This was my first and last time going here. I just wanted a fill and I asked for them to be a little sharper and he completely messed up my middle finger before I even finished saying what I wanted as you can see in the picture my middle finger isnt the same shape and the rest. Through out the whole time he cut me 4 times and was really pushy. When he was done painting he filed my nails and it looked all messy on the sides of my nails. This was one of the worst nail experiences of my life. My fingers hurt and my nails look worse when I left.

The nails place is really cool, besides the smell of nail polish liquid or removal. It is pretty expensive there since Ive gotten the gel nails for 30 dollars. 5 dollars each time for one designs 10 for 2, 15 for 3, 20 for 4, and 25 for all 5 I think on all five nails. Overall this is why I rated it 5 stars.

I loved my luxurious pedicure but when i got my manicure the lady was rough and cut me. Wouldnt stop bleeding. I was hoping for a little discount for that but no. Full price still. But over all my experience was pretty good.

Ha Le did my nieces nails. We waited for over a half hour when they said 10 minutes and we’re letting people in before us until we got up to leave then she said fine, come over here I’ll do your nails. She did the wrong colors that my niece has asked for and when I asked her about it she actually yelled at me in front of everyone saying “I don’t have the wrong color” and people were staring. She CLEARLY had a teal when we asked for blue. She then said she will put the other on top after I brought it up. After she finished telling me, she turned to her coworker, started speaking and rolled her eyes. Truly the most unprofessional and rude experience. At the end her nails were teal not blue.

Very disappointed!! Called ahead to make sure they had time to do a full set and pedicure. Went in and showed a picture of what I wanted for my full set, just square thin french tip, and he said he could do it. The pedicure went great with bella, but then I went to sit in the number #1 seat with Jimmy I think his name was. I showed the picture again just to make sure he knew I wanted the same shape and everything(square thin french tip full set) and he went on and on about how he couldnt do it now all of a sudden. I told him that this is why I like to show show picture in the beginning and I did, and he said he could do it... he was very disrespectful because I didnt want it the way he said he wanted to do them. Another worker was talking to him and he told her you dont know what your talking about and you dont understand and neither does she... she meaning me(his customer)!! He told me to sit next to him and wait for the other lady to do it then, so I sat there and then decided that I was not going to get my nails done by a place with a worker that just embarrassed me and was so disrespectful to me in front of everyone in there. I decided to just pay for my pedicure and leave, not coming back. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I was so uncomfortable and embarrassed.

Best pedicure I have ever had. Very detailed. This place is VERY CLEAN.Definitely a must try. I experienced The New deluxe pedicure.

I have been going here since november 2020 and i love it!! they’ve done so well, are so sweet, and they are really talented. it’s really clean as well!

Let’s begin by talking about the lack of professionalism and customer service. The lady yelling at me from her station asked me a question and proceeded to pick up the phone when I was answering. Now quality; there was none. Had a gel manicure done that started peeling the next day! My regular polish usually lasts me 4 days with no chipping at all! I came in today to get them fixed and instead of changing the color and fixing the 6 nailed that needed fixing, she filed the nails all the way down to the skin (my nice long nails) so she wouldn’t have to paint them. Absolutely horrendous as they are so short they hurt!

The technicican got upset when I asked her to do a couple of my toenails differently. She argued, then went into the native tongue spewing at the coworkers and mumbling for several minutes. Very intimidating. I had a $50 gift certificate. My bill for two pedicures was $80. I gave her the gift certificate and my debit card and she said $30 on card? I said yes. Well, she brings the receipt back and says she forgot to do gift certificate and I could use it next time. She just kept repeating herself and wouldnt stop to listen. What a scam! Anybody want a gift certificate? Because I wont be going back.

Went here yesterday for the first time to get acrylics done. Sadly I didnt catch the name of the gal who did them, but she did an AMAZING job! She was so sweet and made sure they were perfect. Very friendly and the place is adorable!😊

Horrible service. I HAD long fingernails and I clearly said trim not short. He repeated 3 times not short. I confirmed not short. Guess what super short. Horrible manicure. Streaks, uneven.. I will never go there again

My daughter and my favorite nail salon. Calling ahead to book a slot is appreciated,, often necessary on weekends. We are regulars, so we are recognized by staff and always get good service. Beautiful salon with lots of pedi chairs and nail stations. Full service manicures and pedicures. Enamel, gel and dip. They can also bling your nails!

Pedicure was awesome. Great foot massage! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Only problem was the polish was applied too quickly, and the edges of my big toes didnt get polished. I only noticed after I left and was too pressed for time to go back.

