Was able to get an appointment within half hour. I’m not sure who did my nails but she did my gel in about 15 minutes and they turned out really nice. Super busy place but friendly and quick.

I LOVE this place. Ive had terrible experiences elsewhere and was scared to go here but I love it. Each nail tech is kind, gentle, and talented. I go every time I need my nails done.

Amazing experience, New favorite nail place! the people there were so nice and didn’t seem to rush. They actually took the time doing my nails making sure that they looked good versus just getting them done fast and getting me out. Loved how Nice they were and this is definitely where I’ll be going to getting my nails done from now on :)

Had Kevin do my nails today he did a beautiful job and I’m not sure on the young lady that did my pedicure today but she went above and beyond and did a very thorough job!!! Thank you 😊

They are my favorite nail place to go! They always do a great job with my full set and don’t pressure me into going with too long of nails or anything of the sort. All the nail technicians are very professional and talented. I don’t make appointments and just walk in and am usually sat in a chair within 15 minutes. Highly recommend anyone at this salon!!

This place usto be so good. My nail polish is chipping and its still day one???? The last time I had a older woman. This time I had the younger one again. She is rough with your hands and doesnt seem to care. Just in a hurry to get into the next. For what I pay and how far I chose to drive to give my buisness to them its insulting. This is not the service they usto provide.

Not bad for emergency nails. Id not drive a distance for them. They over charged tpedicures and my full set. Not impressed. There were 2 ladies there who were arguing about my color choice all while trying to do my nails. It just took away the relaxing vibe I was hoping for. I spent $95 on my set and pedi and not happy. I just paid and left. I just didnt want to argue with them. Ill just never go back. Its like they didnt care. Very disappointed

I was checked in for a pedicure at 6 pm, was told it would be 10 minute wait. 15 minutes later another lady & her child checked in for pedicures as well (no appointment either). 40 minutes later, the other lady & her daughter were brought back to a chair. Walked out without saying a word. Just moved back from Texas. Wont be back.

I had pretty good experiences here. But it’s consistent waiting time that made me write a review. I would make an appointment for 10 and wait an hour to get seated because they allowed walk ins... but what really made me sad is this last time I had this older lady doing my nails and it hurt!! Usually it doesn’t hurt and I’m happy. But it was so rough.. and then she kept spraying alcohol to stop the bleeding... and now the skin around my nails are so tender and sore..

Worst experience ever! I called 2 days ahead and set an appointment up for noon, they never even took my name. I showed up to my appointment, the place was packed not to mention trashy and not welcoming at all. They already had people waiting to be seen and same time I walked in about 5-6 other woman walked in and said they also had appointments at noon. Long story short I waited around for 20 minutes and then realized they were no where near ready for me or the 6 other woman waiting with me so I walked out.

I will NEVER return. The nails they did are absolutely horrific. I had more acrylic on my skin that had to be peeled off, the nails are about 1/4 thick, not flat, not even, its terrible. $50? Not worth a dime. My 6 ur old grand daughter can do better.

I love love love this place. I’ve been going for a few years and they’re always so welcoming and totally comfortable/don’t complain when I ask them to do multiple colors and other “complicated” things. I’ve had nail salons who completely ignore my requests because they don’t know how to do what I’m asking. This place will be honest and they always seem willing to try. I’ve tried a lot of other nail places in EC and just didn’t enjoy it. Love the positive and relaxing vibe here.

Im a diesel mechanic a I got married and she wanted me to get my hands cleaned for our pictures. They cleaned them up and my fingers were perfect!

Ill be going back soon, the woman who took care of me didnt try and do a price up, my natural nails had broken (4) and instead of giving me a full set which I hadnt really needed, she just charged me for 4 nails to give those nails a chance to grow back with the acyrilic, I need to go and get them done for my wedding here next month ❤️❤️❤️❤️

They always do a nice job! Manicure and pedicures are great, the designs are usually not 100% perfect but it’s still good for your money.

I can’t think of one positive thing to say about this place. Don’t bother making an appointment weeks in advance, you’ll still wait an hour.. They will then rush through your appointment leaving you with raw skin around your nails (because they can’t take the time to slow down) and a paint job that a 4 year old could do better all because they have walk ins that they need to get to. Not to mention the place is FILTHY! Take your $$ elsewhere.

I have been coming to USA Nails for over a year now. They are extremely good at last minute appointment requests and do a beautiful job. I am always greeted warmly by everyone and look forward to my pampering time here. I cannot say enough about Kitty and Kevin. They are awesome!

This used to be my favorite spot. Lately I am ignored even after making appointments. My nails are crooked and I left bleeding on 3 fingers. My full gel set fell off within a week of them being applied. I called to complain and was told if I was unhappy I could go someplace else. They rush through people and treat others amazing. I always tip 10 or more. Yet this is the service I get. I wont be going back ever.

This is the best place I’ve found to get a manicure or pedicure. I go every two weeks and have been for years. Everyone is very friendly and they easily accommodates requests.

I have been going here for years. I dont go often but when I walk in they call me by name. I take put of town visitors there and they love the service and reasonable prices.

Had a wonderful experience getting a pedicure. Was able to book the same day I called, pedicure was so thorough and my feet are so smooth again, nail shaping and polish application was done very professionally plus pleasant and clean atmosphere. Everyone seems to enjoy working with each other here. Happy Feet!!

My nails popped off like them Walmart nails you glue on in a week and I paid 65 for some nails that aren’t worth it and then the day I got them done one of nail broke I will never go here

I just had the best pedicure! My nail tech was very thorough. She made my feet so soft and my polish is absolutely perfect! Definitely going here from now on!

