Great place for physical therapy. Very knowledgeable and kind, and compassionate to your individual needs and limits
Very excited for my contract to be over
Nice gym. Clean. Friendly staff. No soap in the shower...because of COVID...smh. Since when is soap a fomite?
Signed up for an annual membership which means you pay for 11 months upfront and get the 12th month for free. Well I got charged for 11.97 months and complied with their requirements to end the contract early to get a refund for the time left on the contract during the PANDEMIC. However, I never got my free month which was the whole purpose of doing the annual pay contract. I called them out on this and of course I got the run around from Heather and Susie on it. Had an attorney friend look over the contract and he confirmed I got hustled out of the free month. I had another issue right after I signed up and it was referred to Susie. Well it took her 6 weeks to even call me. This is just an over-priced-shady operating health club in Missoula that looks to nickel and dime you at every turn with disorganized leadership. Plenty of other clubs in Missoula that offer better deals with no contract agreements and will treat you fairly.
If you like pretentious people, this is your place! I’ve never felt more uncomfortable in a gym in my whole life! Not welcoming, the front desk people couldn’t care less to greet you or ignore you as they have someone “more important” to greet right by you. If you want to flush your money down the toilet for this place, go ahead. But check out the other reviews where they don’t kept track of your account then send you to collections. BEWARE!!
Great group fitness classes
Had a good work here the past few months, I get there every day and do my routine. It’s a very clean facility and every one is respectful.
Visiting from out of town, I was very impressed with the quality of this gym. Lots of space, lots of equipment, good layout, excellent equipment quality, even has some power lifting/Olympic lifting stations. Couldnt speak to the monthly rate since I only used a day pass, but $10 for the day is cheaper than Ive paid for day passes to far inferior gyms in other cities.
Clean facilities, good equipment, trainers make it accessible to people of all ages and abilities.
I like this place. Its super low key and everybody leaves you alone.Best gym experience Ive had in a long while.
Love this place. Great pool check out the Wednesday morning Sprint instructor. He rocks!!
For being so expensive I think it’s ridiculous they’re not open until 5 am on weekdays and 7 on weekends... what about the people that want to work out before work and get there to get stuff done and not have to wait when it’s all packed during peak hours. You guys should open at 3a.m. on weekdays and 5 a.m. on weekends
BEAWARE!!!!! I was not willing to sign a financial contract with peak and I wanted to work out for only one year. I asked if I could do that if I paid cash. The gentleman helping me (asian) said yes we can do that (also stated its non refundable - I understand I said.) and its discounted in price he says because Im paying cash.. My year ends. Now I make a call to peak out of courtesy after receiving a reminder to renew). I let them know Im not attending anymore, my year is up. Peak employee (male) on the phone takes my name and says he will let the office know. Then I start getting notices that I owe peak 174.xx dollars for membership past my 1 year. I talk to the accounting office I explain the whole thing again. She tells me you get charged if you dont call (I did call and funny that never came up when I was paying for my 1 year). I tell her not to send me anymore notices. Now today I get a collections notice for money I do not owe. This is simply an act to damage my credit and name. DO not trust peak Health and fitness. Apparently they will lie to you to get you in and even if the mistake is on their end....their happy to try to damage your credit and name. Im going to court, I will not pay. Oh and to top it off Peak decided to take my EX wifes name from the emergency contact (shes a nurse and friend) portion of the form and add her to the collection complaint. (she lives in a different state). So you better be careful who you list for emergency contacts at Peak health and wellness, you could be adding all your family members to lawsuit and collection with peak, health and wellness. I too am a long term business owner here in town. Unbelievable predatory business practices and I will never do business with peak again.
Kelly is the best! She gives personal touch....makes a difference.
I went here for 3.5 months while I was an intern in Missoula, and Peak was one of the major reasons I managed to lose close to 30 pounds throughout the summer. The layout of the gym was great for me, and I found every piece of workout equipment I wanted to use. The staff were always really kind, friendly, and several times went out of their way to help me out. I met with a personal trainer, Carol, once a week and she helped me work out in a much more effective way than I was doing on my own. I met with their dietician (all members get a free 30 minute consultation) and she gave me great advice on how to improve my eating habits. Finally, I also went to several spin classes, and all the instructors I learned from led great workouts! Overall, I highly recommend this gym to anybody who wants to live a healthy lifestyle.
Everything was great....until I got harassed by some random guy in the weight room.Try to foster a more welcoming environment, please.
