I had Brittany today for my first waxing experience! She was comforting and calming! Pretty pain free. The business is clean, modern and the front desk is friendly! Will be back!

Compared to other waxing places this place is very professional. The ladies here actually listens when I have concerns. They are very thoughtful and kind. I love coming here and feeling welcomed. I love how they use hard wax here ! No other place can be compared.

I want to start with the way they had me waiting for over 20 mins even though I made an appointment a week before. This was my first time being here & last time ever!!! I got reassigned to someone different because the girl wasn’t there. And when it came to taking my bottom off she did not leave the room, asked me when was my last time I shaved. I told her couple weeks ago, then she immediately told me that she couldn’t do it because she needed at least 3 plus weeks of growth. Didn’t even bother to test it out, when it came to checking she had a disgust face. Made me feel very uncomfortable & insecure, told me to reschedule because it was “ too short “ and even had the nervous to try to use exfoliator for “dry skin”. Over all the expensive was horrible & the staffs were very rude & disrespectful. Will never come back ever again to this place. I believe the girls name was torrie

I had Torrie, and she was amazing. The first time I came, I didn’t have Torrie and I couldn’t sit through the first couple of strips and I got up and left, but Torrie was different! She talked me through the hard ones and made me not feel so silly when I couldn’t stop shaking. I will be a regular now!

Had a horrible experience today, I believe the person who waxed me was Torrie (she didn’t even really introduce herself)She seemed very rushed, and just trying to do everything very quick, she missed many spots which I didn’t even notice until I got home because she didn’t even offer a mirror... you pay for a $60+ Service trusting them to do you right and now just seems like wasted money. Front desk was very kind and professional, the one rendering the service was not...

Bad at business. They messed up a discount that I had, which I had to go back and forth about getting a credit. Then today, I get a call saying I owed $5 from an appointment I had back in May! It’s now July and I’ve been twice since that May appointment, how was this unnoticed? I will not be back.They’re waxes aren’t even worth the money, you still have to go home and pluck what they didn’t remove. Just not a good experience here at all.

Great place but can get busy and hard to get in.

I came here last month to get my underarms waxed. I don’t remember who I got waxed with, but the girl waxed me in all different direction, not at all paying attention to the direct of my natural hair growth. Now I have ingrown hairs. This is the first time any professional waxer has done this.Also, she was complaining the entire time about her work schedule. I will not recommend the aesthetician who waxed me last time.

I had a brazilian wax scheduled for 2:00pm. It wasnt the best experience. Ive had brazilian waxes done in the past at other EWC locations across U.S. I dealt with Lindsey she has only been waxing for a few months she said, and it showed. I never experienced my skin bleeding a litte, after having a wax done. I wished Lindsey would have communicated more she was very quiet which caused me to be anxious instead of relaxed. Her work station area could have been a little cleaner. I felt traumatized after this experience, but the front desk clerk was very understanding to my needs and offered me a discount. Be mindful because experience that an esthetician has will determine your outcome.🙂💋✌🏾

I LOVE EWC! I’ve been going for almost 2 years! The front desk staff is always friendly and very accommodating. My wax specialist- Brittany D is the ABSOLUTE BEST. She always makes sure i comfortable and listens and reacts to any issues i might be having in regards to hair removal/wax. She is easy going and so fun to talk to. Brittany actually makes me excited for my monthly waxing. Can’t recommend her or the entire EWC Dublin staff enough!

Ive been getting regular waxes here for a few months now and I have been very pleased. Everyone is always very polite. Ive had 2 waxers and both did great. The first time I visited was my first wax and I was super nervous, the waxer I had (unfortunately I cant remember her name and she no longer works there) was amazing about talking me through everything and was very thorough. Ive had the same girl every time since then and she does a great job too.

I got my very first bikini wax. I was so nervous and torrie was very patient with me. She talked to me the whole time making it more comfortable. I will definitely be back to see torrie.

Ive had couple issues with hair being missed from them rushing thru the service. Ive ahd better luck with other locations. Staff is extremely friendly and discrete. As a BBW woman I felt comfortable and welcome there.

The plus size darkskin tone lady at the front desk was flat out rude & the lexi girl who did my brows burned my skin on my right eye😐

I’ve been going to get a Brazilian for about a year now & Brittany is awesome! She always makes sure I am comfortable & does her job well, so it doesn’t hurt as bad 😆 She is really knowledgeable about waxing & its always been a pleasant experience every time! I was terrified my first visit, but she was great & I have overcome my fear of waxing with her help :)

I went here today and it was the most unsatisfactory brow place I have ever been to. Not only was the waxing job terrible(my eyebrows look like straight lines. They totally messed up my original brow shape and plucked way too thin). But also the customer service was below average. The man at the desk was very blunt and kinda rude. Although my first time was free, it was not worth it. I will never be returning to The European Wax Center again. Save your money and find a new place!