I went here for a VIP pedicure about a year ago, and it was amazing. My experience this morning was terrible to say the least. I asked for the VIP again, which was supposed to be an hour. I was out in 30 minutes with a scraped toe, plain spots on my nail where there should be gel polish, and just as much callous on my foot as I went in with. The massage was five minutes at most. Very disappointing.

When I first walked in the door, I started getting yelled at by one of the guys that worked there, and I couldnt even understand anything he was saying. He was very rude and unprofessional about it too. I then sat and waited for over an hour past the time I had made the appointment for, even though there werent a lot of people there. When I finally got sat down for my nails to get done, she didnt even ask me what I wanted, and didnt do what I made the appointment for. I ended up getting a full set that I didnt even want. I would recommend going somewhere else

So I’ve been going to the same place for 10 years. One day they were so packed that I googled other options and found this place. All I have to say is I will no longer continue going to the other place. This place does such a better job and truly takes their time.

I had been to this salon with previous owners and could not get into my usual salon due to over booking, so I decided to give them a try. I made my appointment to get my nails done about a week before (this appointment was for myself and my daughter to get nails/mani/pedi to prepair for my wedding the following day). My appointment was at 11am. I can not stand when people are late, so I showed up at 10:45. The gentelman at the first table (Im assuming the owner) asked if they could help us. I simply stated that I was there for an appointment at 11. He told me that I came to early and I would have to leave and come back. I told him I knew I was early and just had planned on looking for my polish color when he said I was really early, 45 minutes. I corrected him and said I was 15 minutes early. He said that there is Covid and you cant be here. too many people which I understood. I told him I would wait outside and come back in after 10 minutes. A minute later, he opened the door and told my daughter and I we could come in and wait on the couch. They were starting with our pedicures. Since I had just gotten an airbrush tan I could not get wet (yes, I know, kinda defeats the purpose of a pedicure) so I asked if they could just file and polish my nails. They said yes and did just that. We told them what color number our polish was, and they did mine first. After my toes were painted, they moved me to the nail station. They painted my daughters nails the wrong color which I did not see until after they were finished with her fingers and toes (shes 10). I was getting my nails filled and polished with Gel by who I assume was the owner. I explained my wedding was the next day and asked if he could do something similar for a design to a picture I had showed him. At first he said no, then ended up doing it. It was very basic with gems at a slanted angle on two nails. One of my gems fell off before I could leave the salon and I was not able to get it replaced. I was charged full price for my 10 year olds mani/pedi which consisted of them doing a pedicure and only polishing her nails in gel, and I was charged full price for my pedicure which was only filing my nails and gel polish. I get my nails done every 2 weeks, but will most likely not be back to this salon. Usually I would not have cared, but with my wedding the next day, I was wanting my nails to look great. Atleast the rest of my bridal party had nice nails.

I went here about a few weeks ago - I made appointment ended up waiting about 50 mins. The man that did my nails was rough and could not match colors or do simple design. I made appointment today hoping to give them a second chance and not was I in for a treat. I got there a few minutes before my appointment time to pick out color (color change on toes). There was a man doing nails for someone and started yelling at a customer who.was nothing bug kind and ask him to stop yelling and getting angry and he called a co- worker over(female) and she added to the yelling at this woman. I waited some more and they took other people in front of me - I had appointment first. I decided to confront them thank them and move on. Clearly they do not care about customers needs or professionalism.

I dont have to wait too long, love this place, they are excellent and did a great job! This will be my new nail place !!

If I come early, they can usually get me in the chair early too!They are patient when I dont know exactly what I want and kindly offer suggestions.If I dont understand something they explain.The price is nice!The environment is wonderful. This is my place for pedicures in Eau Claire! I’ve tried other spots, but the nice staff, cleanliness, and value at VIP nails can’t be beat! I get regular, not gel, polish on my toes, and it lasts forever whereas other places will chip easily. I love that I can usually get in that same day! It’s a super relaxing, pleasant environment. I cannot recommend VIP nails enough.

I love VIP NAILS! The owner and staff are exceptional! The quality of work is the best Ive had in a while and the best part is this is the LARGEST nail salon in the area! GREAT FOR LARGE PARTIES! Wedding parties or ladies day or night out!

The man towards the front is incredibly rude! I wanted to add acrylics to my nails, but he wouldnt let me get a word in and when I sat down and spoke with my tech and told her, he yelled oh my god! and started speaking very rudely about people with fake nails to his customer. Ive been remodeling my house so all my real nails have broken! It was embarrassing and uncalled for. My tech that did my nails did a good job, but left a lot of glue on my fingers and didnt do any manicure steps, like cuticle care/lotion/etc. Wont be returning.

