I have been getting my hair cut by Michele Moss for 30+ years. She is the owner of Austin Louis Salon. I can not recommend this Salon enough. Everyone is personable, friendly and very competent at their jobs. The salon is clean and organized and well run. The customer service is second to none. All of the stylist really care about their clients and want everyone to leave happy with their hair cut and/or color. I can not say enough good things about this salon and Michele. I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a great experience and a terrific hair cut or color.

Anna did an amazing job with my curly hair. I love her technique for cutting hair and just with ✂️.. Im impressed with results. She listened what I wanted and gave her expert advices too. It was my first visit to this salon and surely not last!my 2YO daughter and my husband also had wonderful experience. I recommend this salon.

She always listens to what I want and gives me great advice as well as being spot on since she knows my hair and knows what is going to work on me. This is my most favorite salon in the whole bay area! I live in San Francisco but always travel to Dublin to get my hair done simply because you wont find the quality of service any where else. Michelle is a wonderful lady who is extremely knowledgeable and who truly enjoys her profession. She is professional and easy to work with. She is up to date with the latest hair trends, hair cair and always knows the best. I have been going to her for 6 years now and she has never failed me. This salon is the best!

This is the best salon in the area. Michelle is always helpful, and is the best at cutting hair. I go about once or twice a year, and Im always so happy with how I look afterwards.I also get my eyebrows threaded, and am so happy with the results. It always looks beautiful and natural. Her highlights are perfect and super close to the root so they will definitely last longer. I have naturally curly hair and its always been challenging to find a great hairdresser. I moved away from the Bay Area 4 years ago and went to 4 different hair stylists with no luck so I flew back to the Bay Area to get my hair cut and it was worth every penny! Ive been seeing Michele for 25 years now! She is an amazing hair stylist. She listens to what I want and does exactly that. Ive gotten tons of compliments on my hair! Thank you Michele! Michelle does amazing work, I showed her a picture of what I wanted and it’s exactly what I got!!! I love it!!! The salon is super cute! If you need a little snack or something to drink well you wait she has a variety of items to select from. Not only do they do hair but they have threading and a makeup artist. Also, Michelle is amazing at cutting men’s hair too. My husband has been going to her since he was a young kid.

I called on a Saturday and although Anna usually does not work she was able to fit my daughter in. She was amazing. I cannot thank her enough. It has been a long time since my daughter has absolutely loved her hair. I absolutely would refer anyone I know to go to this salon. Thank you Anna for fitting her in on such short notice.

Michele is a fantastic stylist! She really knows how to evaluate your hair and give the best cut and style for YOU. No cookie cutter service here! My very picky teen girls do not trust anyone else to touch their hair! I also have to highly recommend Anna, who is fantastic with hair coloring. I visited Austin Louis Salon for a Brazilian Hair Relaxing Treatment + Haircut after reading the fantastic reviews online. My experience at the Salon this past weekend surpassed my expectations. Michele Moss, the owner, is incredibly professional, kind, and great at her job. Michele thoughtfully explained every step and was attentive to my needs - she even provided a heated blanket because I was a little chilly. Michele is incredibly talented, and frankly a wonderful woman. I am so incredibly satisfied with the results, I will continue to come back.

Decided to go from long hair to a short A-line. I am SO HAPPY I WENT TO MICHELE! My hair looks and feels amazing. She is the owner of the salon, but her and all her girls are awesome. You wont be disappointed, everyone is up to date on all the newest styles, trends and applications. They all make you feel like family too!

Love this salon Michele and her girls are the best. I have been going to Michele since I was 5 or so and trust her completely. My hair can be very finicky when its cut and can frizz up if its done incorrectly(which has happened when I went to other salons) I live in sac and commute down when I need a hair cut

She knows when I call for an appointment I’m actually calling for a complete transformation. I sit down and enjoy our convo and tons of laughs while she gets to work on her magic. I literally walk in with an idea of what I want and she makes it happen, I always leave with a beautiful new hairstyle and huge smiles. After moving to Dublin, I cant seem to find any hairstylist that skillful enough to cut with scissors for 3 years. Austin Louis Salon was another searched on Google that I wanted to try and see since it closes by. I am also tired of looking for the right hair stylist to cut my hair.Amazingly Austin Louis Salon is my last place. Michele is one of the professional, skillful with scissors with many years of experiences hairstylist I ever met. She knew exactly how I liked my hair to be cut and theres no need for adjustment! ALS is a truth, professional hairstylists with greatly friends environment staffs.No hesitation to recommend them.

I have been seeing Michelle for almost 30 years. I moved to the Sierra foothills but still drive 2 hours for my cut and color. This salon even has Sunday hours! Michele Moss hires the wonderful hair stylists. All of whom meet her strict standards. I HIGHLY recommend this beauty salon. And as a footnote..when I 1st moved out of the area, I tried 5 different hair stylists closer to my home..even with Michelles written guidelines...I had only mediocre cuts and color. Just love the salon, all the employees and the family atmosphere combined with excellent hair care!

If I could give this shop more than 5 stars I would! I have been going to Michele to get my hair done for over 25 years. She also does both of my daughters hair. We all LOVE her! She is very knowledgeable- she is also very honest, if I want a different cut or color, she will tell me if my hair can honestly do the style or take the color. ( this has happened a few times over the years :) ) And she has always been right-LOLAnna has also done our hair if Michele is on vacation. She is Wonderful too. She has done both of my daughters hair for proms, homecoming and weddings. I also wrote a review on Yelp, but it seems Yelp doesnt want to put all the reviews on there, so I am writing one on here too. Shame on Yelp for hiding reviews.Anyways, I would and DO recommend this shop to everyone. They are AWESOME!!

A 5 star rating does not do this salon justic at all. It clearly deserves a 10 star rating. I have gone to soooo many hairstylists over the years and I first discovered Michelle, the owner at Austin Louis Salon 3 years ago when she became not only my guardian angel but a guardian angel for 20 caregivers for the Foster students in a group that I oversee. She not only gave them beautiful cuts and colors but she gave each of them unique styles that were beautiful and just suitable for them. It gave each of them a great boost to their self esteem!! Now, let’s talk about how she is my guardian angel. Each time I have gone to Michelle, she knows exactly how to cut and style my hair without me even giving her any direction or guidance, which I am always pleasantly surprised especially since I am African American. Every time I have left her chair and salon, I feel really good because she not only does an Awesome job with my hair, she has a heart of gold and a gift of caring, laughter, humility and empathy while giving her clients an open “ear”. Her staff are all professional and makes you feel welcome. But don’t take my word, go and see for yourself! You will NOT be disappointed.

I recently got a Brazilian blowout by Michelle and OMG Ive been loving my hair sooooo much ever since! what I love most about getting a brazilian blowout would be that my hair is extremely smooth and relaxed. I do not have to worry about adding so much heat to my hair since the treatment has made my hair a lot more straight than it perviously was. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the service and will definitely get the treatment again.Michelle was also extremely knowledgable about the treatments and gave me great instructions on after care. I am always happy to when a stylist not only does an amazing job but shares great product knowledge. If youre considering gettting the service I highly suggest, you will not be disappointed.
