If I could, I’d give 10 stars!I have had my nails done around Durham and the USA, including Saipan, and Eden Nails is amazing. I look for longevity in my manicures and pedicures AND quality - that’s what Fiona gives me. I faithfully give my carpals to her and she makes them beautiful. And they last longer than expected. Prices are fair and worth it.(Older Review) This is my favorite nail salon in the continental United States. The owners love cats as much as me so I feel very comfortable in their atmosphere. I’m always satisfied with the job they do. And if I’m not they will fix whatever to leave me happy. I go in happy to see them and get my nails done and I leave confident and ecstatic at how well and beautiful my nails look. I feel at home with them. They remember your name and stories making me feel special. It’s a small establishment but they always seem to have room for people. I do recommend making an appointment.

Ever since a friend recommended Eden Nail Bar, Ive been a loyal and regular customer! I appreciate the quality work and materials used here, and the standards Zoe and Fiona hold themselves and their staff to. My nails are always beautiful and get lots of compliments, and everyone Ive brought with me are also repeat customers!On my first appt, one thing that really stood out to me was that Zoe didnt comment on the hair on my legs. She didnt try to sell me waxing services or comment/shame me at all -- which literally every other pedicurist Ive ever interacted with did. I always feel comfortable and welcomed at Eden Nail Bar! Its always about what I want from my experience, and they ask rather than assume and are happy to explain and help you understand why or what they are doing. Theyre also very knowledgeable in dealing with in-grown nails, bunions, calluses, and other issues.Fantastic and high quality services, excellent people, good communication with customers, and a clean shop. Highly recommend.

Amazing work and awesome customer service! They were so much fun and it felt so personal. One of the few nail salons that Ive felt incredibly welcomed and taken care of. Its a small shop, but so fantastic and personal. They have made me a permanent customer and I will never go anywhere else unless I have to move! Would highly recommend.

I recently switched nail salons due to dissatisfaction. Although this salon is small . They do quality work and the service is impeccable. I recommend you make a appointment because they dont always take walk ins. My nail tech Hannah is one of the best. I would definitely recommend this salon

Went in September and it was so clean & comfortable! The owners were sweet, friendly and did an awesome job on my gel nails! I highly suggest you go! They’re doing all the right protocols.

I was recommended this place by two people and finally made it here!I made an appointment for a gel mani and one pedi for my SOs first time and they were able to fit us in at the same time.The place is intimate, clean, and well-decorated. Zoey did my mani and Fiona did my SOs pedi. From what was reported, he really enjoyed it! Fiona was able to identify some issues hes had with ingrown nails and were hoping, with time and maintenance, we can get it to a point where he doesnt have to worry about them as much. He also really liked that you could choose what fragrance you want for the foot bath.Zoey did a great job with my nails! I love the shape and attention to detail. Polish tends to pool toward my cuticles but not this time! Im thinking in the future Ill try out some designs and patterns when I feel more adventurous.It was also great conversing with Zoey and Fiona while we were there. Whether youre there to relax and have peace and quiet or talk about your life, theyre super nice and can meet your social needs.We definitely plan to come back and do a couples pedi sometime. Highly recommend!

This is the absolute best nail salon Ive ever been to, and Ive been to a lot!Not only are the owners, Zoe and Fiona, incredibly kind, ethical, and smart, but they KNOW. THEIR. STUFF. Ive never encountered nail techs who are so knowledgable about their trade.Ive been three times so far for a dip powder manicure, and once for a pedicure, and my nails look and feel better than they ever have. Ive gotten dip powder for a while now, but every time I removed it I noticed my nails were incredibly thin and brittle. Turns out other techs were just filing them down way too much! No longer. Zoe, Fiona, and their staff know exactly what theyre doing. Every tool is pulled from a freshly sterilized bag, and they will be honest with you about if/when your nails need a break, even if it means they wont make as much money.As a queer person, I love supporting an openly queer-owned business, and Zoe and Fiona arent afraid to stand up for their and their employees rights. Ive told everyone who will listen to go see them, and everyone whos gone loves them as much as I do. Ive joked that when I move away from Durham, I will come back just to get my nails done, and I think Im only partly kidding!!

Fiona and Zoe are amazing! They got out an ingrown nail without pain, they treat everyone as if they are royalty, and they are great conversationalists.I will never go anywhere else again.

The best nail salon in Durham! They are welcoming, pleasant, and always want to make sure you’re comfortable. I also absolutely love that they only use tools straight out of sterile packaging. A big plus for me. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a salon in the area!

I have been going to this salon for over 20 years and when I called today for a pedicure I was told I was blackballed by the current owner. No reason was given. Needless to say I was speechless. It is very unprofessional for a business to turn away clients. Up to now I have never had a problem or complaint with this establishment. As part of the Me Too Movement I am suggesting we stick together and find another salon to go to. This is definitely harassment. This is the first time I have ever written a review but I feel the need to get this out in front of the public.

I came in towards the end of the day as a walk in for a full set. They were a little busy, but made time for me without making me feel bad about it. Every one here is so nice and friendly. Prices are awesome too. Now they do not do designs or bling, so dont go here if thats what you are looking for.But if your just looking for a nice set with color, this is the place. I have never felt more welcomed in a salon.

As a Midwest transplant to Durham, I had been looking for I nail salon I liked as much as the one I had left. I wanted to find one that was close to home, where I could walk-in without an appointment and not have to wait too long. I also wanted a place where I knew the pedicure was in a sanitary tub (they line the tub each time). I went to about 10 of them before I found Eden (formerly Woodcroft Nail Salon). Even though it was the farthest from my home, this is the place I have chosen from all the rest. Not long after I had picked Eden, they closed to remodel (under new ownership). I had to go to another place instead, which further convinced me to come back after the remodel was done. The remodel was the icing on the cake, but the real reason is that the women who work her are friendly and are good listeners.

I have been going to Eden Nail Bar for the past few months getting dip powder and loved it. Zoe and Fiona were so welcoming and I tipped well. I was very pleased. Initially Fiona did my nails. She did an excellent job. They hired a technician that blew me away with a new almond nail shape that I loved and a great pedicure! When I returned I was told they had to let her go? “She wasn’t picking things up quick enough” I found that hard to believe. Next Time I came in 10 minutes late and asked if I should reschedule. I was assured that it was not a problem. Zoë then did my nails. She was not giving me the same shape so I showed her a picture of the nails the other technician took for me. While it was not quite the same it was acceptable. I gave her a tip and thanked her. Today when I called for an appointment I was told that I should find another nail salon because she was uncomfortable with servicing me. Zoë said that I didn’t like how she had done my nails . I told her if I didn’t like it I wouldn’t have tipped or be trying to book another appointment. The local nail salon with great service and welcoming atmosphere turned hostile and unwelcoming. Don’t be fooled by smiling faces. The customer is not always right or welcome at this establishment. Enter at your own risk!Response:I shared my experience with this salon both positive and negative. I had a pedicure yesterday. I was a client when it was Woodcroft Nails. The renovations are very nice. The woman who gave me the pedicure was very nice. The pedicure was wonderful.

Zoe provides a very clean dip manicure. Very nice experience talking about kitties and memes.
