I called A2Z to see if they could squeeze me in same day for an interior detail and Olivia, who took the call, was super patient & helpful. Unfortunately my time constraint didnt allow me to have the carpets shampooed but I was grateful they could do a thorough vacuum & wash the mats. They offered me add ons - all of which were optional. I never felt pressured or persuaded into anything. I was in a crunch and they really did a great job - night & day difference!

Do not go to A2Z Detailing! DONT DO IT, JUST DONT. Cost transparency does not exist at this business. Online, their website states that it will be $250 for a complete detail. Not true. I paid $430 and feel ashamed and embarrassed. A2Z called me four separate times throughout the day to offer me other add on services. On one of the calls, the lady said that they did not realize that my SUV had a third row of seats and that it would be an extra $50 to clean. I told her that I did not want the service as we do not use that row of seating. She said that in order for them to finish the detailing, that I HAD to pay this amount. Towards 5PM, they called me again to alert me of tree sap on my vehicle and asked if I wanted to spend more money to get it off? I said no. In addition to the above heartache, I paid $50 extra for pet hair vacuuming and $40 for a tire wash. There were no apologies, just reminders of the terms on their website and on the paper that I signed when I dropped off my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle, I asked the sales associate, what if I did not have $430 to throw at this car detailing?. She said that I could have paid a $40 cancellation fee. Bogus! This place is a scam. Find somewhere else.

This place does an amazing job at what they do. I have never seen my car so clean and shinny before. They have great customer service and get the job done in a timely manner. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to have and keep their cars clean and looking sharp.

I want to give below 0 actually. I DONT RECOMMEND ANY OF FRIENDS TO GO THIS CAR DETAILING CENTER. This is worst customer service I ever had before. Front desk lady and supervisor never being professional throughout my discussion and never followed what they committed. It’s kind of threatening me knowing my car need to detailed. In my 1st call she had ask $179 the after complete inspection they said $264. After 4 hrs they called and asking $417 which not realistic cost also they threatened if wants cancel $39 applied for cancellation charges. I argued more than hour why customer need to pay canceling fee if customer is not happy with price and doesn’t mean that customer have to agree whatever they quoting. Finally she agreed to give 10% discount even that commitment is not followed in final bill which is terrible customer service. I wouldn’t took their service after reading review but somehow I trust this will not go wrong with me.

I wish I could give 0 rating. Asked for an estimate on phone, was given 185 after telling them car year and model, was not told of any cancellation fees. Went next day to drop the car, they wont let you know prices right away, got a call that the charges will be 323 because it has 3rd row seat and too dirty...are you kidding me??? Why would i give you a clean car for cleaning and you should know it is 7 seater when i give you model and make. They deliberately bring you to a point where you either pay them more money or cancelation fees. Now i payed them 40 for cancelation and uber ride back and forth. I feel cheated!

Echoing more comments...dropped car off, lady called 2 hours later and was going to charge me an extra $200 on top of the groupon deal of $155 for vacuuming crumbs in car and removing salt from drivers rug. Said I wanted to cancel and were going to charge me $40 for cancelation fee. Much better detailing services out there for WAY better price, quality and customer service!

Bought a Groupon for my husband around Christmas last year. Made an online appt last week and we dropped off his car. They had a drop off box type deal so we couldnt talk to anyone first. No problem. Had the appt and dropped off the groupon paper with the keys.They called while we were at breakfast and he was told due to the sand and trash in the car they were going to charge $150 more. Sand? There was some bits of dirt on the drivers rug from getting in and out of the car. You could easily vacuum that in 30 seconds. And trash? There was one empty water bottle under a seat and 3 napkins in the trunk.We said no, thats unreasonable and said arent we paying you to clean the car? I have to clean my car in order for you to clean my car? She just mumbled a bunch of stuff about how they dont do that stuff. We canceled and went right back to pick up the car.She never mentioned a cancellation charge yet I was charged $40 for canceling my appt.On the groupon it said there could be more charged for pet hair or extreme neglect. And Im telling you, his car is pretty clean compared to a lot.Complained to Groupon that I feel this was a scam (as many other reviews state) and got a full refund.Maybe its my fault for not reading the Google reviews. Very disappointed that I gave my husband that for Christmas and he couldnt use it after we found a whole day free we could use to leave the car with them.Unfortunate.

My granddaughter bought a Groupon for $165 which in itself was no bargain for a detail was charged an additional $212 for dog hair and sand. This is unconscionable to have $380 charged for a detailing. called the company and told them that I felt my granddaughter was scammed and wanted either a reduction or these charges reversed as they it was highway robbery. The woman Chantel kept saying there was nothing they could do that’s their prices blah blah blah. I then asked to speak with the owner and Her response was she hasn’t been in for over a month and the only way was to reach her by email. I told her I expected a call from the owner I will do whatever I can to ensure nobody uses this business they are horrific.

