This was my first visit to SahLan & getting dip nails on my natural nails, and I will definitely be coming back!! Kazua was very patient in shaping my nails and caring for my cuticles. The color on my nails is beautiful & they look very clean and shiny. The atmosphere is relaxing and calm, and everyone is very friendly and talkative. Such a welcoming environment, I can’t wait to come back. High quality, worth the money (I’ve spent way more on nails I didn’t like at all, I thought the amount I spent was perfect for the results I got). You all run a wonderful salon!! I found a new favorite place!

I went to SahLan for the first time yesterday. It is a very relaxing environment, very clean and well organized. My nail tech took great care in my nails and took her time. She listened to what I wanted, and was able to duplicate the design that I showed her perfectly! It is a little pricey, but worth every penny! It was, honestly, the best nail experience I have ever had! Will definitely be returning and recommending!!!!

I had a gel manicure with Kou Xiong 16 days ago, and it hasnt chipped one bit! But while Kou did a great job, I wasnt impressed with the salon. Kou, as well as the woman at the front desk, were the only ones wearing masks. Yet - they asked me to remove my shoes not to track dirt into the salon. This made no sense. We can spread the germs, but not the dirt. I didnt feel comfortable in the environment where they had me right next to another client and nail tech, who wasnt wearing a mask. Had I known this would be the situation, I wouldnt have gone.

I absolutely love this place! The energy is so light, the attitudes are so harmonic. The customer service IS world-class! I love the Hemp and CBD products they use. I also love the encouragement and use of products that are not harmful to your real nails and nail beds. They dont take short cuts here or overcharge for cheap work.I found out I was charged almost $100 for specialty nails for my birthday at Tips and Toes. They were aquamarine Blue with a pink 1000 petal lotus flower, which is my business logo.They treated me very poorly at Tips and Toes although I still tipped $20 as I always do so I can help make someones day.Tips and Toes did not properly apply the set, lied about the acrylic and charged me for gel and they were dull and cheap looking on the surface.Big NO NO! Ill spend my money with SahLan and people who truly care about your self care and will contribute to that through kind treatment, an amazing environment, gentle, kind and understanding nail techs.All certifications are hanging on walls. I’ve recently been disappointed in the quality of service at some other local nail salons, and decided to try something new. Luckily, for my first-ever visit to SahLan I was able to get a last-minute booking for the same day (later I learned they book out 2-3 weeks typically). I was immediately impressed with the incredibly clean and pleasant atmosphere, and the efficient check-in process. Every guest is asked to wash their hands throughly and wear clean flip flops (which SahLan provides) while in the appointment. They also display the polish colors using sample sticks, rather than a disorganized shelf full of bottles like some other salons. I personally appreciated those thoughtful details. :) The technicians were very friendly and outgoing, and their banter made the appointment fun and relaxing at the same time. The quality of the regular pedicure service was excellent, and they offer some types of services not available at other salons, such as a therapeutic CBD pedicure. I truly enjoyed my experience and have recommended it to several local friends!

Very nice place and friendly people, but the quality isn’t there. I paid $51 excluding tip… for just dipping my nails in powder twice. The color I used was only dipped twice and my nails are super thin and fragile compared to what usually happens with dip (other places usually do at least 3, usually 4 times). Didn’t have to take off previous dip, didn’t have tips added onto my nails, no design, all one solid color. Super plain nails for not a great price. On my thumb the dip is already separating from my nail on the tip, I’m on vacation so i haven’t done anything to cause that to happen. My nails have been done for 4-5 days. Also by my cuticles the color is uneven and some is on my skin so it is lifting. Usually lotion is also added with a massage but nothing fancy was done for $51, this took about 35 minutes and was the fastest I’ve ever been in and out of a salon.

This place is so awesome!! It’s clean, friendly & makes you feel like you’ve been friends forever! I came to SahLan Nails in April for a dip manicure & Signature pedicure just before a trip I was taking. My Nail professional is Kauza. She makes sure everything is outstanding before letting you leave!! I have been going back ever since. The atmosphere is so fun & relaxing!! Love this place!!

