I had a neglectful experience with this business, they overcharged me for acrylics and a pedicure, the price came up to $100.00 I didn’t complain and paid.A month later I went back to get the acrylics removed they made me wait over 30 minutes with my hand in the Acetone my nail tech even took another client who recently came even though I was there first and patiently waited.After waiting for an unreasonable amount of time I decided to speak up and ask what was taking so long to remove my nails? The nail tech finally gave me service but she had an attitude about it and was rude she made a comment saying she waits 5 hours to get her hair done which was Irrelevant and uncalled for, she then asked me did I want to leave. I told her I wasn’t leaving with acrylics hanging off my nails.They finally take my nails off and I noticed my real nail was bleeding and highly irritated, I believe they used MMA on my nails.

**This was at Nail and Spa not the other nail salon nearby! This was accidentally posted on theirs as well by mistake!**I went to get a pedicure and acrylic nails. The acrylic nails were horrible! I had them taken off immediately. The nails were crooked and nail polish was left underneath them. I was told thats how they supposed to look! Unprofessional!!

I have been loving to come to this Pedi Saloon. I used to go to a one nearby but the last time I went they ruin my nails!. In this place the staff has been very professional. I love the way they perform feet massage. I am so in love on how they do my pedi. Thanks guys!

I have been getting my nails done here for two years, and will continue to use them for many more. I’ve had just about every staff member here work on my nails, and have been very happy with everyone. I prefer making appointments now, and always like to have Melinda work with me as she is amazing!! I like walking in here as I’m usually greeted by name and a friendly face. I brought some of my bridesmaid here to get our nails done for my wedding-and everyone made us feel so comfortable. Their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Nails and Spa.

I have gone to this place about 4/5 times now and every time is amazing! I really love the people they are really nice and they are GOOD at what they do. They make conversation and very professional. Looks like a nice place, but I have a service animal and was harassed about what she was not allowed to do until I finally just left without receiving services. The employee was very rude about my small service animal.

Absolutely beautiful nail salon! Very unassuming on the outside, spacious, modern, clean and professional on the inside. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. The staff talked to you and not just each other. Lots of color choices. Everyone wore masks and were perfectly distanced. Will definately be my spa of choice!

Ive used Nails & Spa for 4 years or so. My nail guy left, and Ive gone to a few others. Specifically asked for Mo this past week, appointment with Mo confirmed by staff, and got someone else. Okay. I let it slide. I always get the top end pedi, and it was done poorly. I have rough feet now, and I NEVER have rough feet. Ill be finding somewhere else to spend my money from now on, which is sad because I liked Nails & Spa.

Ive been here three times for pedicures and the owner and staff are very nice. Unfortunately, on third visit my foot was cut in two places. The person apologized and the owner came over to offer a quick apology but it was barely acknowledged and no discount was offered. Wont be back.

My nail technician was nice but I was completely overcharged! I had a regular gel nail full set and the length wasn’t even that long they charged me $94..I’ve never even paid that much for a gel manicure and pedicure so I don’t recommend coming here.

I was helped without appointment right away. Everyone is exceptionally pleasant. Annie made sure that the shape, length and everything in between was to my satisfaction. I will be returning here as a regular customer from now on. Fun environment with great, satisfactory workers. Thank you for an amazing experience today!

I was visiting NC from Albuquerque, NM and they did a great job. The staff was pleasant and funny too. I have never ever enjoyed a nail salon visit like this one. Kevon did the nails and 20 days later it still looks good . If Im ever in Durham, NC I will go back there.

I was given a gift certificate and went. I got a massage with gentle music. I also had a pedicure and manicure. Im just not into this type of pampering so I didnt appreciate it like someone else might. It was a nice place if you are into it.

This place came highly recommended. I went for a pedicure and the guy did an AMAZING job. However, there was a lady who worked there and she was EXTREMELY xs 10 LOUD the entire time. It couldve been more relaxing but she killed that for not only me but the other 3 ladies that were receiving pedicure services.

Was in Chapel Hill for a ball game and needed to get my nails done. I got pink and white. Jon went above and beyond. The crystal gel polish is amazing! I highly recommend this salon. The only problem with this salon is its 300 miles from my home 😉. Will be back next time I am in town.

Salon itself was immaculate. Seemed slow but waited about 3 hours from time started. Nail tech had great personality. I had dip and the guy that assigned knew she didn’t have a drill but gave me to her. It took a lot of effort to get off with file. It took forever cost $139 for my daughter and I. Mine are uneven and popping up and it’s only been a little over a week. It am from out of town otherwise I would have gone back to owner.

