OOOOOOh my goodness! Alice Nails ROCKS! I received 200% effort on my nails!!! They take their time, they are soooooo friendly, perfect cost for what was done, and ALWAYS going over and beyond what was requested. LOVE it!!!

My nail fell off the next day she charged me $10 extra then it usually is... I tipped well but they looked over grown when freshly done. The lady ignored my questions I asked for a specific shape and she barely shaped them. Acrylics should NOT fall of the next day. I have been here before probably 4 years ago and I had an gentleman that was amazing. But every other person I’ve had at Alice nails has done the bare minimum and over charged me

Horrible first time experience, from the greeting to the appointment setting. NEVER AGAIN!The woman ignored me when I walked in as she coyly peered over her glasses with a look of disgust for some reason.She then continued what she was doing and did not verbally acknowledge mecalthoughbI was the only one standing there.I patiently waited a few minutes before saying, Excuse me maam, may I make an appointment please? I was just referred to someone from Tips and Toes who said her mother has gone for years...She sighed deeply and said What you need? No time for you anytime soon. I said, okay, is itvposdiblybyou would have time for me later please and tried to explain my delimma and need to remove the birthday set from Tips and Toes. Although she was still being very rude and the crowd was super pretentious I agreed hesitantly to LEAVE and come back (around) 2pm.On my way out of the parking space I decided I didnt want to be treated that way or in bad company.Found SaHlan which was wonderful instead!

This place and the people who work there are awesome! Would recommend. They do a great job, are fun to talk to, and if you don’t know what you want you can put your trust in Judy. Will go back in the future!

Great environment and locally owned, was overcharged for a Mani/Pedi by 15$ according to prices seen after my visit ended and I tipped 10$. No regrets, just be sure to know the set prices before asking how much is owed.

Ill never go here again and do not recommend. Place is cluttered and looks like hoarders live here. I got a full set and 8 of 10 started to lift at the cuticle within 24 hours. I have never had this happen before. My daughter also got a full set and 2 popped off in less than 48 hours. The guy who put my tips on could not do the acrylic, only because the owner can. Why is that!? Makes you wonder... no refund either. I live 2 hours away. Like im going to drive back there for another bad experience. My daughters repair was just as bad. Rushed and poorly painted.

Friendly staff, offer pedicures, full set nails, acrylic, gels, etc. Must wear masks, it is a courtesy to them as well as you and they appreciate it!

They were kind, followed directions, prompt service, and relaxing atmosphere.

Never been here so I thought I would try it. It was more than 1 hour before closing and wanted a gel manicure. Washed hands and sat down to get started. When showing what I wanted done told me to pick something else it, so I had another choice I wanted and once again told to choose something else. Well at this point I did decided to walk out as I felt they did not want my business and will never go back. Very rude and unprofessional.

Friendly service. Love that the store is not huge and things are easy to find. Reasonable prices. Thankful its in business and easily accessible. My family and I have been customers since they opened.

Nails were extremely uneven. I requested the owner to do them and they said she had an opening and when I got there a man who I never seen work there anytime I’ve got there before started doing my nails and he did not do anything to my actual nails before glueing the fake tips on. He could not get them to stay glued and he was shaking and they kept coming off and they were put on crooked and he did not cut any of them even and once the owner came to put the gel stuff on, I told her I didn’t like them and they they were uneven and she told me it was too late which was not true. I called the next time to get them fixed and they said to come in and I went in and I was yelled at rudely to come in when they are not busy even though I was told to come in at the time I was told. After only a week of getting them done, they are literally just falling off. They don’t listen when something is wrong and are rude when you voice your concerns. AND THEY OVER CHARGE!!! They’ll tell you a price after your nails are already done.

We stopped in today and had excellent service. Friendly family run business. Pampered pedicure was just what we needed on this cold day! I recommend it!

Ive been to Alice Nails three times the last year. Each time I was met with enthusiasm and treated joyfully. Today, as usual, I was treated very well. When Emily works with me, she treats me as a valued patron and not a number. I love this place. Before I left, a staff person, Kin (not sure of the spelling) made sure to come over and introduce himself and make sure I was enjoying my day. He is a joy. Additionally, I enjoyed the delicious food and drink.