I called to make an appointment, they were very unprofessional, and didn’t even ask my name to reserve the time, hung up before I could verify they had what they needed to make an appointment. So unprofessional and unorganized that I wasn’t even positive that they made one, so I went online to make an appointment. I got there 5 minutes prior to my appointment time, and they sent me to sit down and pick out a color. I wait about 5 minutes after my appointment should’ve started and some girl comes in after me, after I should’ve been taken back for my appointment, and they get her seated with a nail artist before me. That was irritating! But I continued to wait about 30 minutes after my appointment should’ve begun, till I finally got taken back. My nail artist was very rude and bossy, even snapped at me once because I didn’t immediately put my hand under the gel polish light because I was confused with her personal pattern with nail painting(painted one finger, had me put it under the light, then did one finger on the opposite hand, then repeated this for all my fingers) I found that very very annoying to be going back and forth like that. I had 3 fingers that were bleeding after my appointment with her as well, and all of my fingers were very raw with how violent she was with the nail file.

I usually have had good experiences here until today, when I had the worst fill. I was refused the shape I wanted on my nails unless I kept my nails long, which I can not do. This was odd to me because I always get stiletto here and they always cut them short, so I know it can be done. I was told it could not and I could only do square or oval. I settled on square despite not wanting them and they turned out horribly. Each nail is a different shape and length. This experience makes me not want to come back, knowing that they will make you pay for something you don’t want and are dissatisfied with.

Two friends and I called there for three pedicures and one manicure two days before we wanted to come. When we arrived on the day we scheduled the appointments they were very rude, they told us to hurry up their busy pick a color and the lady saying this was yelling it from across the salon. With all the pedicures they were rushed and they wanted to use illegal tools to grate our feet with. PSA: if they pull out that metal foot grate scraper thing that is not allowed and they can get in trouble for that. In all, all of our experiences there that day were not what wed hope for, it was really annoying to be so excited for a girls day and then go in and have a bad experience. I really dont recommend this place.

Just went in to get my acrylics filled and some new polish and I am not at all happy with the service. The person doing my nails forgot to use the base color I asked for so you can see the acrylics through the clear coat. When I asked if they were going to use the base coat they said theyd have to redo all of my nails and seemed annoyed, so I just left it. I also have cuts and am bleeding on half of my fingers. They didnt even apologize or acknowledge it. Will not be going here again!

I was there on Saturday and its only wend and my nails are lifting, they didnt shape them right, polish is sloppy, 2 techs were arguing about the colors to use, they were rotating techs on pedicures and on hand. A big disappointment. I paid my$100 but wont be back.

I we had appointments at 1pm and they completely ignored us. Other people had appointments at 2pm and 3pm and let them go in front of us. That’s not ok we made appointments at 1pm and still haven’t been seen by anyone

DID NOT have a good experience here. The guy that did my nails made them look like I have shrek nails. I asked for a French tip and the white lines are super wide and have bubbles and acrylic chucks all over them. They are already falling off after a week. They look horrible and when I asked them to fix them they didnt. He literally just filed one down and put more clear coat on it which made it uneven, and painted the white so it doesnt even match the rest of the nails. He also kept filing my fingers on the skin several times which hurt. Now my thumb nails are very different lengths. It was not what I expected at all. I wont be going here again!

Always love my nails when I get them done here. They were very helpful and explained the art of dipping.. I will defiantly get that done next time.

Ive gone here twice and both experiences were pleasant. First time I did a walk in during a peak hour and day but they were able to fit me in. Second time I made an appointment and they took me right away.They have tons of colors and designs to choose from! All of the ladies are super nice and sweet

This is my favorite nail salon EVER. I come here every 2-4 weeks for gel manicures, and they are always perfect. I will say I was less than thrilled with their pedicures - their chairs dont have the tub attached, so its just a little uncomfortable. But if youre looking for a great neighborhood manicure spot to become a regular, look no more! The space is small, they always have relaxing music playing, and everyone is super nice.

Was very rude, I asked for coffin styled acrylic set and he didnt even give me the style I wanted or do my ring fingers designed like I asked. Everything I had something he ignored me. Was just happy to leave. I will never go back here.

I got my nails and Pedi done here and my nails have lasted for more than 2 weeks. I use dipping powder and it usually breaks on the second week

Its been a while since I have gotten my nails done because I havent found a place that does a good job.. but vip nails is absolutely amazing I had Ha Le and she was awesome. My daughter and I had a mother daughter day and she had Tuan.. both are great.. will be returning. .

