I love my nails. The girl that had done them did such a nice job. She was very gentle and sweet. Was definitely worth it!!

I got a manicure and pedicure yesterday. The second coat of polish did not cover the first coat, so my mani and pedi already look outgrown. While I enjoyed the experience, the end result was I could have done it better myself.

Great, friendly service. Got in within 5 min for my Pedicure and she did a great job.

I got acrylic nails done 2 days ago and I love them. The service was good, but the only thing I didnt like was having to switch from chair to chair. I was told to sit in chair 4, and then a worker stood up and said I can switch to chair 5. Then I got switched to chair 6 and then they started my nails. After the acrylic was put on it I had to go to chair 5 again where another person did my nails. Then she finished and another person came over and did my nails. I think it would be better and a lot easier if there was just one person to do my nails. Another thing is I have never gotten my nails done and the second lady that did my nails I think expected me to know when i needed to like put them in the thing to cure the polish. Before I even got my nails done i was sitting in the chair for about 10 minutes before someone even talked to me again. They WERE NOT busy and there were 3 or 4 workers in the back of the room sitting on their phones, when they could have easily helped me. Overall a 3 star rating.

I treated my wife, two daughters and myself to pedicures and we all were very happy with the service from start to finish this place is very well ran and operated not to mention very fair pricing.

Ive tried other places and they always end up letting me down. Whenever I get my nails done here I walk out with nails that look awesome in both color and shape

When I left, my nails looked nice, but within 3 days, I have had 4 out of 10 nails break and snap off. I have had nails forever and have NEVER had this happen before. Here is a photo of 2 of the 4.. Very disappointed.I posted a photo of 2 of the 4 broken nails. I understand there is never a guarantee, but I have NEVER had a problem like this. Thanks for the offer to fix them, however I live 1 1/2 hours away and was just at the mall for the day. It was the location at the end of the hall.

Not friendly, pretty rude.. took my 9, 13, 16 year old daughter for a polish change and charged $17 each!! For a polish change!!! No thank you, no friendliness.. felt like staff was not saying nice things about me and my family.. made us wait to dry out in mall; Seconds after finishing with my daughter. It was supposed to a fun and exciting thing to do after a fun day. VERY unfriendly!!!!Extremely disappointing

I had a terrible experience here that left me with half of a nail. I got coffin shape acrylic nails at this nail salon and the next day a piece of the acrylic nail on my pinky finger broke off. I went back to the salon to get it repaired and instead of the lady soaking my nail in acetone first she just went directly to getting the rest of the acrylic nail off by shoving a file between my nail and the acrylic nail. She dug right through my nail into my skin. Once it started bleeding she quickly put super glue on it and put the new acrylic over it. Now weeks after my acrylics have naturally fallen off, I am left with only half of my pinky nail.

I watched the lady wash my metal utensils in my dirty foot water then move on to the next pedicure. Im a pretty sure the file and pumice were also reused. The only positive thing that I can say is she did a thorough job with callus removal. Not worth $35 this place screams infection

I went to go get my nails done and be relaxed. But instead the women that did my nail was saying my idea of what i wanted was ugly and i loved those nails and felt judged. She didn’t do the nails i wanted and changed it. So i was paying for something i didn’t want. She took my card and charged me $25 more and tipped herself which is very disrespectful. Not a good experience

This place is fine. I like coming here but I’m typically told a wait time and then end up waiting more than double that. I don’t mind waiting but if its going to take long I would like to leave and get some shopping done rather than be told 10 minutes and then spend 30 minutes just sitting there. They do a good job and the prices are good, but don’t come here if you’re in a hurry.

I have always been very happy with my pedicures. They offer several different services. I have only done pedicures, I really like the extras, like a hot cloth on my legs and the different scrubs they use. My legs tingle and feel so great. For a little extra you can get something painted on your big toes, neat designs.

