Kim was wonderful! Atmosphere is relaxing and prices are competitive to other nail salons. Leg and foot massage was perfect and the chairs are wonderful. Seems like it can get very busy so an appointment seems like a good idea. I was a walk-in 1st thing in the morning and had no problem.Definitely recommend!

Absolutely my favorite place in the cities. Used to live close, but will drive here from across the city to see them. Highly recommend their classic pedicure.

I have seen Mimi twice now and I couldnt be happier. Ive been wanting nails like this for literally years and no one knew how to do an ombre glitter. They were clean, professional and friendly. They are not the cheapest I paid $75.00 for a new set and $50.00 for a fill. But to me its absolutely worth it 1000%. They listen, compare each finger on the opposite hand, I didnt get cut from any of the tools, she checked in with me and ask how I was liking the color, shape, length. I cant say enough good things.

My favorite pedicure is the Classic with massage, and she also did a really pretty gel manicure for me too in preparation for my upcoming trip to Miami. I highly recommend Solana Nail Spa. We love and miss you, Solana! I started coming here after moving back to MN (more than 5 years now!) and even got my dad to start coming for regular care and pampering. Na and Kevin are our favorites for pedicures, Kevin and Trisha do a great job with gel manicures. I have lived in L.A., NYC, & D.C.--all places where great nail salons are the norm, and Solana is definitely up to standard. Todd does such great work here! I cant get over his attention to detail! Its as if his reputation hangs on each nail and he wont move on to the next until its naturally perfect. Theyre level of customer service is outstanding too! I live in Cottage Grove and work all over the metro, but I have actually begun planning my nail visits on the days Im in Eden Prairie, just because of the treatment I receive.

I dream about the next time I can go to this place to get a pedicure. Every time my mom is coming to visit, I set up an appointment for us. They give amazing reflexology messages and I making an appointment is so easy. It is always worth the $45! They were even open on MLK day and my dad got a pedicure. The smile on his face was priceless! He had never had one before and they did an amazing job making him feel comfortable.

I have been going to Solana nail spa for years, absolutely the best pedicure I’ve ever had. The foot massage that comes with the classic pedicure is over-the-top amazing, one of the things I look forward to the most when I take time for myself! The family of owners are kind caring people and always do their best to accommodate. I have done a lot of traveling and tried pedicure treatments in many locations but nothing compares. I GOT AN INFECTION here because its SO DIRTY! Ive seen them reuse files and other tools on several people without cleaning them as well as coming out and using a dirty file on me. I had to go to the DR and get antibiotics because I swelled up so bad! PLEASE DO NOT RISK IT HERE!

Exceptional service with professional, licensed technicians in a very calm and relaxing atmosphere, and a wonderful staff always make you feel very welcome.I’ve never left Solana with my nails anything less than perfect. I can’t recommend Solana Nail Spa highly enough! I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

Beautiful salon in EP. I went in on a whim since I just moved to the area, wanted a gel pedicure and they had me sat down within a few minutes. A really nice curtained off area separates where they have the pedicure chairs. Everyone was very kind and courteous. I got the basic pedicure since it was my first time there & it was great. Very detailed and included a nice foot massage. I think I found my new spot!

TERRIBLE. Got a gel manicure, the guy who did them constantly kept cutting my fingers when cleaning up my cuticles until I finally asked him to stop after he had made them bleed. Not even a week later and the gel polish is almost completely off. Will never go back!

I really like this salon! The salon is fairly large and the staff is all very friendly. They are always eager to get you in, even if its close to closing time. They have a lot of choices as well for polishes. I recommend the Deluxe Pedi :)

I have gone to this salon for a couple of years. Ive never had a problem so I brought a friend and both of us had problems with our polish staying on. Then they wanted to charge for fixing the polish.

I have gone to this salon several times, because it is an easier location than the one I was going to in the mall. I havent been impressed with the lasting effects of my pedicures, and my toes seem to only look nice for 7-10 days, compared to 3 weeks at the salon in the mall. Today I received the worst pedicure I have ever had. It was so fast, and unrelaxing, I was done with a whole pedicure in the time that the two women on each side of me had one of their feet and legs rubbed. The warm towel wrap looked like the dirty rags I use at my house to clean bathrooms, and was applied for a minute. The massage lasted for 30 seconds, and she was clearly bored, and rushing through it. I was in and out in 20 minutes. I was having a bad day, and was looking forward to some relaxation. Very disappointed, and I will be going back to the mall for my pedicures.

Im pregnant and due in 4 weeks, and really needed my feet to be tended to. I went in without an appointment, and even though they were extremely busy, fit me in in less than 10 min for their classic pedicure. It took time but was totally worth it, the gentleman that worked on my feet was a miracle worker! The flexology therapy that he did on my calves, ankles, and feet made me feel like I was in heaven! It even brought down my swollen hobbit feet! Never thought my calves, ankles, and feet would look so good this far along after a pedicure! Thank you!

