I brought in my trashed “mom car.” The interior was a mess, 6 years of kids and dogs in the car had done quite a number. When I went to pick up the car I could barely believe my eyes. The work they did was incredible. Our current dog is a Great Pyrenees fuzz monster, and I couldn’t even tell there had ever been a dog in the car. When my husband saw it his immediate reaction was, “This can’t be real.” Great service, great communication, incredible people. The mom car will for sure be back!

The thoroughness of the cleaning itself is spectacular. Chris will correct any remaining issues if you find them. I live about an hour away, so thats a bit of an issue for me. I was extremely happy with the job they did. Suggestions are: 1) All Mats should be returned to the car before calling customer for pick-up. 2) I think Armor-all of all leather surfaces should be part of the detailing for $175. Thats my personal experience from detailing from other services. No Armor-all was used. 3) The glove compartment inside wasnt cleaned.I didnt mention any of this to Chris because I live an hour away, so Ill do the remaining items myself, and also because Im able to do those myself. Chris I know youre likely to call and tell me to come back to get those things addressed, but the outside of the car wasnt included in the detailing which I found out after I arrived to get my car detailed. There is no specific pricing listed on the site for this. So I am tepid about if there will be extra charges added once I arrive. Once these items get ironed out, Ill feel better about returning again. Wonderful cleaning job. I wouldnt call it detailing at this point. Thank you though for the wonderful cleaning job.

They are fantastically thorough. Requested just an interior clean and shampoo, but they also gave a basic car wash too which in -10 temps surprised but delighted me. Whole service took about 6 hours to finish.

Brought my wifes Nissan Juke Nismo RS in to Chris and O.C.Detail for the Ultimate detailing package.Next to the extended warranty, this was the best money ever spent on her car. The vehicle was always just a clean and cute little CPO car with a nice factory paint. That was until Chris work turned it into a sparkling gem. The paint shines like Ive never seen it, and now the pearl finish really glows like a perfect pearl. The Nismo red looks like ruby gemstones, and the black chrome appears to be hematite.We live completely across town in Maplewood, and on the drive home there were many heads turning to see what the shiny jewelry was rolling on the interstate. Even neighbors stopped on the sidewalks to watch her car drive by. Its a Faberge egg on wheels.The Ultimate package also covers the interior, and this car certainly didnt look this nice even on the showroom floor when we bought it. The Alcantara seats, dash, wheel, and headliner are now deep and rich. Even the floor mats are near-perfect as can be after Minnesota winters. Best of all... the smell of dogs and teenage funk was completely gone.I cant emphasize or recommend O.C.Detail enough other than having scheduled my car to go in next for the Ultimate detailing package.

I purchased a 2007 Toyota Sequoia from a private seller (smoker). Deal on the car was too good to pass up so I had Chris do a full detail including the ozone sterilization. The photo doesnt do it justice. I could tell you its a 2017 Sequoia and youd believe me. Odor is completely gone and the car looks showroom new. Chris does a fabulous job and prices are very competitive. Pass on the big operation shops and go straight to OC Detail. You wont be disappointed.

Found OC Detail when I was searching for a detailer in the southwest metro to detail my 2017 Ram 2500. Based on their reviews I contacted them via their website. Chris, owner, responded promptly, answered all my questions and I decided to give them a try. Dropped my truck off yesterday morning for an interior, exterior and under hood detail. Chris was ready and waiting for the truck when I arrived, discussed the services I wanted and aligned on a time for me to pick it up later in the day. At this point it was clear Chris has what I view as the perfect personality and approach to be in a services business...polite, calm, collected and specific. Got an email from Chris later in the day my truck was ready to be picked up. Arrived back to pick it up and to say I was VERY pleased with the results is a gross understatement. Chris did a wonderful job on all aspects of the services I requested, so much so we will be dropping off the Lexus this evening for him to perform his magic again. I am very satisfied with the quality of the detail on my 2013 Prius C!!! I was nearly speechless when I saw the interior — I couldn’t believe it was my car!As a reference I basically live in my car between commuting to work, college classes, and various volunteer jobs. My “urban workhorse” was looking more than a little shabby inside from an accumulation of dirt and grime associated with frequent ins and outs in all seasons.There was nary a speck of the previously copious dirt specks... the aroma of stale burger stuffed hastily into my face between jobs has been eradicated... the strange paste from heaven knows where that had affixed itself to my gas cap release lever has been banished to the hinterlands! And those are just the highlight problems!I also have an issue with water pooling in the plastic taillight housings. Chris, in addition to listening to my boring recollection of all the places I’ve been to try to get this issue fixed (to no avail), gave me contact information for someone who may actually be able to help!Just wow... seriously, this is a great value! Not only is the quality of the detail above and beyond, but Chris is very kind and helpful!

Based on his reviews, I thought I would try Chris to do an exterior detail of a used SUV I had just purchased. When I picked up the vehicle it looked better than new. A clay bar treatment, polish and sealant made the paint look 6-inches deep. You could see yourself in the finish. Fantastic work and passionate about customer service. Was looking for someone local to Prior Lake and came about OC detail with great reviews. Setup an appointment to bring in my bosss work truck to get cleaned out as we deal with anything from burned up material, insulation, and other crud often which tracks in from clothes + tools. I had to change days and times a bit as the truck was also in for recall work at the dealership which kept changing the day when the repairs would be finished. O.C. Detail did a great job with my boat. It is a 1996 21 Larson. The sides and rail were buffed, polished, sealed, and waxed. They did a great job at a great price. Some of the side paint didnt come out as we were hoping, but it looks great and they followed up with me on what I can do to get the remaining oxidation out.