This is by far the best European wax center in all of columbus, I would know because I have visited nearly all of them. The rest are just not as perfect as this one.

Had a wonderful experience at this location! Kayla* was so sweet and so friendly- she waxed my eyebrows exactly how I like them. She listened to my requests and without skipping a beat, waxed my brows perfectly and with the most friendly attitude. It was like chatting with a friend.I will absolutely return & ask for her. After so many botched waxes at other places/locations, Im so relieved to have had a fantastic experience.

The wax was mediocre. A lot of stray hairs and not just short ones that are hard to grab, but long ones that clearly shouldn’t have been missed, especially considering I regularly get waxed.

Hannah is amazing! She made me feel like Ive been coming here for years even though Ive only just moved to the area. Everyone is so friendly & helped make my transition as seamless as possible.

I had a great experience here! I just happened to see the shop and called. They got me right in. The ladies at the desk were very informative and friendly. I stopped for a brow wax and since it was my first time it was free! No gimmicks no pressure just free. Heavenly did my brows. She listened to me and did exactly what I asked. She also showed me how to use a simple brow builder and it made them look even better! The wax they use is different. It didnt pull or sting and I wasnt very red afterwards. I will definitely be back.

So I went to get a full leg wax and my underarms done. This is my first time ever getting a wax, ever! It was a cute place but once I got back to the room the floor was really dirty. The ladies were nice there, especially the front desk lady. My wax lady was nice but quiet. She didnt really explain anything or even tell me what she was doing. She never checked to see if the wax was too hot on my skin or anything. After I left I looked at my legs and realized, theres still a ton of hair on them! I paid for a full wax and i got a partial on! She did not do a good job at all, considering half my hair is still on my legs! (My leg hair was long enough if youre wondering) I am very disappointed with the results! Also I was supposed to get my underarms for free since Im a new client and I had to pay for them! Overall will not be recommending this to anyone and will not be coming back anytime soon! Going to try and get a refund for my patchy wax job.

They work very fast, and the environment is friendly and inviting. Occasionally the instructions I give for my eyebrows are not followed but they are always neat and very well done, Im just picky with the shape I like them in.

European Wax Center is AMAZING!!! They always fit me in on the days that I call since I come from 2 hours away!!! ALL of the girls are so very nice and helpful!!!

Great place. I have been going here for over a year now. I really like how they run on schedule unlike other places. If you are late (I think more than 10 minutes) then you are rescheduled.

**Editing my review now that I’ve been going here a little over a year. I still love and swear by Kayla, hands down the best! However, EWC has a rule put in place that if you’re 10 min late, they cancel your appointment. While I have never been late, they are always 15 or more minutes late for me. For a wax that takes 5 minutes, I’m usually there for 35-40 min. Even worse- now bc of Covid they make you wait outside (even if there’s no one else there waiting), so lately I’ve been waiting in temps 30-40 degrees for 15 minutes or more. This problem has been consistent for almost every visit for the last year.Definitely recommend! I have been going to European Wax Center for a few years in DC. When relocating to Columbus, I was worried about finding someone I liked and suited my needs. I go to Kayla W. every time and my brows has seriously never looked better. I barely fill them in because she gets the shape so great. European Wax Center is also always very clean, professional, and they send helpful appointment reminders for all of us that tend to forget!

So i had my legs and arms scheduled today at 1PM. I was late for my appointment by 9mins and according to their late policy they would either mark it as no show or have only part of the services done. I totally agreed and got my legs done and left. Later at 3:30PM i found that they had availability at 4PM and called in to schedule for my arms. They said ok and after 5mins they call me back and say that i cannot have it done on the same day and have it reschedule for another day.What kind of policy is this??? Why can’t you do the service when u have availability?So u prefer not working just bcoz i already had an appointment that day rather than just filling in the available space. This is a highly ridiculous policy. I wonder how u people even came up with such a stupid policy. I have been a member for more than 2yrs now and this is what i hear today. What is the use of paying so much and not have the chance to book an appointment at ur preffered time.Highly dissappointed with this stupid policy. I hope u change that and not trouble customers this way. Why do u even show availability if u are not willing to do the services.
