My nails were very brittle and delicate earlier and used to break whenever I tried to grow them. But the nail artists here handled my nails carefully and gave me some very useful tips. All thanks to them, now I have grown beautiful, long nails! Excellent service.

Worst manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had. Polish on my toes was thick and my toes weren’t cut even. A day later I had sores on my cuticles and my fingernails looked awful. My best friend had to get antibiotics yesterday because of the infection of her big toe she got from the pedicure she got at the same time.

This is one of the worst nail salons I have been to. I walked in on a Sunday morning to one nail artist doing a womans nails. She proceeded to tell me that someone was on her way and I shouldnt have to wait long...fast forward 35 minutes later and a woman came in apologizing for her tardiness. At this point I was frustrated, but willing to look past it because I just wanted to get my nails done. The nail artist finished my nails in about 45 minutes and I paid and left the salon. Once I got in my car I looked at my nails and realized that she hadnt even painted my full nail!!! The edges of my nail were clearly bare. Now, a week later, the top coat of my SNS nails is peeling off on almost all of my nails. I am extremely frustrated with my awful experience here and not pleased with the results at all. Would not recommend to ANYONE.

Worst experience! Overcharged me! I came here because my daughter in-law wanted to go here and we both ended up wishing we hadn’t.

I had to find another location to get my nails and feet done after relocating from Douglasville. A few of my coworkers were like, try the location across the street from the office. After moving, I had broken 4 of my natural nails and had to have them all cut then to start over. I had a pedicure (my GOD it was to die for) and I hear my hands manicured and painted. Needless to say, as I was leaving the salon, I had damaged the paint job on three of my fingers on my right ( the hand I do everything with) hand and had to come back. I came back a day later to get the gel polish on them. Megan did my nails. ❤️ her! She took very good care of me. Waited two days later and decided to get a full set. When I came in, everyone knew me and laughed because I was back. I told Megan that I wanted a full set. She did my nails and they are beautiful. I love this place and will continue to go back.

Read a lot of poor reviews I have no idea why! This place was perfect. Went to 3 different places on a Saturday. All were too busy and turned me away. Walked into V nails they took me right away even though they were busy. I did gel coffin she did an amazing job! They have a lot of glitter to choose from. Ill definitely be going back! Thank you :)

I gave this place 3 chances and not happy with their customer service and their level of work. I asked to have my nails look like the picture from Pinterest to see what it would look like prior to. First of all, the wait was 40 minutes, [dont blame them too much cause it was a friday]... Then when I showed the lady the picture of the nails, she chose a Pearl white rather than a white nail polish. I let it go. Than, I asked her for the leaf design. She was incompetent to create the design. I had to ask her to redo it several times and then had the audacity to charge me $5. Plus, the gel nails came out uneven,..😒.There was streaks with the pearly white polish and bubbles!!!!!If the lady was not busy gossiping and whispering over to the other nail lady sitting next to her in front of me then maybe this wouldnt have happened. She should be more attentive on my nails! Plus, its so RUDE speaking Vietnamese in front of customers but when you lean over and whisper Im like WTF!?Never coming here again! Nail techs, please show some courtesy to,your customers! SMH😡😤 waste 2 hours of my life

If I could give negative stars, I would!I was serviced at the salon on Nov 2, 2020. I received a standard manicure and pedicure. Spent $63 total. I originally was going to leave a bad review on Yelp for the prejudice service my friend and I received, however, with the turn of events, unfortunately a bigger issue took precedence.Issue 1: Briefly, my friend and I were both there for mani/pedis. Two women each came to us to service us. Midway through prepping for my services, a Caucasian woman walked in. My manicurist and her manicurist both stopped servicing us to go and begin on the Caucasian woman’s hands and feet. Bad service.Issue 2: I received an infection from dirty equipment! Since my visit, I’ve undergone 2 rounds of antibiotics and out-patient foot surgery. It has been a complete nightmare. I called the establishment and they offered me a “free mani/pedi”. Absolutely ridiculous. Why would I return for another infection and bad treatment from workers. I was unable to drive, let alone walk/go to work for over 3 weeks and this was their compensation. I only requested my $63 refunded. Not even the doctor’s bills and lyft/uber rides I needed to take to and from the doctor. I spent Thanksgiving in bed, drugged on Tramadol from the pain. This has been a complete nightmare.

