Wouldn’t recommend. My toes looks like I did them. But the lady who did my nieces was really nice and did a good job.

Love love love this place. The nail techs are always professional and courteous. My personal favorite is Paul, he slays the nails everytime!

After getting my pedicure my male nail technician got up and went to tend to another customer. Another technician advised me that I was finished. I said okay in a very confused way. I went to the front to pay and saw my nails weren’t cleaned up at all. I let the manager know an see my feet. She said ohh and proceeded to take my money. I paid and left very disappointed. Bad business

This nail salon is the MOST unprofessional and rude staff I’ve ever experienced and I have visited this establishment many of time and they will no longer be receiving my money

I love nail time they do a great job on my nails and feet. Environment is nice and friendly and the new remodel is lovely, been going there for years.

Don’t use this business if you don’t want to end up bleeding. They almost cut off my wife’s nail when taking off gel nails. They charged her $80 and said “it was an accident.”

I’ve been coming to this salon for the last 3 years. Ken is a wonderful nail tech he listens to everything you have to say and does your nails the way you want. I will continue to come to this salon.

I also didnt come here because the reviews did not look so great but I gave it a shot and have to say I had a very different experience than previous reviewers. I came in around 1:30 on a Friday and was immediately helped by Hannah. She did a great job on my manicure and also did a sort of back and hand massage as well as a free add-on; I also decided to get my eyebrows done while there and she did an AWESOME job. Super nice and friendly. Highly recommend Hannah.

I was skeptical coming here at first because of online reviews as it shows 3 stars! But I have to say I have never had such a great pedicure! My toes look great I had no pain during the process and it was a great experience!

My gel polish didn’t even last a full 2 weeks, not to mention she was being very rough while doing my nails. smh lol

I have to agree with the majority of the reviews here that speak of the owner’s (Cindy) rudeness. When this place first opened and she had to bring her young son to work with her, it was good. However, overtime, quality of service has dropped significantly. Polish jobs don’t last and are sloppily done. My manicure with gel polish lasted less than a week. Skin at my eyebrows was taken off with wax job plus led to breakout. It is unfortunate as their location is very convenient to my home. Today will be my last time here.

Came here today to have full set removed. Owner, who is always snotty, assisted me. She talked on the phone during the entire process which was very painful. Ive had cortisone shots in my finger that were less painful. She used a fake nail to lift the nail up and split my real nail causing it to bleed. She laughed as if it were funny. I told her it was not funny to me. My fingernail is split in half up the finger and bleeding and she thinks it funny???? Ive come here for nearly 10 years, have always had a good experience because I request Hannah, but the owner, OMG! Im finding a new nail technician. Nail Time wont see me again!!!

Ill admit that I had a longer than ideal wait time. I went on Sunday. And they are understaffed with only two nail techs working. However I absolutely love my nails. Never felt she rushed. She was very polite.

They took their time and did my nails right. Pedicure, my feet are smooth and feeling rejuvenated.

I went in to have a manicure. The person doing my nails was kind but was unable to speak English, which tells me she is not licensed. She returned the nail clippers and other equipment to the drawer rather than properly cleaning themThe female owner was very rude when checking me out. Although she went out of her way to be courteous to the Caucasian woman in front of me when she paid for services. However when she rung my service up she simply placed the receipt and pen on the desk and took a seat leaving me standing at the desk. This is not the only time I have noticed the difference in customer service when serving African Americans. I will not be returning and I encourage others to spend your money where you are respected.

Fastest pedicure service I have ever had ...in a bad way. My heels are still dry. The nail person didn’t even walk me up to the drying station. They aren’t very polite or friendly. There is no greeting when you walk through the doors. They have 2 types pedicure...basic and one with a scrub😳 In all fairness there are 2 older ladies that seemed to take their time with their clients. The young lady I had was terrible.

Awful place, do not waste your time, they are very rude and snobby. When I asked how much a full set was? She said if you can’t afford it, why you come! I said I have enough money, I just wanted to know how much it was? Because I usually just get a pedicure and a manicure. But she just ignored me. Worst customer service ever!

My 3yr old daughter and i Love coming to Nail Time. Its a great place to unwind after work (or school in my daughters case).

Cindy does a Very bad job on nails, they are uneven, deformed looking, and they were painted very sloppy its looks like I let my daughter practice on my hand like, exspecially with the extra acrylic under my nails, worst nail place ever. Dont waist ur time or money and make sure u ask what your paying for, exspecially when using a card, because every time she tries to add on $15 extra and then say sorry she made a mistake. Unacceptable!

This place is horrible when it comes to quality work and quality supplys. I went in on a Friday morning for a brand new overlay over my natural nails. The overlay started lifting and cracking off by Sunday morning. Horrible service and they charged me $30.. for this crap. I did not call back or return to complain about my nails i will not return to patronize Nail Time nail salon. If you are looking for quality service this is not the nail salon for you.To the staff of this nail salon you have to do bettet guys..we work hard for our money and want and deserve quality service.

