I highly recommend Jr Panache’s nail salon to everyone I know. The services was excellent none like others salon I use to been too, they were all rushed while Jr Panache’s are taking their time and make sure everything right. Reliable, owner and staff are courteous and conscientious.

I ALWAYS come to panaches for pedicures and they always make me feel welcomed & are able to achieve any style I show them ! I don’t always get just plain color so when I need a cute, fun design they ALWAYE achieve it so well ! 💕 10/10 love them !! Have been a loyal client for about 3 or 4 years now & I have nothing bad at all to say about this business ! Love it & the people who work inside !

So I actually called before I came, I spoke with a girl that instructed me to come in around 6:30pm to get my nails done. I got there at 6:15 and was told to wait a FEW mins. It was me, and then 3 other people, I was first. The a pregnant lady came and took two girls that came in after me! There was no explanation and no apology for the wait. I waited an hour and half without anyone saying anything to me about the wait. There is no customer service at this salon from what I experienced here. Very unprofessional and a disgusting display of customer service. I was a first time customer and will not be back.

I’ve been here couple of times and every times come in I always had a great experience. I like the atmosphere was peaceful and my Full set and pedicure was not rushed at all, they take their times. Love this place and definitely recommend to everyone to come.

So I call the salon to make an appointment to get my lashes done. This phone call was made at 1pm. The lash tech told me that shes leaving early at 4 so try to get there early as possible. Because I have an event the tomorrow I needed this done so I leave work early. Arrive about 3pm and she tells me that to make an appointment for the next day because shes unavailable. After just speaking with this lady. Extremely unprofessional. Complete waste of time and missed out 2 hrs from work for no reason. DONT NOT SPEND your HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS PLACE.

Went in yesterday after calling asking if I can come in to get a gel manicure and gel pedicure. I called at 5:30 saying I can come in at anytime, I was advised that there was a wait. I said okay that is fine I will still come in, I get there and it’s a line of other women waiting to get serviced, so I asked what the wait time was, no exact wait time was given I kept being told that I was next. The order is unorganized all over the place, the workers didn’t know who to call next in the chair. I waited for 2 hours to not even get serviced. 2 hours with no one talking to me or even reassuring me as the customer that I will be serviced. It was chaotic a whole mess, I work in customer service so I can understand when you are busy and short staffed however MAKE THAT KNOWN BEFORE TELLING THE CUSTOMER TO COME IN!! My time was wasted, I asked if I can just make an appointment for the next day and the customer service was horrible all I got back was another excuse that they will be too busy the next day for me to come for an appointment but I can come in and wait another 2 hours if I wanted. I feel as though for my inconvenience I should’ve been given an appointment for the next available time even if it meant squeezing me in. Waiting 2 hours for a simple gel manicure and pedicure is extremely unacceptable. This was my first time at this salon and I will not be back, I will also make sure to let everyone I know to not support this business. Not to mention the place was dirty and dusty. Not good especially during a time like COVID, there was no social distancing what so ever. Jr Panache’s have left a disgusting taste in my mouth.

If you are in the Durham area, dont waste your time going anywhere other than here! I went to a place in brier creek and they did a horrible job. Came to Panaches and Kelsy not only fixed my nails but was so kind and personable, it was a wonderful experience. Kelsy is also bilingual speaking Spanish and English. If I could rate this place 10/stars I would!

Always got confused between two sister, they look alike but I never concern between them, they both doing amazing Job however HANNAH always did my beautiful pedicure!Love this family business and my family going there and there are alway a perfect experience. So went in for a Mani & Pedi with gel polish $72. So basically they charged me $40 extra for gel polish on both my hand and feet. So I asked if I bring my own gel polish does that eliminate that cost... the answer of NO.I treat myself maybe once or twice a year. Last time I had it done in the village it was $50-$60 but definitely not $72. So I assumed it would be about the same here, so I proceeded without confirming the price, Different places different prices. Customer service was good. Lin did my nails and I like them. Call them after leaving to get a price break down. Tone of nail tech during the conversation left a bad taste in my mouth and he may have been like that because he thought I was trying to get a discount or refund, if thats what I wanted then I would have said something before I went out the door.Will I go back for a Mani and pedi?... Yes for a pedi but no for a Mani. Ill definitely purchase my own gel polish which is less than $20 and paint them myself at home.Will I request Lin to do my pedi again? Yes

One of the ladies that were doing my nails did them terribly. She made my nails crooked and tried to tell me that my hand was positioned the wrong way so that’s why my nail came out the way it did. She also left dents in my nail that I told her about before she continued on to the next step of painting. She did what she wanted to do and not what I wanted her to do to my nails. As she was finishing up and I was paying she was talking About me with her other workers as if I didn’t hear or notice that she was talking about me. I do not recommend this nail shop, they are rude and unprofessional with there job and very inconsiderate with there clients.

The first thing I want to say is I am VERY particular about my nails and having them look professional. I work in a high-level professional environment where there is no room for anything less than perfection.I have lived in the area for the last 5 years. Until I went to Panaches, I didnt realize I was receiving substandard acrylic nails (with gel polish). I just thought that I was hard on my nails because I am an artist in my personal life, therefore would just have to deal with the fact that they dont last as long for me as they do other people. Well, I WAS WRONG! Since going to Panaches, not only do they last 3-4 weeks, they stay shiny the whole time. They would last longer if my nails didnt grow so fast! All the professionals that work there are TOP NOTCH and very good at what they do.

If I could give them no star, I would. DO NOT GO! Worst service every. They do not care about their customers. Do not waste your time or your money. Listen Linda! Listen Linda! Im trying to help you out. Do not do it.