My first time visiting this establishment and all I can say is WOW! The service was incredibly amazing. The work speaks for itself! Jenny and Megan I will be seeing you in a couple weeks, also thank you for providing such a great experience it’s hard to find that nowadays!!!!!! :))

Save your time and money. Firstly they don’t have a menu displaying the prices of services. I got a full set pedicure and eyebrows done. While getting my nails done one of the ladies made fun of my finger that was caused by a childhood accident. On top of that they were unable put rhinestones on my or do the design anywhere close to what I asked for. They ended up adding an unauthorized amount for a tip on my car. On top of that my nails broke a few days later due old acrylic they used. They refused to fix my nails. So save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else

I loved how this shop could do my pedicure instantly (no booking). However, even though the staff members were lovely my color application was uneven, looking up close, some painted on my skin and bubble in the center of the toenail.... I mean, it just seemed like it was done at home. Hate to say this but they are NOT professional and the quality is not there. :/ Sure, if you need something quick, this should be available almost by walk in. But if you have the time, rather go somewhere else. there are way better alternatives around the town.

Go here if you have a lot of time to waste. Even if you make an appointment, they will still make you wait and wait. Even after they get started they keep leaving to tend to something else. Overall it adds up.Service quality is very average, and not the cleanest place ever. No receptionist or temperature checks.

The service is pretty decent,, but my issues is they come up with their own prices,, will indeed do a deluxe pedicure without your knowledge of the cost,, until youre paying. Be aware of the increase in prices here. I recommend asking the cost of everything before service.

The ladies asked me to sit down and had me wait for over 45 minutes to be seen. They filled my chair with cold water and just kept taking new customers while I waited. They were the most unprofessional and dirty nail salon I’ve ever experienced. Very disappointed with the service and the time I lost being patient with their incompetence. You’d be much better off going somewhere else. Trust me.

Be careful I ask for their prices and didn’t say anything when I went to check out they charged me 45 dollars for my gel nails and 40 dollars for my pedicure with gel you add up + tips.... these ladies ripped me off!

I have gone to this salon on three or four occasions and the ladies are very pleasant and do pretty good work. My only issues are 1) the continuous up-selling and 2) the ridiculous wait times. I understand having to wait but when I called in, they said to come in and I still had to wait almost an hour. I would’ve left but by feet and hands were already soaking. If you don’t mind waiting, this place will work for you.

The staff is nice but my nails weren’t shaped properly and they didn’t set the gel on my toes under a uv light. When I told her I wanted them done correctly they did nothing to correct it but charged me full price.

I left another nail salon of being a customer for 4 years to come to V Nails. They are flexible with appointments. They make you feel welcome and they always do a great job! I have been going for almost a year now and I love them!!! Their prices are rsasonable and their work is quality.Ask for Kelly and Mindy!! They are the best!!!

The shop is a nice looking shop. Some of the ladies are very pleasant. Most of the nail techs will listen to the customer and do as you request in regards to your nails. Others will tell you, i know whats best for you... and do as they see fit. Coinvient location though, right next door to Kroger! I have made several visits since May.

Love these ladies! My mom and I go get our toes done when we have a free Saturday. It’s a great way for us to spend some time together and we always love the end result!

I had set reservations for four people three days prior.I stressed to them that they had to be done within an hour because we were all going during our lunch break. They said that they could definitely do that because they have plenty of people. When I got there days later, they remembered my reservation. I reminded them over and over again that we had to be done within an hour. Instead, they took forever to get to me. They try to stays me saying that someone will come soon. But they never did. We all didnt get to sit together at first too. They rather help others that came after me. It took over an hour and a half just to do a basic pedicure. Im never going to go there again. They only care about the short term profit than long term / keeping customers happy.