Bait/Switch. Groupon was $150 to get truck detailed. THEN the upcharge once they got it. $350 additional charges would have brought complete detail to $500! Called them back, told them to forget it. Complained to Groupon and got refund. Contacted Minnesota Detaining: $150..

Less than one star.Horrible company.Do NOT give them your money. Classic bait and switch as others have reported here.If this has been your experience please dispute with Groupon and they will issue full refund. Then dispute the $40 cancellation fee with your credit card company. Report this shady business to the BBB. Warn others on review sites like this. Groupon said they’ll be reviewing this company as they do not want to be an accomplice to criminal practices.

Bait and switch! Just like other recent reviews state the transparency on pricing is shady. Paid $185 for a $250 Groupon for a car detail. Got a call after dropping off the next day that I HAD to pay an additional $40 for wheel cleaning + $75 because of the current condition of my vehicle - an extra $115! I questioned the vehicle condition assessment and was told if I had brought in a new car (aka clean) there wouldnt be the $75 charge. I went back through the website and saw NO mention of these charges with the service I selected. I didnt like the mandatory up-charges so I said forget it but not before they charged me $35 + tax for a cancelled appointment. I tried to dispute but of course since I had signed the contract when I dropped off the car so they had a right to charge me. Find another Detailer that has more reputable business practices. Groupon was amazing and after I explained what happened, they immediately refunded my voucher.

If you own a Prius, avoid this place at all cost. Upon picking up our car there was an insane amount of internal water damage. We turned around immediately to ask them what happened and the employee at the time stated we should contact them tomorrow when the manager was in. The main water damage was inside our dash system which caused it to never be the same. Took our car to Toyota the very next morning and gathered all the evidence and paperwork. The Toyota mechanic himself even stated we should press charges. Presented it to them, and all the employee/manager kept saying over a span of a week was “nothing we did could have caused that damage”.... We were going to take it to small claims court but decided the car and this business was not worth the head ache. All we wanted the car was too look good but instead suffered a large bill due to this business. Never got it fully fixed but the car is now operational with ZERO help or ownership by this place.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The only thing professional about this business is their degree of criminal activity. I was gifted a Groupon for a car detail, made the appointment online (they require a credit card on file to book an appointment). I cleared my car of ALL items and trash as instructed, including a car seat. Dropped the car off on time (there was no person available, just a sign on the door to leave keys in drop box). Received a call 2.5 hours later that there would be a $170 upcharge (the same cost of the Groupon) for dog hair and dirt. Excuse me? My car is no dirtier than the average car due for detail. I asked that they just do their standard clean, nothing extra, but the girl insisted the charges were needed to do “our standard” and REFUSED to perform any services at all without these up charges. Upon pressing the employee further, she admitted “we are short staffed and have to charge extra in order to afford to pay our detailers.” I told them to forget it, then was charged a $40 cancellation fee to my card on file. This is a classic bait and switch: person buys Groupon, brings car in, place refuses to perform service without charging double the price and threatens a $40 “cancellation fee” if services are refused. I did NOT cancel, I simply refused to be upcharged double price. I will be disputing the $40 fee with my credit card company, I have reported them to Groupon and received a refund and reported them to the BBB (where they have an F rating by the way). Oh, and upon speaking to the manager she was extremely rude and dismissive. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.Update: to anyone else who was scammed. I was able to escalate this to a supervisor at my credit card company’s dispute department. Although the business refused to refund the cancellation fee, my credit card company did refund the money to me.

They did a great job detailing however the process to drop off and pick up is not very customer friendly.

They asked me to pay $179 to remove mold on top of my purchase for Full interior and exterior cleaning ($165 - on Groupon). Too much additional charge. I will never recommend detailing with them.

Amazing Job!They have great customer service. Before I drove my car away one of their workings came outside and asked me to look around and let him know if there was anything he missed. He missed nothing, but this is a good system to make sure your 100% happy before you pay and leave.I just glanced and the 2 negative reviews left. Sam A has left 20 Reviews which 90% have been negative. And the other negative review said they stole money. Did you leave pennies that got vacuumed up? Like for real.This is a great company and I have told all my friends about them!

We purchased a Groupon for this service. When we arrived we were told we had previously used a Groupon and you can only use a Groupon once. We had used one a few years ago and we’re not aware of this restriction. We were willing to pay the extra charge above the Groupon but they would not accept that. It is a bit of a scam to tell you this on arrival when they knew it when we scheduled. So now we have a Groupon we cannot use and were charged a $35.00 cancellation fee. Hope we can return the Groupon. Also be aware that there are often add-on charges when you arrive over the standard fee. I would not use this facility again.

