Harper is thee best nail tech! And I dont just say that because she is a dear friend, but because I have always been (very) particular about my nails and she never disappoints me. We affectionately call her the shape whisperer, and no matter the direction I want to take my nails in she executes them to perfection. Shes excited about trying new techniques and perfecting her craft. The vibe in the Parlour is always relaxed, professional, and in these Covid times its nice to be in a place that does not have a ton of people in there at once. Harper is absolutely amazing! She takes special care and attention to making sure that her clients are taken care of and achieve the look that they want. She is also extremely creative.