You cant possibly have 21 pedicure chairs and only one person to do pedicures while everyone else is only skilled for manicures and gel nails???? On a Sunday too. Pretty let down considering how big the shop isNonetheless, pedicure was great!

I tried over 5 salons when I moved to Durham 2yrs ago, and this was by far my favorite! Expectations are always exceeded and they treat me like family. And they give the BEST foot massages. If I ever move, I will most definitely come back just for pedicures.

OMG!!! I was given a price of $65 for a Mani & pedi with gel polish on pedi. Once we arrived after being excoriated to the seat the price changed. I asked how much and there was a $35 difference. I left before taking off my coat. Not one staff member was concerned my friend was getting a Mani and she was asked you leave to.? We did.

I go to Nails and Spa monthly for my French gel nails and have gone to them for several years. Amy and her staff are very professional, the shop is very clean and I always feel like I get good manis and pedies. The shop tends to be on the quieter side, which is great to relax while you are getting your nails done. I also have my eyebrows waxed there and find that Amy does a really good job (not too thin and never burned).

Im currently in North Carolina to assist residents who have been affected by Hurricane Florence. I came to this nail shop because it is extremely close to the Hotel. I arrived here 45mins. before closing to get a Fill in. They had 4 workers and they refused to see me they advised me that the wait would 45mins. LOL how ironic is that. So I stated thats fine Ill wait then he preceded to say maam we will be closed by then, and must I remind you they had no customers waiting to be seen...Any other Nail shop would not have turned me around.. 👎👎

Annie is THE BEST! I came here after getting SNS nails done at another place and being totally ripped off! I was paying $85 every 3 weeks for powder nails that grew out fast, lifted and chipped! I found Annie and she recommended a gel manicure instead of SNS. And she only charges...$35! I have been super happy with her work and trust her opinion when it comes to future plans like my wedding Mani/pedi coming up next month! From what I can see, the employees are competent and professional and all of the clients always seem to be happy!

If i could give this place zero stars, i would. ive been getting my nails done here since i was five and im now seventeen. they have recently done a lot of changes in staffing, and let me tell you what just happened. i went with my mother around 5:15 or so, and we asked for two pedicures. there were two ladies in the store (one ive known for a long time and shes great, and one id never seen before). the one ive never seen before was who told us that we should come back at 6:15. we did. the one i know set us up for our pedicures, and began working with my mom. the other was still working on the lady she had been working with the first time we showed up. so i sat there with my feet in the water, and waited. 20mins go by, then another twenty, and another. i sat there for over an hour until 7:00 until she came over to sit down, but then said ill be back in two minutes before going back to the previous client. another twenty minutes went by before she came back. I was pissed at this point and told her to just not do any color. she started cutting my cuticles, cut the heck out of one toe and mumbled a sorry before continuing to cut huge chunks out of my skin. she cut me twice. when she put the moisturizer on it was so warm it burned my skin. then the worst part - im not kidding you, SHE RUBBED RUBBING ALCOHOL INTO THE CUTS ON MY TOES. then used the same, rubbing alcohol covered towel to dry my legs off. i have ocd and pick at my skin, so my legs have small dots of open cuts, WHICH SHE IGNORED ALTHOUGH QUITE VISIBLE WHILE SHE RUBBED ALCOHOL INTO THEM. i have never had such bad customer service. this woman physically hurt me, but i love the other lady and didnt want to say anything about the horrible service or anything because i didnt want to hurt her. it was 7:35 when we left and im a senior with all honors classes and had a lot of work to do, and ended up spending almost an hour and forty five minutes including drive time, at this place, being hurt, and she did shotty work on filing which i now have to fix. but i will never be going back again. this was a horrible experience and i would not recommend ANYONE going here, solely because they might get this chick and have to go through this.

Extremely unprofessional talked abt clients after they walked out. cocky man working there boasting on his work. if you have good quality u dont have to say u do. i got a pedicure and was burned from the heat from the water. the man doing my toes laughed and said sorry Im just trying to get out of here. ok but why rush on your customers? the owner was gossiping about customers as well. my pedicure was rough painful he kept scratching me bc his nails were so long. I will never be back wouldnt advise anyone to come to this nail salon.

I was a walk in customer last Saturday for a mani & pedi. JT & Mo not only did excellent, professinal work, but also offered fun, lighthearted converstaion that helped me relax anfter a tough week. The salson is clean, well lit and well priced.