I found this company online and then saw it had a Groupon. Purchased, scheduled. After reviewing reviews on all sites I should have trusted my instinct. I never write reviews but probably the worst business interaction I have had in a long time. On their site it has cancellation policy, on Groupon notes vehicle neglect will incur additional fees. I will post pics later today. It is in need of a detail, thats it. Regular sedan. The Groupon is approx $170. Called and told me 2 hours after drop off it will be additional $160 for condition. What a joke. Nowhere does it say drop your car off on time, we will assess your car two hours later and tell you it is double the price, and then charge you $40 if you do not agree to us doubling the price. No sense of communication or customer service. The manager had no sense of valuing ones time or concern. Then she charges $40 to cancel. I kept my end of the bargain. You doubled the price and then charged me for not agreeing. Terrible customer service or any sense of professionalism.

A2Z Detailing is by far my go to shop when it comes to getting my vehicle clean. I used the Groupon which saved me around $100 (its a no-brainer). I drive a bigger truck than most and was worried that it I wouldnt get it back the way I wanted it, but man do they know how to make a car shine! Aprilia is one of the nicest and knowledgeable shop owners Ive ever met, and the workers are dedicated and passionate about detailing. I have been here multiple times and left some expensive items in my truck, not thinking about it, and sure enough they were there when I got it back inside of a bag. They took the time to show me my vehicle and anything I wanted to be fixed they would do it right in front of me!

My SUV looks FANTASTIC!!! The attention to detail was phenomenal. I picked up my SUV in the dark and they came out with a huge shop light and showed me everything they cleaned and made sure I was thrilled with the results before I left. Inside and outside looks better now than when I purchased it at the dealership! Everyone was so friendly and professional! LOVE LOVE LOVE these people! Highly recommend!!!

I scheduled an appointment online. Due to a conflict that came up at work, I called 23 hours in advance to cancel and they told me I would be charged a cancellation fee. NOTE: THEIR WEBSITE DOES NOT STATE THERE IS A CANCELLATION FEE, NOR DOES IT STATE IT ANYWHERE WHEN MAKING THE BOOKING. IT WAS NOT DISCLOSED UPFRONT. I told them I would be willing to re-schedule and from this point on adhere to any cancellation fees since they now are disclosing it, but they still insisted on a cancellation fee. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS FOR THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL APPROACH TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BUSINESS PRACTICES.

Im very impressed with A2Z! My husband did not do a very good job clearing out his truck. They took everything they found and put it in bags. The truck was spotless when I picked it up. They even cleaned the storage area under the back seat! We will definitely be making an appointment for my car next!

I found out about this place through Groupon and brought my Honda Civic SI in a few months ago. This place was great! They were very friendly when it came to scheduling. The exterior and interior detailing was awesome. The staff have you look at your whole car to make sure everything looks good and is to your liking. My SI looked better than it did when I bought it. Would definitely go back!

2 StarBuyer beware if using a Groupon. Read fine print - additional charges will most likely be instated in a phone call to you amounting in anywhere from $50 - $100 extra - possibly more. Overall, interior and exterior detailing sub par. No cleaning done on anything above the head which included visors, moon roof, garage buttons, etc. not by mistake. Did not see this anywhere in fine print and also not told before drop off. Not a problem if spending $120-$150 - big problem when you spend $250.

Like many posts, I can attest first hand my car truly looked new after detailing services! Highly recommend! Everything was explained up front so I had no surprises to my final bill - staff was friendly and professional!

STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY. Worst and complete ripoff of your money if you go here. Here is my experience. I went to and gave my odyssey mini van morning 9 AM for full interior and exterior. I went in the evening to pickup and saw mini van inside to check if everything is cleaned. Door Jams all doors inside panels are not cleaned at all. Then carpets are not cleaned completely either. Leather seats I showed all marks and Aprila (she says she is owner) says his staff worked for several hours. When I asked why these basic areas are not cleaned. She simply says it is a miss and sorry. This is complete rip off of paying $149 for Interior detail. Exterior no need to say .they just do car wash nothing else. Better go to Midwest Car detailing, they charge less just $67 and clean car very detail.I think the reviews in google are managed and I dont think 5 * reviews are real.

Recommended by Nissan but when I showed up no one was there . I waited and rang the bell and just needed a quick question answered. Might want to hire someone to be in lobby.

Streaks on the glass and mirrors. Missed the overhead and center cubby. Also they were an hour late returning my car. When asked why it took so long they basically said the contract cars needed to come first. 2 stars for doing a half way job and lacking on customer service.

Professional & Courteous! Made my 10 year old car look like it just came off the Car Lot!

Stay very far away from these people. Our car came out with an SRS Air Bag warning light on. Company denied any responsibility and refused to do any about it - would not listen to reason. Id avoid and choose someone else.

Great service, super quick, and went way above and beyond, even buffed out a scuffed spot when i was just in for a wash. I will be back again for sure!
