My toenails are very happy! The full pedicure didn’t disappoint. It was a relaxing experience, and my nails look fantastic. I’m a long distance runner, had the margins of my big toenails removed years ago and they still look a bit funky. But the salon owner made them look normal again! Excuse the tan lines…

Happy Nails is the perfect name for this Salon. Every time I leave I feel happier because my nails look so beautiful! I also very much appreciate that they dont leave you waiting past your appointment time. Ive been to many other Salons that regularly make you wait long after the scheduled appointment. Thank you Happy Nails for being so professional and doing such an exquisite job on my nails!

Super money hungry. They will try to charge you for everything. A simple design, a certain amount of colors you want, how long you want your acrylics (which doesn’t make sense because it’s gonna go to waste anyways). The lady I had was super rude and unprofessional. I didn’t even get the nails I wanted and it was a waste of money.

Great nail salon..

The lady was really rushed. Didnt realize until I left that nails were crooked. When I went back she yelled at me. Fixed my thumb nail which was not the right length but told me she couldnt do anything else. Offered to pay for a new set, said she wouldnt do it. Definitely never going back. One of the least professional places in Eau Claire. Even the mall would be better.

My daughter and I went to get mani pedis before her baby delivers. The lady who did my nails was rood, commanding and very sick! I didn’t realize how sick until we sat for the manicure. She was sweating, coughing and sinus issues. I should have walked away when she didn’t have gloves on both hands, didn’t bring new clean tools, and wasn’t wearing a N95 mask, just the cheap blue ones everyone is wearing. She kept touching her mask and took a cough drop. She should have never been at work. Now here I am a week later with a cold and may miss out in the delivery of my first grandchild. Partly my fault for not walking away. Will never go here again!

The polished bubbled up and here it was wet polish under the top coat 2 days after I got my nails done it bubbled up n peeled off.

Went for a pedicure, they could have not cut my one nail any shorter if they tried. Its now bleeding and looks ridiculous. Asked her to stop several times and she kept cutting. Wont go back.

Today was my second visit there. Of course I was satisfied with the first visit or there would have not been a second time. Today I felt like they did the bare minimum because folks were waiting and calling in to be seen. I wondered if the guy who did my pedicure was really a technician or just helping out with the family business. I could have and probably should have asked. He didnt use cuticle oil, just the tool to go through a few quick motions of pushing them back. I have polish on my toe that he just left. He was a very nice and respectful guy but sadly there wont be a third visit.

The people were very nice, it was a relaxing experience. They got to me immediately,and offered me a bottle of water while they were taking care of me. One lady was doing my pedicure while another was doing my manicure. Double pampering.

This was my first time at Happy Nails, Im not happy. The women who did my nails was in a rush, she was very ruff with my hands getting frustrated with me. I told her I wanted to keep the length, please put a tip on the one that broke . She did this but cut my middle finger nail very short. She said this is better. Over all I did not get good service I will not be back.

Went to Happy Nails for the first time today and I was SO impressed with my nail technician. Kim got me in for an acrylic fill with no wait time at all. She made sure the gel polish I picked out was exactly the color I wanted/ matched the sample. I’m most impressed with the care and percision she had with the shape of my nail right from my cuticles to the arch, to smoothing out my actual nail underneath/ around the edges of the acrylics. The length is perfect and didn’t question my preference (my nails are very long) unlike other salons I’ve been to. I had a broken nail which she worked with very gently too! Thank you Kim for your amazing work I’m excited to have found my favorite place in Eau Claire

The only place Ill get my nails done now days. Used to go to other more popular places but happy nails is cheaper & quicker & honestly does better

I was taking my daughter to get her nails done, when I saw they do the cats eye magnetic polish I had to try it. My daughter wanted pointed nails (super trendy) which coat an additional $10, so does the magnetic polish, as well as the gel. All together I paid $30 extra for the design and shape of the nails. I only got a gel polish which was started so far back on one of my hands it looked as though it was grown out for a week. My daughter had 2 nails that were kind of crooked on her fingers. Overall the nails looked ok from a distance but the longer I looked at them the more flaws I saw.

This morning I went to have my acrylics removed as they were very gross and gown out. The staff was so friendly everything was so clean, I was very highly impressed. I had mentioned I was getting married next month, the man I had was so nice to ask where we were going to have our nails done for the wedding and if he could help with anything he was so sincere about it, I booked right away for the wedding

The absolute best nail salon in the area. Kim takes great care of every client & makes sure that they are completely happy with their nails before they leave!! :D

When i went to get a full set of acrylic nails. it took about 3 hours to finish them. i also asked for a squavol look and this guy did a coffin instead and they weren’t even at least symmetrical, one of the nails that he messed up on, tried to keep filing my nails which made it smaller and smaller to the point were it reached my actually nail. on my right hand the nails are way longer then my left one. he didn’t even bother to see which one was longer or etc, he also was really tired and kept yawning when he was painting the nails which made it go over the nails. i’m actually really disappointed that it was 40$ for literally nothing. i’m never going back there again.