Had a horrible experience at v&v nails. Even tho I asked for acrylics they just gave me nail polish but thats fine because my nails were so damaged from the acrylics v&v butchered. they were very gentle and she had to spend almost a hour to get the acrylics off because v&v made them so thick.

I absolutely loved this place. Extremely clean, relaxing setting, and their staff was top notch! My gel polish pedicure stayed on and in tact for well over a month. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

I am so happy I decided to visit SahLan - I love the decor, it’s very modern- in a “earthy” way. I love how organized AND clean things are, starting the minute you walk in the door. This nail salon is immaculately clean. 🧼 The manager himself was sweeping and disinfecting everything late in the day. So much nicer than VIP nails. Last time I went there the guys tools came out of a box with nail clippings. So gross! In contrast, Sahlan Nails was kept pristine-it was so very reassuring to see the strides they took to ensure things were sanitary. Workers are friendly and do great work! Wanted to leave a review after a couple days to make sure my nails held up and they are doing great! Highly, highly recommend! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

I am so disappointed with my pedicure. I got this done yesterday and it was definitely the worst pedicure I have ever got. My legs were massaged for about a minute. The nail polish started cracking a few hours after being painted and after looking at my nails they were painted very messy. I’m going to have to get them redone or do them myself today. Very disappointing.

This is NOT your typical nail salon. This is a spa session. Hot towel leg wraps, hot stone massage with warmed lotion and essential oils. So relaxing! Its clean, friendly and all in all an amazing experience. I highly recommend it and I know I will return.

The atmosphere was private and calming, perfect for pampering. Ive had horrible experiences around the area, but I will definitely be back on a routine basis. SahLan is my ONLY recommendation for nails. Im excited to try out their waxing next.

They were very clean and friendly. My only complaint is that things seemed a bit rushed and one of my thumb nails is notably less shiny. I dont know that it is worth going back to have it fixed, but it was a bit disappointing.

Ill start with a positive- the salon is very clean!! I was impressed by this and what is honestly drew me to try it out. Overall though, I am very unhappy with SahLan!! I got dip nail extensions. First set looked great. When I came back the second time to get them done I was told that because I had done black on some of them that I would have to do that color or a darker color for those nails.... OKAY...that makes no sense to me why you would even do the nail like that. Dont dip it all black so youre locked into one color, dip the bottom layers with clear first and then the color on top. Had I known that I would have brought it up- but this was my first time getting dip extensions as I have always gotten standard acrylics (which this salon doesnt do). From this set on I was locked in to what I could and couldnt do design wise :( To Selenas credit she worked with me on that and I was able to get the color I wanted, BUT my nails that were black before were never filed completely off- and when I suggested replacing them I was told no. Those nails have looked like a spotted cow underneath since the first set i got done. AWFUL. So I get my second set done and from the time between my second and third set, two tips of the nails broke off. When having my nails done, my nails NEVER break, maybe one-two nails A YEAR.... so I knew something was off! I glued them back on for a temporary fix until my next appointment. I pointed the breaks out to her and asked for those nails to be taken off and replaced because of the breaks (she wasnt going to) and after I asked she said no, that they would be fine. ALSO, within this appointment I was asking for lines to be added to outline the red french tip that I had gotten and it was at least 3 times back-and-forth her telling me no, it would look too busy and me saying well thats what I want can you please do it? I should be able to request something (if they have the ability to do it) to be added and without feeling like I have to twist my techs arm to get what Im asking for. I am the paying customer; I shouldnt have to argue about what I want on my nails!!! With this THIRD set Ive had 2 nails break, one nail crack AND my both thumb nails polishes peel off within ONE week of having the set done! First it was one of the thumb nails peeling within the first 24 hours. I went in to have it fixed and it was able to be fixed promptly (for free) because they have a 2 week guarantee. Which was great- but I shouldnt have had to go in to have it fixed in the first place. 4 days later I had one break and the other thumb polish peel! I went in to get it fixed (they had the sign up for walk-ins available) and I was told that it would be 2 hours before someone could fix my TWO nails. I understand if everyone was with someone, but why have the walk-in sign up...nobody wants to walk-in and wait 2 hours! I did not have time to come back later....I shouldnt have had to be there in the first place!! I will NOT go back there. Maybe it was just Salena that didnt know what she was doing with my nails; I cant fault the other techs as I never went to them. I work in an office setting and need my nails to look professional at all times. Thats the point of having them done....to look nice. I do not have the extra time or patience to run in there to be told they dont have enough time to fix my nails when I have time. The amount of issues I had with only having them done with her THREE TIMES is more issues than I have had all the previous years having them done. If you are wondering why I tried a new salon at all- I moved states away and was forced to. The nails were pretty Selena did some good designs on my nails Id rate them an 8/10, but if the nail quality doesnt hold up then it doesnt matter!! The nails were not cheap either- new set with tip was $90, my more simple second set was $60 with tip and my third set was $80 with tip. If Im paying that much I expect not to have issues!!!!!!!

