My daughters and I went here for the first time to have manicures and gel nails done. The owners were very friendly and did a wonderful job. They really care about doing a good job. Reasonably priced, great outcome! We will definitely be a repeat customer.

Went in to have my nails done for a wedding, two hours after leaving the salon both of my thumbs were chipping. I called them back and told them what was going on, the man on the phone and said he would fix my thumbs and then give me a new set of Polish when I came back from my wedding. Just went in for that new polish and got yelled at by the man telling me I need to listen better! I will never bring my business to this company again. So much for trying to support a local business owner

This place has the worst personality and the guy who runs it, is truly the meanest, rude, insecure person I ever met at a professional place. His wife on the other hand is very sweet and does good work.

Boutique Nail & Spa is hands down (and toes down!) my FAVORITE place in Eau Claire to get a manicure or pedicure. It’s quiet, clean, and professional. Steven is my favorite nail artist I’ve ever worked with. He does a perfect job every single time — I won’t go anyplace else!

Got a pedicure here and it was great. He took his time, was gentle and they look great. The atmosphere could be a bit improved (Fast and Furious was on in background) but thats typical in nail salons. Great for a quick, cheap ($25 plus tip) pedi.

Disappointed. I was in Eau Claire and wanted a pedicure. I chose this salon because of their good reviews. The salon is (supposedly) open until 7PM, and I arrived at 5:30. The window sign said Walk-in Welcome.The place was nearly empty; but I was told they had no time for a pedicure. I asked where else they might recommend, and didnt get an answer. I asked if I might use their restroom before I left; that also was declined.Maybe theyre good. Maybe theyre friendly. Maybe they welcome walk-ins. But none of those were true today.

Worst nail salon Ive ever been too! He did not like that I asked questions about dipping because I was concerned it was going to ruin my nail. Then when I chose a color that ended up not being as opaque as I thought he screamed at me and threw a fit. I was contemplating calling my fiance I felt so uncomfortable since it was just the nail tech and I in the salon. I highly suggest you stay away from this place.

This place is awful, I wish I had read the reviews. Go elsewhere! I had my nails redone, some are crooked I have fuzz stuck in my gel. They are expensive and do a terrible job.