I walked in at 940 and didnt leave until 1130. I sat for 20 minutes waiting for another staff member to arrive...even though I was the first one in for the day! They staff member there didnt help someone else get a gift card and kept telling us 5 minutes. Well 5 turned into 20. When someone finally showed up, he took 10 min to remove polish off 2 nails, then had someone new take over! It took the new guy an hour to put on my nails, and another 30 to paint. When I told him I needed to leave for work soon, and asked him how much longer he thought, I was told 15 minutes. Well that turned into 30 minutes. Then he got upset when I said I couldnt stick around for the lotion massage (which I was looking forward to) because I needed to leave for work and didnt expect it to be a 2 hour long ordeal! I was told then wash your hands and leave. Not only that but he filed my skin down so much that I bled, and it hurt. He keep wiping away the blood like he was confused about why it happened...then continued to file down some more. I expect some discomfort after having acrylics put on with the filing, but not so much that it hurts to type and that I bled! Wont be going back. Dont recommend at all.

NOT a good pedicure experience. Where to start... No welcome, and confusino communication at all poor selection of nail polish colors. Pedicurist couldnt understand English, like, at all. Not even warmer water, please or could you rub my calves instead of shins? or youre rubbing (my shins, argh!) too hard or that hurtsHe also skipped callused areas on the edges of my feet. I have short legs and the chair, at its lowest adjustment, left my feet dangling barely submerged in the water! I had to scoot my butt up closer to the edge of the seat, which put me in an uncomfortable slouchy position and then the massage functions on the back of the chair were nearly useless.There have to be better places to go. Go here if you dont mind discomfort and meh colors.

Ill likely never go to a different place for manicures. Always are very polite and very thorough.

BEST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TO!! I live in Watertown, so the closest place to get my nails done in the area is Waconia or Delano. My family decided to go to eden prairie to do some shopping and i decided to get my nails done for graduation. I would say an appointment is nesesary but they were taking walk ins at the time. I decided to get a full set of acrylic nails with a steleto tip. The man that did my nails was super friendly, happy, and cheerful. He made sure that my nails were absolutely perfect. the nails were all even and the appointment took a little longer because he was trying so hard to get them as perfect as possible. i couldn’t stop smiling i was so pleased with my nails. He even put a sugar scrub on my hands to soften my cuticles, and warm towels too. only gotten my nails done in delano and waconia and let me tell you, this was the best experience i’ve ever had with a nail salon and i would definitely recommend going to this salon to get your nails done. you will definitely be pleased ❤️❤️

Super disappointed, I got a gel mani/pedi. The nails had multiple bubbles and when I pointed them out her solution was just to file my nails down to nubs. Not only do I have nubs for nails its actually painful

They constantly increase and change their pricing and do not have it posted which is frustrating. The last several times they used dirty tools to do my nails with other peoples cuticles and nail clippings still on them! I wondered if there is a place to call to see they are being inspected for cleanliness to avoid infections? I have a friend who had to go on antibiotics due to an infection from a pedi. The owner also does not seem to pay the workers much, while he drives a new BMW and parks in the front spot so customers cant park there. The owner is not nice and he gets VERY angry if you ask for anything! Ive also gone there right when they open so I could get my nails done before work and no one is there! they seem to just wonder in whenever! Im finding a new salon.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. My mother loves their services as is a repeat customer.

Worst manicure and service I have ever had in my life! Completely sloppy, I could have done better myself, but the employees blamed it on the polish and told me it was because it was old.....Umm, why are you keeping old polish on the shelf? I asked them if they thought that the mani looked good, and they refused to answer the question and kept telling me that they spent a lot of time on my nails. Avoid this place, there are so many better ones out there and they are so nasty and rude!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. After waiting for 30 minutes someone finally greeted me. She then got started on my nails, 1 min into it she said that I would need to sit back down and wait!!! They are racist. They greeted all of the White customers, but not me. They serviced people without appointments that came after me. Never again. Horrible service!!!!

Wish I could give 0 stars!! I hated this place! I got a manicure and pedicure and my feet ended up looking worse after I left than when I came in! My heels are super rough now and look awful. Then the lady who did my french gel mani and pedi was rude. She didnt say 1 word to me! Didnt ask how thick or thin I wanted the white tip, didnt make conversation with me, nothing! Then when I was getting my mani, I hit the black light a 2nd time on my nails and she was like you only need to do that once and that was all she said to me the whole time. She didnt smile nothing! Then with in a few DAYS my nails started chipping! A week into it, my thumb has no whit tip and I have a few other that are about ready to come off too! Worst place ever especially since they charged me $80 for the 2!! I could go to Cover Nails and they would do a better job for $45! I should have just gone there but I was in the EP area and figured why not! NEVER AGAIN!!! I wish I could get my $80 back! Terrible, Terrible, Terrible!!!

Its pretty average or below average. I would probably go somewhere else next time. I could not understand a word she was saying but somehow managed. The polish on my toes chipped away within a week.

Wasnt impressed at all . No one spoke to me the entire time I was having my nails done . I went in for an acrylic fill with gel polish . The lady doing my nails did not listen to me when it came to the shape of my nails . I wanted coffin shaped and I ended up wityb square however when I went to pay she said 37 dollars . I was shocked . I asked why and she said coffin shape costs 5 dollars more ?!?!? WHAT ? Since when do they charge by the shape of the nail . Needless to say I will not be returning there !