I am here right now. They close at 7pm. I walked in at 630 pm. Not a single person spoke or asked what i was coming in to get done. I sat for 20 min. I said to them excuse about how long is the wait. No response. Then she says 2 we close at 7 do you want to come back. I said nope im waiting. She says it will ne a while we have customers. I said i became a customer the moment i walked in your door. I told her its disrespectful and nasty the way you ha e conducted yoursel. This my last time coming here. Now im going to be real petty while here. They have the worse service in the nail industy in ALL of Durham.

I have been coming to this place for YEARS and I mean Years. This past Friday I have received the worst service of my life. Had my eyebrows done. After she waxed the she finished off by tweezing and tweezed my skin. Now I have a cut on my eyebrow. Then while getting my pedicure they started to do my full set on my nails while in the middle of my pedicure, which was not done correctly. The new little girl didnt even cut my toe nails down nor file them straight. I had to tell her to do it. Then my full set. complete disaster. uneven bulky mess and there is a gap between my nail and the acrylic and he squeezes super glue to fill it up.. and after all that and complain still charged the full price.. after 7 faithful years coming to this salon this day ruined it.

I am so sorry that my time here has come to an end. It is time to fire my nail salon. Cindy the owner has become progressingly nasty and rude. I waited 2 hours for my mani-pedi and only received the pedi. I will say when it was good it was great, but this time my service was so poor and sorry. The good things is there is a nail salon in every shopping center! Next stop please.

My daughter went there yesterday to get hee brows done before a big event this weekend and left there crying because destroyed her normally full brows. She said she wanted just a light cleanup and this technician scalped her totally changed the shape and made uneven. She didnt pay but who cares about $8 when your brows are gone. She paid $9 for a pencil to fill them back in which she has never had to do. We will never go there again!!!!

My 8 yr old son got a pedicure with me today. The lady that did his nails even offered to cut his fingernails (nice, right??)Now the man that did my pedicure was very friendly but I noticed he wasnt as thorough. Then when he started painting my nails I was baffled. I had to ask him 3 times to paint ALL of my toe nails. In the end, I said to him: maybe it just looks like this because its wet. (I was trying to be nice). Well it didnt look better dry AT ALL. So I go to the manager (Cindy) & hold my feet up on the stool to show her. She agreed. Not a good job. She said he can paint over. I said no. I had already told him that it was messed up & he tried fixing it 3 times. She said everyone was too busy & they close in 10 minutes. I said ok, thats fine, just take the price of the polish off. She said no. I said Im not paying a professional price for an unprofessional job. So she said she would paint them but we have to hurry. I said I dont want a rush job. I can come back tomorrow but I refuse to pay for the polish. She said I be busy tomorrow. We went back & forth like that until she agreed to paint my nails tomorrow.Then she starts talking in her language to the others in there. They talk back & she looks at me & says: oh, you son had his nails cut, I have to charge. THAT WAS MY BOILING POINT. (Im already paying for a HORRIBLE job & now you want to charge for what I could have done?? I cut his nails. I would have said no if I had known I was being charged for it!)Again...I said Im not paying for that. This lady decides to buck up at me & get loud. She said why you ask his nails be cut if he was getting a pedicure?? I bucked right back up & I didnt ask, the lady just did it. Then she tells me: honey you dont get free things in this world. I lost it....I told her do not talk to me like that. I asked her what kind of a business doesnt tell people ahead of time what prices are & tells customers there too busy to fix their mistakes. I wasnt charged for them cutting his nails but I tell you after she fixes my nails tomorrow at no charge (if she does), I WILL NOT BE BACK.I paid $40 for what looked like a 4 year old could have done.Horrible job & hideous service! Hateful woman!

I got an infection on my toe from this place. I went back when it started hurting to see what the issue was and she was squeezing it so hard. Ive been here before in the past, but now Im not going back.

This was a horrible experience my nails didn’t last a week I had acrylic inside my nails and they didn’t have any designs u could ask for if I could give this place zero stars I would my nails fell off the man wouldn’t do them as long as I wanted them this is the worst nail salon I’ve been to and would not recommend

Horrible Service! Rude! Disrespectful! I went in for a gel full set and told her how I wanted them shaped . She started doing my nails the way she wanted to do them when I told her it wasnt what I requested she asked if I wanted to shape them myself and I should have showed her a picture before she started. She started raising her voice and continued ranting. I eventually had to tell her she was being rude and I believe she was shocked that I didnt allow me to talk to me any kind of way. It was my FIRST and LAST time going there. The reviews I disregarded was true, horrible horrible horrible!!!! I never write reviews but I cant allow anyone else to experience terrible service.

I have been twice in the last two months visiting my family in the area an got two gel sets each time my nails seperated from the gel and some even just came off within the first 3days after the service, dont waist your money

I went and I got a full set and he was doing a great job but then he started to hurt my nails and I was saying owwww like telling him it hurt but he kept on doing it and I look down and my nail is bleeding. I wont be going back anytime soon

Evidently my nails either werent prepped properly or their polish wasnt any good. The very next day one French nail peeled half off. Three days later and all the clear coat and most of the white French part is peeled. What a waste of money.
