The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. Crissy talks to you the entire time and educates about your nails and maintenance needed. I can show her a design or just tell her what I am thinking and the end results are always exactly what I expected or exceeds my expectations.I used to infrequently get my nails done, but since becoming a client, I get my nails done every month and I am so thrilled that everyone notices my nails and will stop me just to see.Crissy has a lifetime customer in me.

I’m by no means someone who gets my nails done on the regular, so I require some extra patience from a nail artist. They would be destroyed in minutes at work so it’s rare that I get them done professionally. However, when I’ve had a special occasion and wanted fun nails for a girls trip to the beach a few years back, Crissy was my go-to. Great service, great artistry, and she took the time to educate me on nail care since it wasn’t something I did on the regular. She does great work and genuinely cares about her clients.

Service “was” great but changed to disappointed and unprofessional. Crystal Sanders-Baumann quickly wrote “not a client” even though she took money from me since 2017 🤔🤔🤔 ever since she was at her Raleigh location (coming faithfully every 2-3 weeks) invited me to her baby shower and softball games. However, Crystal asked her sister(s) (Knittings & Things & Aerial Sanders) to write reviews as well as others . As soon as I provided her with one star; coincidental a bunch of people wrote a review the same exact week. Google ask for a review and that was provided. The same way that the same people who provided Crystal with 5 stars also have 1 star for other businesses. Since Crystal is not accepting new clients reviews really don’t matter and no need to ask family, friends and clients to please write 5 stars just because I gave a “honest” review. In “my opinion” Crystal demonstrated herself in a unprofessional manner that could have been handled with a simple phone call. I don’t understand how a business owner has a client that had been coming to her faithfully every 2-3 weeks since 2017, dealt with a “few” last minute cancellations from her could conduct herself in the manner in which she did. I listened to her complain about some of her other clients. Crystal I did not deserve to be treated in this manner. That’s my review!!!

I started going to Crissy a while back because she was recommended to me by a co-worker. Very knowledgeable about nail care. I have extensions done by her, and she taught me what to look for when a nail technician is doing your nails. I only go to Crissy now. I do not let anyone else do my nails.

I always go to Crissy for my nails now. Her Mani/pedi combo gives me the perfect time to relax and enjoy the awesome service she gives. She is very knowledgeable on nail health and look and has a library of colors to choose from. I dont like a lot of wild colors and Crissy always knows how to give me exactly what I want but also puts her own flare on it to make it unique and stylish. I wont ever go to another nail tech!

Crissy is absolutely meticulous! She does not rush through the mani and pedi! I wish I lived closer! Id be in every single week! She is a champion for healthy nails and does NOT use anything unsafe. In other nail salons Ive worried about sterility and if theyre using the wrong chemicals (like MMA). Ive never had to worry about this with Crissy. Im never going anywhere else but to her. I HIGHLY recommend her services!
