I had such a great experience from beginning to end. The staff is absolutely pleasant and friendly! They didn’t treat me differently or look at me funny because I’m a TransWoman like some other places. The atmosphere is gorgeous and relaxing. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking to do laser hair removal or any other service they offer!

My esthetician was absolutely wonderful - she really helped me through my appointments and treatments, especially with my schedule since I’m getting married. This was my first time at an Ideal Image and my first ever lip filler! The ladies were very professional and so warm and welcoming. They followed all CDC guidelines by making sure I wasn’t sick and by taking my temperature upon entry. They were very thorough when explain the aftercare of my fillers. During the session they were very attentive and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Very kind and professional and will recommend this Ideal Image to all of my friends!

So I recently just moved here from Illinois and had my first full body LHR experience at this location. The girls are so sweet and open and friendly. From the first moments of talking on the phone setting up my appointments to when I stepped through the doors, I was treated with such respect. You can tell they are passionate about what they do. They really try and put you first and make you feel comfortable no matter who you are. I loved my first appointments with Elena and Shelby; two of the service givers. We had a lot of fun and casually talked and that made it a very pleasant experience. They also keep your comfort in mind during the procedure and are quick to address any discomfort you might be feeling. I give them a 5 star rating and I can’t wait to go back for my next appointments!

Results from Ideal Image have been amazing and I’ve only done 2 treatments! The Dublin location typically has appointments available within the week, but can book up so plan in advance once you start treatments. Staff has always been helpful with scheduling.

Laser hair removal has been the best decision I have made! I just visited the Dublin, OH location with Caroline and she is great!I was in and out in less than an hour for legs, underarm and full Brazilian.

I got botox for the first time and I called back since I needed a touch up because I still had movement on my forehead. I went for the touch up and they put me two additional units ….. not sure what happened but I still have the same movement. I dont like to leave bad reviews, but the amount I paid was very high and my results have not been favorable.

I was super happy that I got squeezed in today. I called to see if someone canceled and to my luck someone did. Every body was super friendly. Everything was clean. It is pricey but its worth the price.

Brittany, at ideal image in Dublin treated me for under arm laser hair removal and Botox. This was my first experience with Botox and she made the whole experience so smooth and easy. Brittany is very knowledgeable and walks you through the steps. She’s also good at outlining aftercare and answering any questions. The whole facility is very clean and the staff is very friendly.

I usually go to the Easton location which I love because it is closer to me, but they were all booked up for the day I needed. I had the option to go to this location so I figured why not since I really needed to get in. This place is so nice the front desk girls were amazing! I was one of their last appointments and they even took the time to quote me a price for another thing I was thinking about getting done. Elena the nurse doing my service was amazing! She was training someone and still made me her top priority! The place was super clean and professional! Highly recommend!!!

Every clinician I have had during my treatments has been very nice and professional. I will definitely say that the improvement on my underarms alone is worth the cost. The rest is to be seen but I have 5 more treatments left in the bakini areas and there is a noticeable difference in the coarseness of my hair which was the start of improvement on my underarms so I am confident I will see more amazing results soon. 4 done 5 to go.

Sad to say that I am turned off by their relentless sales structure paired with lack of cohesive communication. IStory: had a couple of calls from 2 different agents at first (fair enough because we hadnt spoke yet), then called back, talked about my main concern of being post op only 2 months, was told that I could schedule a zoom meeting and they could determine if I could come better. Then I talked to someone and zoom and it was just another sales person, not a nurse. He was not told about my surgery and went through a whole 15 minutes of explanations first. He was nice enough to contact the nurse during the call who said I needed to wait 6 months. I said fine, speak to you again in 4 months, I dont want to pay upfront.I got repeated emails following up for the procedure I could not yet physically have, replied and they seemed to understand that I wouldnt be coming.... Im STILL getting calls and emails from sales agents one month later, so I will not be contacting them like I had originally planned.

Brianna did my actual Botox today and was so friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. She took her time with marking my injection points and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. I went in for Botox & to get my lips touched up with filler yesterday with Kristin. I got to experience the top notch education they provide for their staff here. Kristin was training and Jess was her educator and as somebody who has worked in multiple salons and in management it was some of the best training I have seen. Kristin was so confident and you can tell it was a direct reflection of the education they provide here. I cant wait to come back. Wonderful ladies and super clean environment!

The Dublin store is so nice with the white marble! And the staff is super helpful in answering any questions so you feel comfortable. They make you feel welcome when you arrive and comfortable throughout you entire visit.

The staff is great! The pricing is confusing. My initial consultation did not give me a accurate assessment of what the cost would be to accomplish my goals. Each time I go for an appointment I am told it will cost me thousands of dollars more to meet the initial expectations.

I am always blown away at how kind, efficient, and knowledgeable the nurse practitioners are here. Am also loving not having to shave. Best money I have ever spent.

I highly recommend the Dublin Ideal Image and Elena. She is extremely knowledgeable and so kind. She helped me choose the best filler for my lips/face shape. She was so sweet and informative throughout the entire process, before, while performing, and after. The overall atmosphere of their facility is wonderful and everyone involved was so helpful. I noticed a significant difference in my lips immediately. I received Botox and Juvederm lip filler and I got exactly what I asked for. My skin hasn’t felt better and my lips look plump but natural, just as I requested. I have received multiple comments on my skin looking younger, even from people who didn’t know I had any procedure done.

It was my first time ever getting fillers and Lacey did an AMAZING job with my Juvederm fillers. I am not the biggest fan of needles and I let her know at the beginning of the appointment and she did such a perfect job at keeping me calm, cool, collected and comfortable throughout the procedure. She took her time before hand to figure out what outcome I wanted and did a better job than I ever imagined! Love Ideal Image and it really is the best place in Columbus to go to for any med spa related needs! I have nothing but positive things to say about Ideal Image.