LOVE them- wont go anywhere else again! They fixed some of the problems that arose from a previous place and treated me with respect, in a timely manner and for a great value and best of all- I love the way my nails look! Natural!:)

I got acrylic nails and they look AMAZING. The lady did a wonderful job. But it was very quiet the whole time and felt pretty awkward. And I think it’s a little ridiculous that they charge you at least $10 to shape the nails??? But other than that it was good.

I absolutely love this nail salon! Ive been going to Model Nails for almost 20 years off and on. Ive tried other nail salons before but I always come back to Model Nails because their quality and consistency is great. And I thoroughly enjoy all the staff!

Water was cold for my pedicure, & I mentioned it to him that I wanted it hotter, but do not think he understood English, & design was not very exciting.

We came in to get my daughters nail done for her birthday and Pa, at Model Nails 2, did an amazing job. Even when my daughters nails are really tiny, she was able to paint it beautifully and even draw a flower. I recommend going to her. Her work is amazing !

I have a rule to never get my nails done in a mall, well, Dr. Mike has made my decision to give this mall nail salon another go.

The employees were somewhat rude. I got a full set that I dont feel turned out very good at all, and theyre priced high compared to other salons. Ive definitely paid less for better work. I wasnt very impressed in general.

Every time I have gone to get my nails done here I get terrible service and a vibe that no one wants to be there. It’s not very welcoming. I previously got my nails done at a different place with great customer service but they’re closed on Sundays. I broke a nail and I was at the mall so I went to get it fixed at Model Nails willing to pay the five dollars that they charge for nail fixes. There were three ladies sitting in the pedicure chairs on their phone and when I walked in the door they looked at me all confused and said “May I help you?” I responded with “I just need to get a nail fixed” they sat on their phones a bit longer then came to help me the lady asked where I got my nails done and I said USA and she said “why don’t you go there and they fix it for you..” Okay, turn away my business. Not very professional. I understand that people get busy but customer service is what I look for when I go places seen as how I work in customer service. I’ve given Model Nails many chances but every time something gets worse. Needless to say, I will not be going back, ever. Very disappointed.

I recommend model nails 100%!!! I go here every time I need my nails refilled or design changed and I can’t wven explain how amazing if a job they do! I always ask for Andy when I go in because I was recommended by friend to ask for him and ever since that day I won’t get them done unless he is available to do them! Everyone here does a great job and all but his work is my favorite!!! Totally worth it!!!

Walked in with no appointment. Lin and associate were very accommodating for my 9 year old daughter and myself. Very pleased with the manicures we received and gel nails. Will be back sometime in the future.

Overall, I had a decent experience here (they did an excellent job on my manicure and pedicure!) The service was a bit rough on my cuticles, theyre suffering a little bit the day after, but the staff was very friendly and it seemed to have great repore. It was a little expensive, but that comes with the realm of getting your nails done. Its a luxury, not a necessity, so overall definitely worth giving these guys a visit.

Im only rating 1 star because I cant rate a 0. This place sucks and the young woman there was terrible to me. First of all I was told 10-15 minutes and it took 35. Whatever, but then I get to the chair and ask if they have loose glitter... Well apparently she didnt like that question because they have glitter nail polish and she gets an attitude with me and literally refused to do my nails!! Apparently I wasnt clear enough to her. After waiting 35 minutes she told me she wasnt going to do my nails. Thanks Model Nails!

Great service. Had my first pedicure done by Pa. She did a fantastic job and I would go there again for a pedicure. She is friendly and sociable making it a great experience.

I was here on Monday and gotten acrylics and the acrylics already fell off and it’s Friday! a waste! very disappointed.

