my tech was interested in whom their client was and suggested that they appreciated me and would like to have me back. My choosing was they were conveniently located nexted to.my work place and had good reviews.

This is a very nice, clean, friendly nail salon. When I called them to say I was going to be late to my appointment because Googles directions were bad, they were quite understanding and even gave me directions to the actual location.The big problem here is not the salon, its Google: as of 4/8/2015, Google Maps shows this location (Eden Prairie) being in what turns out to actually be a random business park. Thats not where they are. At all. The Eden Prairie location is at Hwy. 212 and Mitchell Rd., just south of the Eden Prairie Buca Di Beppo. Take 212 west to Mitchell, turn left, and the strip mall containing Nails of Eden will be on your right. I have no idea why Google has this so wrong.

Worst place in the cities. I’ve been there three times and all three times my gel polish chips within a week and a nail breaks but won’t fix it. Never again.

I felt like theyre rushing me...Im those type of girls that dont get my nails done all the time ...only once a while ..right when I walk in theyre like what color...Im like ummm...give me a minute...they kept on asking me what color...so I pick a shimmery aqua color...I ask for a design to but first I ask how much they charge extra for designs on the ring fingers...he said 5 dollar both finger...ok thats not bad..there he was filing and shaping my nails...I got gel nails by the way...he was trying to look like a pro. But the results was absolutely horrible. I can say he did good on measuring all the fingers so theyre the same length but other then that Im disappointed. Im not a nail expert but Im going to expain the best I can on how my nails turn out...at the starting point where my cuticles are are alot narrow then the tip of the nails ...if you guys know what I meant...imagine a triangle upside down...when I turn my hands around so my palm is facing me...the gel tips is alot wider then my fingers. The filing is crooked. Urrghh..just very mad and disappointed I am.. the design on the other hand was very horrible too...remember I not a nail expert so I ask him to pick a beautiful design for me because they dont have any pictures anywhere about the designs they provide...so he pick flowers...2 small flowers on each finger...the colors are neon yellow (for the petals) and bright orange (for the center)...thats it he said...the flowers are not even pretty...theyre like a orange dot on the corner with 4 neon dots around it...I was expecting pretty designs...all this cost me 50 dollar...but before that my friend call and ask how much they charge for gel manicure and they said 30 dollars...shoot...never again am I going there.

Absolutely awful. I went there after comparing prices with other salons. Seeing that their full set acrylics were $28 I decided to venture out here. However, the experience was the worst. The entire staff was rude. My nail technician only acknowledged me to push me to go with gel nails. I counted how many times I had to decline gel nails. It was 6! 6 times I had to continuously tell the staff I wanted the acrylics with the polish I had picked. They only got more pushy to the point I wanted to walk out. When it came time to pay they had switched the prices on me! When I showed them their website and their pricing they refused to acknowledge it until finally gave me their online price. HEADS UP THEY REFUSE TO TAKE ONLINE PRICWS ANYMORE! They were absolutely the worst service I’ve received in years. All technicions have their own tools, but it did not seem that they were cleaned often. My nails look fine, so they got a star.

On a referral, I drove from Inver Grove Heights to try this new salon.....and Oh My Goodness, was it worth the drive to find this gorgeous facility!!! It is not only the most beautiful salon I have been in, (and I am comparing this to the best I have seen in California, Florida and Las Vegas), but also the entire staff was wonderfully accomadating! In my opinion, there is nothing here in town that even comes close! I met the owner my first trip in, as she actually sought me out to make sure she introduced herself, even asking me how my experience was going....what a breath of fresh air! You can literally eat off the floors it is so clean, has stunning open and airy design, and there was no expense spared on furnishings! REALLY CLASSY & BEAUTIFUL SALON! Prices were competative, but not so cheap you wonder what they are skipping. I do Shellac and this place has over 400 colors to chose from! I will refer EVERYONE I know, and this is one occasion there should be 5 Stars!! MS