I went to Happy Nails to get a simple black gel polish and acrylics. I came out with nails that had bubbles of wet polish under the top coat and sore fingertips. I went back in because one nail exploded and got gel polish all over, and even after they fixed it, Ive noticed that theres still bubbling there. I wouldnt recommend this place if youre looking to get a nail job thatll look good and last awhile.

Had to wait a long time to get anything done people who missed there appointments were served before us. And my nails looked liked dumb they wernt attached right and pointed upwards and crooked. There were 3 of us and all are nails looked horrible not just mine ..

Called and made an appointment and when I got there they said no appointment made. Apparently, they didnt write it down. Waited 20 minutes and then had no more time to wait.

Love my nails! Unlike some other places they dont feel like they are there. They feel like my nails. Wont be going anywhere else

Went for my friends wedding. Way overpriced, for terrible results. Stylist was rough, ended up charging an extra fee for almond shape, which were ALL crooked, and far longer than I wanted. When I asked for shorter,, she ended up getting very snobby with me, and barely made them any shorter, i gave up... I rarely get my nails done besides special events, first and last time I will ever go here. Took nearly 3 hours for a pedicure and full set.. just frustrating..

Its fine if you are in a pinch and cannot get to your regular place, but I got my nails done on a Saturday and they barely lasted until the following Saturday. My top coat chipped and now the acrylic is chipping. I can only think cheap paint and acrylic powder. Its the same price at my regular place and they last much longer. (Price is not what you pay for here). It looks and feels like Walmart quality material. Plus they shuffled me around. The guy that started my nails did not finish them. I really did not appreciate that. Moving around with wet nails, in a busyish salon, and one person not knowing whats going on....not good.

Horrid, wont be back! $72 for a gel manicure and pedicure, I made an appointment for 5:30 (which ment absolutely nothing) they sat me to soak for 20 mins, because they were not ready for me. My pedicure is still not dry because the guy was in such a hurry to get me done he didnt leave the light on long enough (that was 5 hours ago...) design is completely messed up, and my manicure is bumpy, uneven, and spotty... *best part*- pretty sure he had a cigarette inside the nail salon in between manicure and pedicure... oh and did I mention I was there for 2 hours! HORRIBLE!

This was the absolute most horrible experience I have ever had anywhere!!! First I asked if there was a wait, they said no I asked if they do the dip nails, they said yes, no I picked a color and proceeded to wait. Once I sat down the nail tech started to dremel my nails and then stopped and asked the lady in their native language something which I did not understand. Then he stopped and left me waiting there. After 10 minutes or so the lady came and sat down and told me that she did not have time to do the dip nails so I would have to have a refill and then come back again to do the dip. So with half dremeled Nails I decided to go with the refill and hopefully get out of there as soon as possible. She proceeded to murder my nails with a Dremel tool and I asked her to be gentle but she continued on and then when it came to shaping my nails she handed me the file and told me to shape them myself!!! She said she could not do the shape i was asking for so I needed to do it myself! I thought she was joking, then she handed me the file and walked away! Stunned, I sat there wondering if this was real. I did one nail so she could see what i was asking for and then I was thinking that she would do the rest because that is what I am paying her to do but apparently I was wrong and she told me that I needed to do all of my fingers. I was so completely shocked I almost got up and walked out but I really didnt have the time to go to another place so I proceeded to do all of my nails and then she painted to sloppy coats of polish on. As I left still in awe of what at actually happened I noticed that one of my nails had already chipped just from reaching into my purse and then within another 5 minutes another nail had tripped so now I will have to go to another place and get them done again. Beware dont ever ever ever go to this place if you want any decent kind of nails I still cannot believe the horrible service that I received and what a terrible job they did well half a job because I had to do half the job myself. I would highly suggest to go anywhere else but here and warn your friends!

I will never go there again. I asked if I could have a pedicure and they took me to a chair, put water in and never said a word so I thought I could get right in. Another person walked in with two people already sitting on chairs waiting and they took her. I had sat there with my feet in water for over 1/2 hour, so I got up, dried my feet and walked out. I went elsewhere, where a person is treated like a human.

Only time Ive been here. Its the last time Ill ever go. Nail technician that did my nails was in so much of a rush that she got polish all over my fingers. Very rude people that worked there.