I do not normally go to the nail salons in the mall but I decided to give it a shot out of convenience. I had stopped in around 7:50pm to see how long it would be before I could get a pedicure. It was very busy when I stopped in and I was told to come back in 20 minutes. I showed back up at 8:10. I looked around and was immediately questioning how they were going to do my pedicure because every person in there was working on someone else. I was told to pick out my color and sit down at the pedicure chair. I was very highly unsatisfied with the color selection. I dont think there were even 10 shades I truly liked. I sat down for my pedicure and was not acknowledged until 8:45 (mind you the mall closes at 9!) Needless to say my pedicure lasted for 15 minutes and this was the deluxe pedicure I had picked. I cant argue the quality of the actual pedicure besides the lack of time put into it. The woman that did my pedicure was very nice and did apologize for the wait. I really think they need to put more thought into there scheduling. I dont think its acceptable that you should have to wait 30 minutes past the time you were told and then only get a 15 minute pedicure as a result. Because of that I wont be giving them another shot.

Kelsey has always done an amazing job on my nailss. She has a vibrant personality and always strives to make each customer happy. She pushes her own boundaries in creativity and that is commendable. Fantastic!!!

Rudest woman at Station One I ever dealt with. Long black hair with glasses pearched on tip of nose. Brought granddaughter in for a special treat. Spoke snotty to both of us. Had her sit in chair for 10 minutes while staff standing around. When others started coming she then had someone assist my granddaughter with her finger and toes nails. Lady who assisted my granddaughter was very nice. First impressions mean a lot. My granddaughter felt bad and I felt sorry for her. You dont that a 8 year old like that. Very poor customer relations. First impressions mean a lot. I wont be back not would I recommend this salon to anyone else.

Asked for pink and white, the lady was annoyed that I wanted that. Sanded down my old nails till it burned, and got mad when I pulled back. When sanding down the fill, cut all of my cuticles. My hands are throbbing. I have had my nails done for 15 years and this is the worst I have gotten. Plus, they look horrible. They are 1/2 inch thick!! I would have asked to have them thinned down, but it already hurt too much. Oh, btw she got mad that I didnt tip. I had explain it hurt and she just rolled her eyes.

Kelsey does a great job. I strongly recommend letting her and her great job at pedicures and manicures. I always look forward to seeing her💞

My nails turned out good. I got a full set manicure. They did not remove my cuticles and seemed in a rush. The price on the sign said it would be $30 for a full set. I didn’t get anything extra and the total ended up being $60 plus a tip. I didn’t fell welcome here and they didn’t really seem to be very friendly. Will go back to get a fill, but otherwise not again.

Wont go back there any time soon! We asked to have pedicures at the same time, and we didnt mean to sit beside each other while the other one got their maybe 15 minute pedicure! And other than freshly painted toenails you wouldnt know I had a pedicure! I asked to have my nails only polished, she said no you get manicure, I told her my nails didnt need filing, she filed and filed them. Theres something on one of my nails and she just kept trying to cover it up, its still there, I could go on and on! Im not sure why I left a tip, stupid me.

Employee that did my nails didn’t seem to really know what she was doing. Didn’t seem confident and did nails a very different way than what I’m used to, I’ve been to several nail salons. I just wanted something simple with gel polish, no designs or anything fancy. Polish was goopy, so it set unevenly and she had to keep filing it down. I asked her to fix a part that she filed off after doing the top coat... it was obvious that it didn’t look good and came off, she fixed it and then forgot to give the hand massage on the other hand..along with it still not being fixed. At that point I just wanted to get out of there! Not worth the 30$!

Went in for a mani pedi with a full set and the girl who did my toes was nice and very thorough with the polish and I was very impressed. However the lady who did my hands sliced 3 of my fingers open with the nail file and then kept going over those areas and making them bleed. Now 5 hours later my fingertips are swollen and hurt so bad. I will never ever go there again. She knew she was hurting me and still charged me 45$ for the most painful experience Ive ever had getting my nails done. Very very disappointing!

Waste of money. I went in and was not impressed. I went to cosmetology school so Im no dummy when it comes to beauty. I told the lady before she started shaping that iwanted oval. The lady kept trying to give me a square cut nail. She had no clue what oval was and she shaped my nails in circles after shaping each one square. I had bubbles and bumps in my acrylic. I went home a had to reshape them. I didnt go back for a fill and did it myself. My one handed work with nail file looked way better!

