I love getting my nails done here! Liz and Monica are very welcoming and make me feel like “part of the family” every time I’m there. Monica started taking care of my nails in January, she is amazing! My nails and nail beds were in rough shape. Monica gave me advice on how to care for my nails between visits, they have never looked better. I look forward to every visit!

First time in a nail salon where I didnt feel like I was bothering anyone by being there. Very welcoming. Great job on my nails and the price is excellent. I will be back!!

Monica did my nails and was so sweet and meticulous about everything! She was very accommodating and careful to take precautions with Covid. I was asked to wash my hands upon entering, and they have a piece of plexiglass up between yourself and the nail tech as an added measure. I am new to town, and am so happy that I found a go-to person in Monica for my nails! She is all about the art and creative side of things, so that insane idea you’ve always wanted... she’s your gal! Execution was on point, gentle, and didn’t feel rushed. I’ll be recommending to everyone.

Dont go here...just moved to the area and was looking for a new place. Based on the reviews I thought I found it! Went inside and told them I was there for my appointment. The lady that I was corresponding with for the appointment said she forgot to tell the technician about the appointment and asked me to come back another day. (Umm no I cant, isn’t that the point of an appointment???) Her reasoning for forgetting was because she doesnt work every day and doesn’t see the girl all the time. She also told me she didnt think I was “serious” about my appointment and didnt know if I would cancel because I wasn’t a regular customer. I guess my appointment wasnt deemed important enough to remember. Not sure how they every get new customers. They wont be getting my business and don’t recommend for anyone else.Update: See why I say don’t go here!! Instead of her trying to fix the problem and admitting to her unprofessionalism, she says she should have asked for a deposit. I ASKED to move my 3:30pm appoint at 1:40pm, almost 2 hours before hand (not 1 hour and 20 mins)!!. If it was an issue it should have been raised then and I would have made it work. But her response was a simple yes, which sounded to me it’s not an issue. Everyone just doesn’t have good customer service...BEWARE.

Best salon I ever been to. I have been going to Liz for almost a year now and it’s the most amazing service I have received. She really gets personal and makes you feel like family. Always professional and have a awesome variety of styles and color to choose from. If you are looking for someone in Durham area she is the best. I highly recommended especially for special occasions. All the other workers are excellent as well. They take their time when it comes to special detail and design that what I mostly love.

I moved out here in Feb and have been trying to find a nail salon I can trust... After a few mishaps I have definitely found it. Liz was so kind and welcoming! LIZ and her associates are awesome! Very creative! I love her designs and she makes my nail vision into a masterpiece! I moved to the area a year ago and had trouble finding a place comparable to what I am used to back home. I found this place and cant imagine going anywhere else.

If I could give this place higher than 5 stars, I would! I’m so glad I found Liz. It’s so hard nowadays to find a shop that does quality nails. Liz and her staff are very professional, clean, efficient, and they make sure the client is satisfied with the service. Liz is an extremely knowledgeable nail technician. She is transparent, honest and will let you know up front about prices and client requests. Her products used are top notch and she stays up to date on the latest trends in nails. She never overbooks her clients, is on time and to top it off has an awesome personality. If it means anything my mother drives over two hours every two weeks because she is so impressed with Liz skills and services. I too will be moving over an hour away soon but will continue to patronize Liz at gallery nails.

I love getting my nails done by Liz. She will SLAY your nails and on top of that she is professional and great to talk to. After my first set I got more compliments than I ever have. Im going for a fill after a month and I dont even need it. I am particular about who I have doing my nails and hair but Ive finally found someone who can hold down the nail department. Liz is the best nail tech in the area. After 1.5 years, She is the only person I allow to do nails. She takes her time and is so creative, making sure every client leaves with their own unique design. She is very friendly and you will always have good conversations with her about anything. If you want some nice unique nails that last about 3 weeks at a time, go to Gallery Nails!

Lindsey is excellent! I got a pedicure on today’s visit - no complaints. She is very thorough with her work and did not rush through the service (a problem I’ve experienced before). I will be back.

I got my nails done here and they where beautiful. But they lasted less then a whole week one fell off while I was tucking my pants into my boots and the other while I was typing. The little dimonds that was put on my nail they are falling off and getting caught in my hair. But again they are really beautiful nails. still good place to go
