I have been working with Jessica. I’ve had my lips filled, micro-needling & chemical peel so far. She really makes the whole experience.. she has set up a plan to help me feel good in my own skin & so far it is working. After only one treatment I see very good results. I love this place & her. Everyone else is super nice as well & After each appointment they text me and ask how it was & remind me of my appointments date and times through text. I love this place! Today was my first appointment with Jessica, as my previous doctor had left. Jessica is fantastic! She walked me through everything step by step and answered all my questions (I had quite a few) thoroughly. She was quick and gentle, and helped me decide my treatment plan for later visits. I love love love this place! I will ask for Melinda whenever I need a service done and she’s capable of doing it because I just adore her, she made me feel so comfortable and I looked forward to my sessions with her because it just felt like hanging out with a friend. I’m also so happy with the results of my 3 micro-needling sessions. I’m going in next week for a laser-vein treatment and I can’t wait to see how that turns out.

This was my first time seeking professional help for my skin, and needless to say I have had a very positive experience so far. All staff members were very courteous and understanding. Skin health is a sensitive subject, but at no time I felt uncomfortable or judged. My treatment provider created a personalized plan, and it definitely has been working. It only has been two weeks since I started the regimen, but given the noticeable change I witnessed so far, I am excited to continue my relationship with the center and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

I’ve never had a real problem getting in. Even if I needed last minute, they were usually able to help. The experience was great, warming and I never felt I was being sold something I didn’t need. They work to get the results you want. I went for Botox and never had a bad experience.

Pam at the front is also so awesome, she helped me get set with my new clarisonic and everything. They actually care about their patients here and want to help you feel your best. such a positive and friendly atmosphere! i’m so excited for this acne journey with Timeless Solutions! Malorie was amazing. I was extremely nervous and she was calming, understanding, and kind. She is also a perfectionist and very skilled. I would never go to anyone else and I cant say enough wonderful things about her. In addition, all of the staff I encountered were helpful and kind.

First of all the staff is wonderful and comfortable, so you feel right at home and any anxiety you had about coming, melts away. Then most importantly the results I have gotten with Emilias recommendations keep me coming back. I totally trust the procedures Emilia suggest and have never been disappointed. I actually look forward to coming into their office.

This place is so beautiful and clean and cozy, I was not sure how the reception will be, I was an hour early and the lady at the reception was welcoming and she actually walked me half way to get a coffee, the place is super clean, everyone is nice and beautiful but their caring and respect goes a long way! I have been seen by Adrienne for facial fillers and I absolutely love the results. At a recent party some of my closest friends, without any prompting, asked why I looked more youthful. Poor customer service. Since last March I am trying to schedule a follow up appointment. Last time in December I had a phone conversation with receptionist and was told they will schedule. It is mid of March and I have not heard from them.