I went there to get my acrylic nails removed and they told me it was going to be a 20 minute wait. I ended up waiting for an hour! The time it took them to remove my nails was 5 minutes! They made me wait an hour for something that could be accomplished in 5 minutes! And to top it off around the 45 minute mark of my waiting a group of three walked in asking for a pedicure and they were sat and waited on RIGHT AWAY! Terrible service. NEVER going back!

Workers were rude. ombre is way too high priced they want 70 dollars where a more high class shop wants 50. Nails are cheap mine broke from switching my laundry 2 days after getting them done. I was rushed out of the shop they didnt care my nails werent dry my color was scuffed and they didnt care to fix it. Ill never recommend this place to any of my friends.

I think its a very nice place, and the people have always been kind to me. The only time my nails have come off before they were supposed to was when I nibbled on them. They have good prices too. :) Ive gone back several times and dont plan to quit any time soon.

My service was terrible, I went in for a fill. The lady rushed through the whole thing. She used the electric file and tore 4 of my fingers to the point that they were bleeding while she was painting. Then she cleaned them with alcohol. All of my nails ended up being different lengths and the shape didn’t match whatsoever and was crooked. When she painted the polish didn’t go all the way down so they already look like they’ve grown out. I ended up leaving without tipping and was so upset I called back. They told me that if I wanted to get them fixed then I could come back in but the same woman would have to fix them. No thanks. I’ll never go back there.

It took maybe 20mins of a wait but it was okay with me!I got a nice older lady and even though the electric filer bit got my skin a little (I always expect some type of accident so no biggy to me) her work was amazing and looks beautiful. Got my nails done here at the Oakwood mall. They are amazing! I definitely recommend you get your nails done by Pader. She does such an amazing job and is always open to suggestions.

Thought about getting my nails done there, the lady was rude, instead of asking politely about my service dog (who had his vest on) she assumed he was a pet and stated that pets were not allowed. I did my research, knew what i wanted and have had it done elsewhere, she decided to argue with me through a store full of customers, then assume id want to make an appointment anyway.

NEVER AGAIN WILL I GET MY NAILS DONE HERE.. the first week or so was great, loved the guy who did them too, but all of a sudden two nails broke off, then the next day the paint started peeling COMPLETELY ON ITS OWN. Now I have to go and pay yet another $70 to make my nails look decent. Not happy

I treated me and my friend to a nail day. She got a Full set 40.00 and I got a set 30.00 explain to me why my bill is 95.00 the lady says French tip is extra I said even if we both got the most expensive thats 40.00 each theres 15.00 extra. No answer from her NOT HAPPY wont be back!!

I went there for the first time and they making it so easy. I am not sure if they supposed to do it really fast or what. This young lady did my nails pretty fast. I got my self a full set but they just glued the plaster nail with my tips and then she puts the gel powder on top. The reason I give them 1 star is because she didn’t color my finger in full color. I’m still ok with this but what make me want to give them a review is because my fingers started to hurt the next morning after i got my nails done for a night. I also did pedicure. When I began to sit there’s two women next to me was doing their half way. I saw the lady who did thems give them a massage. The young lady did mine pretty fast. It’s not even 10 min and I didn’t get a massage. They didn’t care about you because they care more about the customers who was waiting. They tried to do as fast as they can so they can have another customer(money going on pocket). They didn’t care about how your nails will turn out and how your feet will turn out. I still got some dead skin left over and it didn’t clean at all. Bad bad! First time and last.

I had my moms nails done for her birthday. The day after several started lifting. When we came back in the lady that did them was made at us and ignored my mom as she was asking questions about her nails. Ive never wrote a negative review for anyone but this place is worth driving somewhere else!!