All of the technicians in this salon are very nice and they work hard to provide a nice experience. They bring you water and cake while you get your nails get done, and provide you sandals to keep the back of the salon extra clean. With (20%) tip I payed 72 dollars for nails with extensions and gel polish. Their prices were confusing upfront so make sure to ask if you are confused and they will explain it to you. My nails took over 2 hours, so make sure that you have a good chunk of time blocked off for your appointment. I was unhappy with the quality of my nails (photo provided) and I think it was partly attributed to my technician trying a new technique on me (Im not sure) but I let the salon know and they offered me a full refund or a half refund and they would re-do my nails. This salon is new and they are still figuring out the best practices but they do seem to care a lot about customer satisfaction.

Brought my lovely grandmother in, a little apprehensive about going to new places, but they did an awesome job. For my first time being there, it is totally better than any other nail salons in Eau Claire. It was clean, the atmosphere is relaxing, chairs were comfortable and the employees were very professional and welcoming. We had Tiffany for my grandma and MC for me. All I can say is, this place is the best by far and these ladies did an awesome job on our pedicures. Highly recommend these ladies and this facility. Everyone in this place did a great job and every single customer walked out happy. We will be returning for future manicures and pedicures .

Ive gone to multiple nail techs at this salon and they are all so amazing! It is on a completely different level than other nail salons. Think spa, but nail services. I will never go anywhere else again. And the signature pedicure is worth every penny! This salon truly cares about their customers ❤

I cannot give them enough stars!!! I called earlier in the day and they were able to schedule two of us for pedicures the same evening. When we got there, we walked in to a clean and serene setting with absolutely no trace of nails/polish smell in the air. The women were all very nice and they spoke very good English (which they spoke 98% of the time). We were sat together right away and waited almost no time before the women came over to start. They were lovely, and introduced themselves before beginning. They each opened NEW nail kits for each of us, and when my Tech dropped a tool, she went to the back to get a clean one. Throughout the Pedicures they kept a conversation with us and continuously asked if the pressure was right or if anything they were doing was hurting our feet. From start to finish we were there for over an hour for the Classic pedicures (the lowest priced at ~$35) and every moment was wonderful. They brought us glasses of water as well. The entire salon was beautifully decorated and Completely SPOTLESS. I will be going back in the near future for a manicure and another pedicure! For some, the prices may seem a big high, but I promise that it is worth every cent!!!

This place was great! Service was great too to do a bridal party the day before my wedding back in July! My nails turned out beautiful and they weren’t damaged at all from the nails itself. Only issue is they aren’t exactly clear on the prices when you are ready to pay but other then that high end quality nails!

Nice, calm-looking place. Lacks massage chairs, beware....Staff was very chatty with each other, but overall friendly. My color didn’t match the nail samples TWICE, so I suggest they get more accurate samples, or better yet, allow customers to see the bottles, since they don’t match the samples. Please also offer more shimmery neutrals vs flat neutrals. Also - staff - please massage calves BEFORE applying polish so you don’t mess up the polish, and certainly don’t blame the customer for you smudging it, even if you think you sound like you’re kidding.

I cannot recommend this nail salon enough!! I’ve been a nail biter my entire life and this was my first ever manicure. I wanted to go somewhere that was clean, friendly, relaxing, and professional and this place hits all the marks! I’ve always been embarrassed of my nails and I was nervous to get my first ever gel manicure done, but I felt totally at ease here. Mai (MC) did my nails and she was very friendly and funny and did a great job! Plus, the price was very reasonable. I will be coming back and recommending this place to others!