Recently had a manicure done here and I absolutely love the “cat eye” effect on my nails. The place is clean, employees are helpful, pricing is affordable and they offer many services including waxing. On top of that they comply with covid regulations so you’d have to get your temperature checked and wash your hands before sitting down. Overall, a great experience and I’ll definitely come back in a few weeks!

I had been blindly searching for a local nail salon for weeks, having been to certain spots where they totally tore apart my cuticles or somehow made my experience uncomfortable (I have social anxiety and was new to my now beloved routine of getting my nails done).They do an excellent, thorough, and speedy job and make me feel comfortable and welcome every time Im there. I LOVE all their options - Ive gotten hologram and now a gold/metal look - and Im officially hooked.

Im not usually one to tell people straight up that I dont like something. Which led me to walking out the door with nails I did not like (picture on the right)...Later that day my sister convinced me to go in the next morning and ask to redo them. And so I did since I spent my own $60 on them.

This place was beyond dirty even if it wasnt a pandemic. tec used dirty brushes and tools on my nails. there are signs everywhere saying keep your distance but they had me sit in between the only two people in the entire shop. i booked an appointment and didnt get seen for 20-30 minuets after. and it took well over an hour for just a fill. dont waste your money on this dirty shop

Terrible service and work!! Actually rude!!! Couldn’t even do a simple line design they were asked to and then charge an outrageous amount!! Would not recommend!!

I recently moved to eau claire area and found this place all I can say it was very unprofessional the guy who did my nails he did not care for me he almost chopped off my finger cutting around my cuticles and my pedicure polish peel and bubble the next day ...

Unfortunately I dont remember the name of the man who did my nails but he was wonderful. After shaping he made sure I liked all of them. When he realized I was nervous about him cutting my skin he assured me he wouldnt and was very gentle. He took time to give me wonderful nails and had me laughing a lot.

Not very friendly, my moms finger got gouged, I asked the woman if she could redo a couple of my nails because they were streaky and she refused, and she told me I couldnt add another layer of glitter even though you couldnt even see a shimmer. The one positive is it was relatively cheap, but they also didnt do much other than paint the nails; it wasnt exactly what I would call a manicure for that price.

I went and got acrylics and they look phenomenal. However, the woman was extremely rough on my cuticles, and I was bleeding on a couple different fingers.

The staff at vip is amazing! Kevin & Ha Le are so nice! I went in for a broken nail and Ha Le fixed it plus filed and re painted all my nails and made them look brand new again! And she did it all for free!! My nails always look super cute as well! My favorite nail shop hands down!

I do not recommend this place. They cut my toe during my pedicure and I had the guy fix my thumb nail 3 times and it still looks jacked up. Definitely not worth what I paid. Go at your own risk!

Great pedicure and set of dip

I went there yesterday right at opening.I had an appt scheduled. I asked for a spa pedicure with gel polish which is 30 dollars for the spa pedicure. They soaked my feet maybe 2 minutes tops in room temperature water (could of least been warm) they did not scrub my feet with sea salt scrub thats suppose to come in the spa package. He missed the corners of some of my toes and when he put the light on them it hit the wet polish. The only thing they did was soak my feet, sprayed them with rubbing alcohol and lotioned them and on top of that they charged me 45 dollars. So 15 dollars to use gel polish over regular polish. It def wasnt worth the money or the time spent. I wouldnt recommend.

Too many appointments. Too many walk in. Not enough nail techs to work. Waited 40 mins to get a pedi. Water got cold while waiting. I didnt even receive my leg massage. Paid full price for service that was less than impressive. 2 different nail techs to do the sub par pedicure. My sister made the 4 appointments 1 week in advance. Will not be back to this establishment.

I had my first pedicure done last week and I love the results. The lady shaped my nails perfectly and did a great job massaging my legs. She was also very helpful when it came to making sure my sandals went on after, without smudging the polish.

I have gone to VIP Nails many times, they only keep getting better. Tonight I was in and had Holly do my nails. She did an amazing job! I am so happy with them! Coming from someone who is in the cosmetology field, this is a very clean/ relaxing place to go! Highly recommend!

Came to get my pedicure before my baby girl was due, they were very gentle and relaxing. He even put a special design on my toe in honor of my little girl coming. Excellent experience!

I went in for a full set. A guy started my nails and then stopped to work on another persons nails. I waited 20 minutes in the chair with just the tips glued on. I asked for short nails and he said he could not do that. I also asked for a couple nails to be grey and he painted them all white. Some nails were not even painted all the way. I asked for them to be shaped round and he left them square and uneven. I have cuts on my fingers from him filing my skin so hard. Would not recommend this place and will never go back!