I am getting married and asked for a pedicure and manicure there. That people were Awful, rude, disrespectful, racist and make me waste my time! They told me 30 min and they ignored me and my mom, sitting in a chair while they were taking care of people who come after us. They were racists ignore me the whole time and then, told me that they can just do one services after I was there for almost an hour. RUDE AND RACIST. Awful and the disrespectful. No go there! Im not sure why but last time I was in there I was charged $55.00.. Usually its $40.00. But Im thinking about finding a new place to go to. Dr Henery made a few of my fingers bleed. But with tip it was $60.00.. I wasnt a happy camper.

This had to be the worst experience I have ever had. The used the electric grinder and it felt like they were burning my nails. They didnt paint the nails all the way back so it looked as though I already had a weeks growth. I got gel nails and never in my life have I had gels nails bend, tear or break and I am now in so much pain from them breaking and tearing. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Plus the customer service is horrible. They have no personalities and it is not a relaxing environment at all. I am extremely disappointed of my overall experience.

Literally no one else in the area does a gel manicure as well as Model Nails. So so so perfect and they take such pride in their work.

I went there to get my nails done for a few month with acrylic nails. I went in to ask them to fix a nail that had fallen off after like 5 days and the paint chipped after 5 hours on valentines day and they tried to tell me I needed to pay $35 for a fill after a week when its recommended to get a fill every two weeks. They have two locations in the mall and the first one Ive went two twice and they were always super rude and mean ...the one girl told me that she basically didnt care if I took my service else were....horrible service which is unfortunate because Ive gone there alot with friends and family and they dont care about loosing customers

Unhappy. I was very polite and specific (even showed a picture) it was very simple i only ask for square shape and all white nails. The shape of my nails is very unevenly cut and placed unevenly as well. Very disappointed with service due to the fact i wasted my money.

I went to model nails by Penneys. The male technician used super glue on gel nails. He used tools designed for acrylics and rushed thru in 30 minutes. No eye contact or any kind of communication. When it came time to redo them at another salon, it took 3 nail wrap procedures to get the gel off and then the super glued would not come off. My nails are trashed and extremely red and sore and the supervisor of second salon recommended to let nails heal. She was the one that told me that a layer of super glued had been used underneath the base gel coat. NEVER will go there again. Better to pay more elsewhere or do your own nails.Would give no stars if I could.

I went in and got a full set. They didn’t remove any of my cuticles at all, shaved so much of my nail off that the edges began to bleed, and did not do the right color, shape or size correct as I showed them. They charged an extra $15 for something I did not ask for and I was not very satisfied, especially with the fact that I paid for a manicure that was $50 and looked like it was not done by a professional.

If zero was an option I would select that. If you have a sign in sheet, follow it. We signed in upon arrival and waited for 40 minutes. We were next up to have my daughters nails painted and they took three walk in gals instead.... we left!!! Disrespectful!!

The manicure and pedicure was ok. The staff speaking to 1 another in their native language in reference to their clients was absolutely unacceptable! Pay attention, their conversation could be about you. They all speak English very well so why would you speak in another language in the presence of clients. Im just asking.

Only giving one star because you have to. My friend and I went and were told 5-10 minutes. 25 minutes later and my friend was half way through and they hadnt even started mine. When I asked about the time they told me they said that was just a quote and then spoke in another language and laughed. I was in the shop for 50 minutes and my pedicure only took 15 of that. No massage, barely any grooming and it was obvious that no one cared. I work in the mall and will discourage people from going to this establishment when they come into my store. I have never had a more rushed or worse experience during a pedicure than this. Terrible service, experience, and staff.

We had to leave without our toe nails drying because we had a rude twenty something sit down next to us playing her music loudly. I asked her to put in her earbuds and she just looked at me with a blank stare. I think the workers should have come over and asked her also, but they didn’t do anything. My daughter, who lives in Eau Claire, will not be going back to this place and will make sure all her friends and co-workers know about our terrible experience.

My wife went and her mother went to this salon and after making them wait over a half an hour and after serving people who came after them they told them the store was closing and they would not be doing any more people.After explaining they had arrived before the other people the store clerks became rude and told them they could leave.