The quality of my pedicure was excellent. Mai N was very sweet and thorough! I don’t like to put down businesses at all. However, today when I was in, it seemed a little disorganized and everyone working wasn’t sure how they were going to handle all the guest. I was a walk in and completely understand if they couldn’t take me. But I was there 2 hours for a pedicure and my daughter wanted her nails painted as well. We got her toes done only, which was fine. I guess I wish the staff would’ve turned me away if they couldn’t fit us in. I feel that nail salons especially on a Saturday should be prepared for walk ins. The prices for a pedicure are a little high as well. Very clean and comfortable environment. Will definitely give a try again with an appointment.

By far best pedicure and manicure I’ve ever had. All natural scrub, hot stone massage, hot towel wrap, essential oils, etc.; most importantly it’s clean and they use sterile tools. I am so disappointed in the quality of my dip manicure. Less than 2 weeks and 2 nails have fallen off. The color is lovely but if you look closely at them she didnt even cover my natural nail completely so they look like cheap press ons. I paid for the dip because I was told theyd last 6-8 weeks and didnt even make it 2. I found out later that the technician who did my nails wasnt even the same one Id requested when I scheduled my appointment. I understand that they are trying to catch up from COVID but my experience was unacceptable.

Oh my gosh, I LOVED my experience here! MC was so kind and so easy to talk to! I will never forget her love for chicken wings. Best set of coffin nails I have ever gotten! Definitely going to come back!

Amazing! Very thorough! I had very long dipped nails with a design. It did take 2 hours but they are worth it, absolutely incredible.

Clean and friendly, I had high hopes for a nail salon I really liked. Sadly, we were disappointed on all fronts. They don’t have massage chairs, and have an odd and uncomfortable shelf for your feet during the pedicure. The cuticle work was painful and a little bloody, massage and callous work was good, but the icy rinse was a shock. The polish application was mediocre and no dryer area to assure completely dry nails. They don’t have disposable flip flops you can wear out, so that along with the polish not thoroughly hardened led to worn toe tips by the time we got home. Save your money.

This was my second time here and I love it!! The atmosphere is relaxing, inviting, and very clean. Staff is very friendly and curtious. I love my manicure and pedicure and the price was very reasonable. This is the only place I will go to get my nails done!! We booked an appointment with Sahlan and wow such a great change of experience at a nail salon. Super clean. From the greeting to the station where they perform their pedicures- it was so welcoming and extraordinary. Nice essential oils in their really cool copper tubs, nice chairs not the traditional massage chair that doesn’t fit everyone! The workers were so friendly and happy to be around. We received Gel upgrades with the signature pedi. Would recommend. Hot stones, hot towel wrap. Was sooo nice! Did an awesome job for this mama. Thank you!! We will be back

Update: after writing my review, Lan the Salon Owner contacted me. I went in again and Lan discussed with me what she was going to try to make the color I picked look like the sample. We ended up putting 2 layers of a milky white down before the glitter and it made all the difference. She treated me with kindness and I couldn’t be more thankful for how she treated the situation. Thank you Lan.I wanted to LOVE this place, I really did. The environment and the employees are amazing and one of a kind in Eau Claire, I enjoyed my time and experience but was just disappointed with the turn out of my nails. Judging by the sample it was supposed to be a white glitter look but obviously I got a more silver transparent look. My nail tech did explain to me that the sample was on a white base, but you’d hope they’d create a white base for you to achieve that look. Like I said, the salon is beautiful and a wonderful environment. But I’m not quite sure if it is worth nearly $50 with tip for gel polish.

Id give more stars, but disappointing that I make an appointment, get the and ask for a full set, the woman who serviced my nails, slapped clear nails on my nails, painted it gel french, files and $60 dollars later 😳😳😳😳 sent me out the door, less than 2 weeks later, the nails started to chip and break, I was quoted one price less on the phone, and paid double that for just nails I couldve gone to dollar store and it wouldve last longer, just sad, nice shop and atmosphere, but the workers need to go back for training 🙄😒 wasnt impressed
