Naly has been doing my nails for over 15 years, her shapes are flawless, polishing is smooth, clean and perfect. Brows are always immaculate and even. She will never disappoint. Long, short or in between, she will execute any nail request precisely.Everyone in the shop is always a joy. Snap and Annie are both amazing with my pedicures. They also give perfect shapes and smooth precise polishing. Im a perfectionist when it comes to my nails, and they are perfect. 10 out of 10 recommend. (Google needs 5 more stars)

Im from out of town. I had to find a spot to get my pedi that was close to the hotel. I was a walk-in so I expected to wait but I was seen in 30 minutes. I dont know the guy but he was super nice, gentle and professional. I swear I almost fell asleep at one time. This place is great and I would definitely recommend

Excellent quality!! And great measure for COVID!! Everyone washes hands before getting their nails done, individual files that you get to take home, disinfecting of nail drill pieces, distancing between customers, and tons of fun stuff - foils, jewels, etc. A little pricey.

Absolutely amazing!!!! The saying goes “third times a charm” and I’m a strong believer of that. I just recently moved to the area and have been looking for a new nail shop. I’ve already tried two different nail shops and had a horrible experiences at both establishments. After reading previous reviews and scrolling though the posted pictures I decided to give Pure Bliss a try. I called and scheduled an appointment and even though I was running late they still took me right away when I arrived. Annie did my nails and Snap did my pedicure. I am so satisfied and the staff was so kind. They stayed open almost an hour later so that Snap could complete my pedicure. What I truly appreciated the most was that he never rushed. I’ve finally found my new home!!!! 😁😁

Yesterday was my first time going to Pure Bliss and it definitely won’t be my last! I’ve been searching for a nail salon this awesome and I’m so happy I found them! The salon is beautiful, the environment is super chill, the nail techs are awesome, customer service is great and I’m in love with how perfectly shaped my nails are! Everyone in the shop makes you feel really comfortable. Plus I was peeping around to see everyone else’s nails and they looked great too! I’m a stickler for precise shaping, let me tell you, these ladies are clearly perfectionist! They give you exactly what you want. It’s my new go to salon!

Naly helped me through it and helped my nail so it can properly heal. Ive always been afraid of nail trauma but she made me feel as comfortable as I could possibly feel in that moment. I trust her with my hands completely. I will never go to another salon for my nails. Pure Bliss is my family.

Family owned business. Technicians are talented and attentive to detail. Fun and relaxed atmosphere. Great music and cooking shows playing on TV screens. I feel at home every time!

They can give you holographic nails. There arent many places that do that. I love this place, and I try to get my nails done here whenever I can. The receptionist is always so nice, and all the nail techs are too. I highly recommend this nail salon.Theres only one down sided its that they always seem booked. You have to book maybe a week or 2 in advance. And walk ins are welcome, but there will probably be a wait. I honestly prefer it this way.They are talking covid-19 precautions. Definitely try this place out.

Best experience of my lifetime. My cousin and I were in the area and decided to give this place a try. Worth every penny in my opinion, and I would definitely recommend anyone who is curious/interested to not hesitate at all with this salon! Staff were extremely nice, very detail oriented, and very patient. You wont regret it!

Literally THE BEST SALON EVERRRR. the inside is SO cute, when you walk in you instantly can tell this isnt a regular nail salon. From the nail bar to the pedicure chairs, pure bliss is top notch. Jennie is AMAZING she can recreate anything you show her and make it your own. You will never need another salon once you visit here. Definitely make an appointment though to guarantee no wait time, even on weekdays they tend to be busy. The great thing is they dont rush, if you want something nice they will make it PERFECT, but expect to be there for 2-3 hours. They have a TV and the nail techs are all nice and fun to talk to so it flies by. Pure bliss is the place to go if you want instaglam nails and the perfect pampered feel.

I can’t believe I haven’t posted a review about Pure Bliss! Absolutely love them and my fave girl Annie. However, there is not a bad track here. Everyone is professional and talented. They are like family now. Consummate artists. Keeping things safe during Covid. You will not be disappointed. My regular service is acrylic over my natural nails with Gel polish.

I went here for the first time tonight and I’m in love with this place. The staff is amazing and at first they did not have the colors I wanted but worked hard to find a work around to give me something better than I could imagine!! I will be going back!