Experience was decent. Nail job was decent. However we were charged for a Deluxe Pedicure (an extra $15) without warning. When we walked in, we asked for a mani-pedi. No one ever mentioned a regular option or a deluxe option. So to be charged for something that never was discussed.... won’t be back.

1st time here today and its a very nice place and the staff was nice as well. I would have given 5 stars for overall service but they were EXTRA pushy trying to upsale. I was also very upset that I asked for a basic pedicure and the lady did a deluxe pedicure, that I had to pay for! I will make sure that never happens again, other than that I was pleased and will return.

I have gone to this salon 3 times because I was looking for a place to get my nails done in the Duluth area and they seemed to have good reviews. They cater to there regulars and will have you waiting as if your money is not as good as these other ppl. This last time I went the lady tried to reuse the same pedicure equipment on me that she had just used on another person and when I questioned her she blantatly lied and when I made her go get another sterilized kit she got am attitude. They offered me 20% off next time I came in. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS SHOP AGAIN! IF I COUKD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!

Was visiting family. Went in their website. The salon is super nice and clean!!! It caught my attention. The price menu is very reasonable. I was greeted by the Manager/Kelly. She was very nice and sincere. The deluxe pedi was awesome. So relaxing and soothing. Great experience. Will definitely come back.

I went to this place this afternoon and when I got there they were nice and all but I dis not want to wax my eyebrows and she came with a wax pot and without asking she tilted my head with no permission. I then told her I never asked for waxing and one woman wanted to convince me wax my eyebrows which I didnt wanted to. When it was time to pay she asked me in a no question way for tips she just said how are you going to pay for tips. I was paying with my credit card, and that was so awful Im not coming back sorry... Your fault if you are reading this v nails. If you go their people just be ready !!horrible never never going back.

Terrible service Never again will I ever visit this place. The nail tech was rough !!! Terrible shaping. & .you can tell she had a attitude when I kept asking her questions . Long story short I Went to go get a fill in . I originally had a ombre design. Pink top white bottom. I asked how much a ombre fill in would be ..she said $50 for a fill & $55 for a new ombre set RIDICULOUS ESPECIALLY WHEN YOUR ONLY FILLING ONE COLOR . Ok so I agreed for a regular fill & polish. after she used the pink acrylic to fill (her choice) shaped, etc. Etc. She attempted to put REGULAR POLISH OVER THE OMBRE DESIGN THAT WAS ON MY NAILS ALREADY. I couldve sworn your supposed to remove any design before adding a new one . she tried to treat me as if I was unknowledgeable & crazy . As if she was doing the correct thing. Pitiful . Aint no way Im going to allow you to paint over something that shouldve been removed.

Terrible! They lady did a very sloppy job and was talking to others and looking around the whole time., She did not take the time to look at what she was doing. I got the SNS and there is glue all over the sides of my fingers and bubbles all in the paint.,I wasted almost two hours and now have to go soneiwhere else and get it fixed. Terrible service!

I would not recommend anyone going there to get their eyebrows waxed!! They peeled my skin off where she placed the wax on the top and bottom of both of my eyebrows!! if i could i would not give them any stars.

I went to this place because Im new in the area and I needed a manicure ASAP. I look up a nail salon on the internet and this place popped up as first option, it seemed nice according the reviews so I decided to go. The attention was ok, I had a gel manicure and a regular pedicure done. Asked for my nails to be clipped and when they finished everything seemed to be alright. Gel manicure is supposed to last 2 weeks but my nails started to peel off just 5 days after that. I called to see if they could fix them and they did which was very nice. But after the 2 weeks passed and the gel started to come off I realized that my nails were horribly clipped they didnt have a shape at all, terrible!! They were more focused on serving more customers at the same time than in giving a customer a nice and good quality service. Sadly, I wont go back to this place.