Went here thinking it was gonna be good, but when I told her the type of nails I wanted she wasn’t listening and didn’t seem to care, they were to short, uneven, crooked, not even close to the same length, and was rude to me the entire time when confronting her of her mistakes she was rude, I then had another employee redo my nails. She listened a little more than the last, but still nails were uneven, and not the same length at this point I was just done. So paid then left, but less than a week and my nail starts to come off the side, and other nails are super flimsy, like my car jumped up on me and I tried to stop him and my nail snapped. I wouldn’t recommend going here. Rude staff and lack of attention.

They went above and beyond to salvage an almost broken nail of mine! Really took care of my nails and spent the time on them they needed - lasted for WEEKS with just regular polish. Highly recommend - great prices too.

Quirky but awesome. I always enjoy seeing Judy and her team. Customer service is very important to them and they do great work.

I had asked for round and short nails, I got long and almond style not even oval. When I asked for shorter she gave me a look and barely moved the clipper. I have nails going crooked. Some are more pointy than others which is worst because I asked for round. Didn’t talk at all to me, walked in I had to say hello to them. Not friendly at all. Went home and shaped them myself. They didn’t make feel like I could ask for them to be changed, also sent me home before the nails were dry and one my nails got smudged.

I went here for the 1st time today. I have been to many places in EC and this has been BY FAR my favorite place. They have a beautiful selection of colors, a quiet salon, and everybody was very kind. The guy doing my nails was very thorough, asking me many times if I liked the shape/color, and he took his time. The prices are also fantastic. I got a gell fill/stiletto shape/matte top coat and it was $35!!Very pleased, I will be back! Thank you!

The guy doing my nails kept stopping to check his phone and left me to wait for minutes before coming back just to do it again 5 minutes later. All of the tools looked uncleaned and the room itself was really unkept and dusty. There was an open can of beer on the back shelf. At one point my finger started bleeding and the guy doing my nails got really annoyed. The acrylic nails were okay but definitely couldve been better but the price for them was really good.

Had a very poor experience. Came in wanting an ombré gel set, there was only one lady who could do that- I was waiting for her when the owner came over telling me she could do my nails but only with one color. I said I’ll wait for the other lady as I want the ombré. She said oh so you don’t believe me (I have no idea why that was said), laughed, gave me a dirty look & asked me to get out of the chair so another client could sit there. It was by far the worst nail experience I have ever encountered. And I have been coming here for years.

My mom and I went there as a mom/daughter bonding date and the ladies there were rude. I got the worst manicure I have ever gotten and I accidentally chipped it and the owner who did my manicure proceeded to yell at me. My mom had to tell the lady to stop yelling at me. My mom got a pedicure and the lady working on her nails, cut a “hangnail” off and my moms toe hurt for days after that. (she didn’t have a hangnail on her toe prior) The lady had clipped my moms toe nail too short and ripped it off. Also the lady working on my moms nails had nail dust all over her shirt. My mom tried to start a conversation and was trying to be friendly but the lady was not friendly in return and just gave short answers. They did not put pride in their work at all. Never going there again. 🙁

Stopped in here with my mom for a pedi on mothers day and they squeezed us in. They did an amazing job, we will definitely come back here to have our nails done again.

My nails were smudged when they had plenty of time to dry. The manicurist made phone calls during my manicure and was rude. Will not be going back. Also the lady who was working on my nails was rude to me and my friend.

I came here with my mother as this is where she usually gets her nails done. I had an appointment for a manicure with gel polish and confirmed this when I checked in. I only recieved the polish and no manicure. She removed my gel polish with a dremel (the correct way for removing gel polish is to soak it off), which is more time consuming. I asked her to soak it off however she didnt speak English and proceeded to file it off with the dremel and nicked my cuticlel. I also had a broken nail I asked her to repair and she put a little glue on it. Before polishing she didnt have me wash my nails off and painted over the nail dust. A day later and I had 2 broken nails and a week later I have 4 broken nails and 2 chipped nails. Usually my polish lasts at least 2 weeks!My mother in law had to go back in as her polish was coming off as well (which wasnt an option for me as I live an hour away). Her manicurist also cut one of her toes while clipping her nails.There was also a dog running around the salon which must be against safety and sanitation rules.

I made an appointment hours earlier and when i got there at the time i wasnt helped until 35 minutes later. i got acrylics and the lady didnt even ask how long i wanted and just snipped off a whole chunk when i wanted longer. overall customer service was good but the job wasnt well and my nails arent painted very well with spots missing paint.

Listen well and are funny. Nice acrylics an gels.