Pedicures are excellent here! However the nail tech for full sets at station #8 is extremely rude. I decided to give the shop one more try. This makes the second occasion she has asked what shape I wanted by using a picture of the shapes she has located on her wall. She will then do the complete opposite of what you agreed upon. She is extremely condescending and rude. And will text and send messages from her phone while she is to complete a service. The minute I spoke to her in the same tone and asked her rhetorical questions. She refused to finish.Molly completely changed the shape of a fill in and reduceded the length of the nails. She completely denied doing so, as if there was not proof.

My technician was very professional and I was pleased with my full set of nails. What I was bother by was that the salon was not clean. Dust everywhere and station was not clean before I sat down. This would stop me from returning. There are too many salons in the area to settle for one that doesnt keep their business clean.

I love everyone at Panaches. They are always friendly and super accommodating and Joe is thee best nail tech in the biz. The prices are much cheaper than any other shop I have been to so to get a shop with the best service AND the best price in unheard of. Its a win win.

JOE AND LYNN ARE THE BEST!!!! everybody that works there are like a family to me. If I could clone this nail salon I would. The prices are worth it and the atmosphere is lovely.

I come here all the time. They accomdated my daughter and granddaughter without any appointment to do wedding nails. I absolutely LOVE this place. Am so glad Joe took it over! 😊

I arrived at 6pm with a friend to get a fill in and her get a full set put on. They took my friend around 610 to be worked on, by 650 I was still sitting, waiting to be helped. There were two ladies who seemed to be there just to talk because all they did the entire time I was there was stand next to someone else and talk to them as they worked on nails. By the time they finished with my friends nails (around 650), I had had enough with sitting around wasting my time, waiting to be helped so we left. In the 40 minutes they were working on my friend three other ladies came in to get their nails done also. One left before they finished my friend and the other two waited to be seen. Also while waiting, one of the girls who was there before me had started to be worked on, but once the lady glued the nails onto the girl, she left and did not finish working with her AND had 4 people waiting. It was a TOTAL waste of my time and most definitely will not be returning to get anything done there. As the staff clearly didnt care they had others waiting. I also gave a one star rating because I cant leave it empty.

I have been frequenting this salon for over 10 years.. I have been following the owner because her quality of products were great!..I recently bought a gift certificate for my elderly mothers birthday.. And she was saving it for a special occasion.. When she tried to redeem it the owner refused to honor it.. And instead offered $10.00 off her next service.. Shame on the owner for bad business practices..I would not recommend buying a gift card from them to anyone.

This place has gone down hill since new management has taken over. Always short staffed. The hours on the door clearly state Mon thru Sat 9-7:30. Its every bit 10:00 and these people are not here! Its close to where I live but I have to find another salon to go to!!!

Communication is key! I too, have followed Lindsey for 10 years. I have seen communication breakdowns occur but her service quality is the best in the area. Prices mirror service and skill level. Better products, environment, and training. She doesnt kiss butt and let newbies run her business which I appreciate. If you want fast, high quality work, by skilled techs this is the place. Want that froo froo crap from other shops that doesnt last, or want what you get at such-n-such place dont bother. I even can take my infant with me as a regular long-time customer with no issues. I usually have a stand in nail salon I go to every two weeks. However, because I was on this side of town I decided to go to Panached Nail Salon. The girl painted my nails with gel but did not use a bottom coat. I asked about it and she said we dont do that but shes never had problems with chipping. I agree and we go on. The next day my nails are chipping. Now the purpose of gel is longer lasting and quick drying. I found time to return a few days later. Not asking for a refund but requesting a bottom coat. This time a man tells me they dont do that here. I offered to pay extra and he said no I dont know what to tell you but we dont do that here. Then tells me to go somewhere else if I want a bottom coat. NEVER EVER will I return to this place. And Im sure from the cleaniness there are some sort of inspection code concerns with the salon.

The Male technician shows favoritism to customers. I will go back there for eyebrows ONLY. The lady who does the eyebrows do a damn good job!

I love that place I have been going there for years and once they see me they know what I want and do it to their BEST QUALITY and it is no longer than 15 - 20 minutes sometimes less depending on what you get gel nails are usally 12 - 15 and no longer all I got to say is 5 WHOLE STARS

The facility has seen better days and could use a good cleaning and overhaul. I used this location because my original nail tech canceled and I still needed the service. The nail techs were snappy and Joe specifically was rude and heavy handed during the service. I will NEVER use this place again.

I wouldnt even give them one star! They were terrible, I went in for a fill in as my regular salon was closed the lady decided to take my nails off with such brutality I wanted to climb across the table and smack her! She proceeded to clip the fake nails off and jam her nail scissors into my fingers to try and wedge the acrylic off. When I asked her to stop and soak them off she promptly informed me that they didnt do that and all salons were different. My nails were practically bleeding. When I asked her to be a bit gentler she rolled her eyes and was so rude!

Love going to panaches nail & spa, their service is unrush and they did a very wonderful job.

This is a nice salon as far as looks go. Their prices are on the higher side, especially for the location they are in. Usually, I only go there to get my eyebrows waxed..dont care so much for how they do acrylic nails but they are ok.

Thought I would give this another try...why did I do that? The tech pulled my hair and was rough when adjusting my face for eyebrow waxing .They gave horrible treatment for a professional price. Never going back again! Quality is horrible.

So me and my family walked in to the salon to treat our mom for Mothers Day and starting out there was nobody to treat us at the door and then they yelled across the salon extremely rude saying what do you want . Then after we had told them what we wanted they looked at us with a Stank face and they all started to laughing like if we had said a joke.overall from the moment we walked in it was a racist environment and unnecessary rude.