I moved to the Duluth area in July and went to 4 to 5 different salons and was not pleased to say the least! I stumbled upon Pure Bliss searching through, looked up the reviews a lot of them were good and some were not! I decided to give them a try, when I tell you from I walked in I was pleasantly surprised by the diversity on the techs and the overall welcoming personalities! Needless to say my nails were spot on, thank you Yazzie, conversation was great and the attention to detail blew me over!! So many times you you go into these salons they just try to get you in and out and never worry about their customer service or their quality of work! That alone made me come back and this time Amanda did my nails and again excellent service and quality! I really enjoy going to this salon and as far as I am concerned my search is over I have finally found a home!! An amazing job! I went to see how wrll my nails would come out for my upscoming wedding. Nail stylist, Snap, was awesome making sure I was at ease after a horrible experience from my last visit somewhere else. He paid attention to details on my design. Thank you @pureblissnails ... Was in the area and needed my nails done rather urgently. It was near closing time but I went inside and asked if they could do a manicure-pedicure. The hostess got Amanda (manicure) and Annie (pedicure) to take care of me. They were very professional and did a fantastic job!! They made me feel as if I was their first client instead of their last. 😊 In addition, I really appreciated the cleanliness of the salon and attention to details. The tools used for each client are sanitized and individually wrapped. You dont see this in most nails salons. The tools may get cleaned but not individually wrapped prior to the next use. I loved this!! This is why they got 5 stars and a nice tip. I will absolutely return to them in the future!! Thanks Amanda and Annie!!

The girl was double booked, had an attitude because I couldnt hear her clearly through her mask, and my nail got chipped, because she was rushing my manicure. I settled with clear polish, so she could make her next appointment. Next time just call if my person who I was scheduled with to reschedule me for another time. Been going there for years and they do me like that!

ZERO customer service.Was referred by a friend and her daughter. I called to schedule an appt. I was first told I could come at 1:30pm then was told they don’t accept walk ins. And was then told that there’s no openings for the next three weeks. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was simply transferred to another tech. With zero solution.I will make sure I forward the experience with everyone I know. Horrible way to treat a potential customer especially one that was referred to you by loyal customers you’ve had for years.

Beautiful place. Didnt stay after they told me my nail technician has been lying to me and theres no such thing as powdered gel. I was visiting from Chicago and wanted to make sure I got gel instead of acrylics. Im pretty sure thats all they have....I bounced!

Love this place! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Its super cute inside, I absolutely love their pedicure chairs! Ive had 2 different nail techs and they are both really good. They take their time and pay attention to detail. I definitely leave feeling happy with my nails. Usually I find something wrong with them but not when I come here. I have gotten gel polish, a full set of acrylics, and a fill. They are priced reasonably especially for the work they do, its so worth it!

Small nail salon with select, talented nail techs. They take pride in their work and have hygienic practices. Tools are sterilized and they offer you the nail files to take home. They book up so make sure to call ahead and make an appointment.

*Exhale* I have been looking for a nail shop for 5 years... I repeat 5 years. None of these technicians seem to care about the quality of their work. I havent left a nail shop once without fixing my nails because they NEVER do as I asked or showed them. This is the only place that seems to take pride in the work they do. My nails were perfect and I saw perfection all around me. Great spot!

Jen is the BEST! Love the quality work they do. The parking lot is not overly big so come with enough time to get a spot. Bliss is next door to a coffee shop if you need a caffeine pump.

My first time coming here was over a year ago and i was not pleased with my visit. i decided to try pure bliss again just to give it a second chance and because it is so close to my house but i will never come here again. the staff was not very friendly and the girl that did my nails did not do a good job. i asked for and buy they ended up putting a hell coat on top?!?! they were vacuuming and turning off the lights while i was still there, making me feel rushed even though the nail tech was taking forever on my nails. the lady even had to go unlock the front door to let me out because they had basically already closed up their shop. i am very unhappy with the service and with how my nails turned out and will definitely not be coming back.

Although this place does good with nails, they are very rude. I usually try not to give reviews, but I felt very compelled to speak on how they treat black people that patronize them. So sad and very disappointed on how they handled me.

The customer service is great but the products they use for my acrylic nails were horrible. My nails would break the next day without me doing anything! Something as simple as taking a bath and my nail popped off. I know it has to be their products because I took the rest of my nails off by myself without any pain. I put up with this for about four visits. Like I said the customer service is great. The place is clean but I cant stop every few days to get my nails fixed.

The nail products here are horrible. They do not specialize in natural nails they are only good for long Nails or acrylic. I got sns done and it literally started chipping the very next day because the put a gel top coat on my nails. I had to go back and get my nails touched up the same day because they lady who did my nails did not buff my gold flakes correctly and she left powdered all around a my Nails. I would not recommend this place to anyone if you want a manicure or sns done.

I just called for an appointment and the owner went off on me saying I didn’t pay for some services with my grandmother. I’m clearly the wrong person because I have never came in with my grandmother. She really wouldn’t let me get a word in to explain how I’m not the person she’s talking about. So rude!!!!! I won’t be coming here ever just because I was treated so poorly because she’s having a bad day!!!!