Service has declined drastically. Note that I used to frequent here because I lived nearby but I will now find a new nail salon. I was disappointed with the service on my previous visit. I had an appointment yet still had to wait over 20 minutes to be seated and was passed back and forth between four different people during my mani pedi. My appointment last week assured I will NOT be returning. I made my appt for a mani pedi allowing two full hours before Id need to be on the road to another appt. When I arrived I was informed they were running behind. After 30 minutes I was moved to a manicure station where I waited significantly longer. I was about ready to leave when they were finally ready for me. I explained that I had another appt and I needed to be out the door in 40 minutes. She assured me they had enough time. I was impressed that they could perform both services with dry time in 40 minutes, but they had one person on my pedi and another on my mani at the same time. Neither of them applied a base coat. When she was ready to apply the polish for my pedi I asked again about time because it didnt seem likely she could finish and dry in 15 minutes. She assured me over and over there was enough time. As the polish on my fingernails dried it looked like the top coat shrunk leaving wrinkles around the edges if all my nails. The same began to occur on my toes. Their solution was to apply another layer of polish and top coat. At this time I needed to leave in 5 minutes and she kept telling me I needed to let them dry for 20. I reminded her thats why I asked initially if she could finish in 40 minutes. I suggested she remove the polish and Id just leave. She attempted to bargain with me about how long i needed to let them dry. After 5 minutes my polish was still fully tacky and I needed to leave. I talked about service and price hoping they would attempt to make it right or allow me to return another day to fix my polish. They did not. They charged me full price and my polish was completely ruined before I even left. She accidentally brushed my hand when taking my payment and removed most of the polish from my thumbnail.Bottom line - they used to focus on service, now theyre just trying to push as many people through as fast as they can. If you choose to go here dont bother with an appointment, dont expect immediate or quick service, and definitely make sure you have nothing going on for there next several hours.

Absolutely horrible. I was asked what length I wanted and pointed out to her and she starts laughing and speaking in a different language (clearly about me). I asked for almond shape and she makes them completely round, it was hideous. I asked her several times to make them more pointed and even showed a picture. She did a horrific job painting them. Nails look way too wide and very uneven. She charged me $35 for the acrylics and polish while the lady right next to me was charged $25 for the SAME thing. Very unprofessional. Absolutely horrible quality. Stay away from this place. Complete waste of an hour and $35. Im actually disgusted by how bad my nails look.

By far the best place to get your nails done, no matter how you want them done. They have Powder dip, acrylic, pink and white acrylic, gel polish. And also regular old fashioned nail polish. So many varieties it’s hard to choose in Eau Claire. They always listen to what I want and do there very best. They do charge extra for different shapeing but before they do anything they let you know how much it will cost. Huge selection of colors. Great atmosphere! If you need a new nail salon bc your past one has done something wrong I strongly recommend I’ve been going here for 5 years.

I went to get a manicure here today. For the 2nd time in a row I have had the same lady and she was incredibly rude both times. My biggest complaint however is the place seems absolutely FILTHY! I see it has good reviews but when you sit down to have your nails done and the table and pad that you lay your hands on is all grimy looking...that’s just gross. Is it really that difficult keep some Clorox wipes around and wipe down your area quick before the next customer. Come on. Never Ever again. Don’t go here. Maybe they will see this and SHAPE UP!

I brought my mom here for her first manicure. I had been there once before with a friend and we had manis and pedis and the seemed to do a good job. My mom and I sat next to each other. She had a male and I had a female. My mom wasnt sure how to position her hands being it was her very first mani and would move her hands a little bit thinking she was helping the man. He was so rude to my mom and yanked on her hand to put it where he wanted it! While my attention was focused on my mom, my long and pretty real nails are being filed down to nothing! I made comments like well, I had long nails when I came in here, who leaves a nail salon with no nails. I tip very well and the two of them together got $5. And then, to top it off, my mom got some sort of nail fungus and her skin peeled from her fingertips to her wrist and her nail beds have a ridge that is slowly growing out. Never, ever again

I go there all the time I love the people there theyre nice theyre very very friendly to you they get you in even if you dont have an appointment you might have a little weight but its worth it

Do not get your nails done here! If I could give them a zero stars, I would. The workers are rude and if you dont get something really expensive, then they treat you worse than their other clients. I have been here three times and each time they were rude.One of the nail techs even ripped off a piece of my skin and it bled for 5 minutes straight. There was no apology and she just continued to move forward. The most recent time I came here, the nail tech didnt even finish my nails. She sent me off to the uv lights without my top coat and asked me to pay her right then and there. Terrible service and terrible nail techs. Go somewhere else.

Had the most painful manicure ever. He used another nail tip to remove my old acrylics and it hurt so bad, then he kept get my skin with the file and every time I flinched he would slap my hand and glare at me. I asked for my nails to be an oval/almond shape and he made them so square that the corners are sharp. When I left I had glue and acrylic all over my fingers. I have gone here several times but this past visit will definitely be my last because of the awful job.

Horrible place, i left with uneven nails and when i went back the guy who did them was rude. After paying 50$ not counting his tip, i expected more. Ever since mary left, that place has become disgusting.

I will never go back. They charged me extra for taking off the nail polish from a competitor, 4 of my nails broke within a week, all of my nails are thin and brittle now, and they were extremely unprofessional while doing my nails by trash talking the competitors. Extremely disappointed and angry that I paid $30, which was way overpriced.
