I got a Brazilian extended wax with Teja and it was a great experience! The environment was welcoming, clean, and Teja was super friendly, informative, and professional. This was my first wax with LunchBox wax and my best, (least painful) experience EVER. Was in and out in just 20 minutes. Excellent customer service, staff, and result! Thanks Teja and Lunchbox!

Belle has been doing my waxes the past few times I have come in and she is amazing! She tells me everything she is about to do to make sure I am comfortable and I understand what is happening. She holds a great conversation while you are getting your wax done. Every time she has waxed me, I have been completely satisfied and left baby smooth! For anyone wondering I have gotten a full face, armpits, and Brazilian from Belle.

TMI, but I had my first Brazilain wax in preparation for a day on the lake, and I was super nervous. Krista at Lunchbox was so professional and made me feel comfortable and relaxed from the start. The facility was very clean, and Krista was so knowledgeable about the products being used on my skin during the process. She talked me through everything and made it a very positive experience. So much so that I plan on coming back frequently. The pain from the wax was tolerable and less painful than I initially expected. Overall great service and I highly recommend Lunchbox in Dublin. I would not recommend this place to anyone with sensitive skin. I just moved to the area and needed a new eyebrow place and saw they had great reviews.The girl who waxed me was very nice but as soon as I got home I realized how bad the burning sensation on my eyebrows was. I tried to ignore it but after looking in the mirror I realized significant portions of my skin had been ripped off. In fact she took off more skin than she did hair.The burning lasted over 5 hours and was extremely painful.I had a huge event the next day and looked completely ridiculous as the pain was so awful I was terrified of applying any sort of makeup or coverup.Its now been a few days and I am still healing and dealing with incredibly uncomfortable skin.I called and spoke to the manager and she apologized and refunded my money, and while she was nice this NEVER should have happened. She also asked me to email her the photos and then did not respond.Bottom line, if you have sensitive skin do NOT come here. I have been getting eyebrow waxes every 2 weeks or so for the past ten years and have NEVER had this happen. It is inexcusable.

Clean place, the ladies who work there are professional. First time I was embarrassed but they are so sweet and help you understand different waxes and how to keep everything clean. I go to the same two ladies and they are wonderful. Both talk the entire time so it makes it less awkward. I have started going in the morning to avoid the parking but overall recommend the place. Lots of different services as well.

Decided to go over lunch to see if they could see me- thankfully it was super easy and only had to wait around 10 minutes. Great service and great results 🤗 Will come back again!

Ive been coming here for a few years now. The technicians I see regularly are super professional and very amiable. Prices are a bit on the expensive side but the equipment and facilities are kept very clean so I feel very comfortable getting services from this location.

I have been very pleased with the services here. All of the staff are polite and kind and many of them have been doing this a while and are both quick and skilled. All-stars at the Dublin location so far that I have encountered are Ada, Jessica K. and Jenni. You can’t go wrong with any of those ladies.
