I have been coming to Threads for many years and they continue to impress. The vibe of the salon is comfortable and the space itself is clean and orderly. The staff is very skilled, friendly and communicative. Chetna is a fantastic owner! I will continue coming to Threads as long as I can! :)

Ive been going to Threads for a few years and have never been disappointed. I love that you can call and get an appointment right away and the women who work there are very good and professional. Prices are also reasonable.

The is a hidden gem in Dublin! They are very efficient with the appointments they make. I have gone twice now and have been taken back right on time. Lily was very thorough, I have fine blonde hair and she made sure she got every single one. I had my eyebrows cleaned up for the first time and I love what she did. I would highly recommend this shop. Amazing customer service when it feels like sometimes it has been lost!

I went in for eyebrow threading and the lady pretty much threaded off all the eyebrow hair i had on my face. THey do not have the staff working there like they used to, I went to this place over 3 dozen times and today was the worst day of my life and i have never had this thin of eyebrows ever and i really dont think any other customer got eyebrows as thin as mine!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK

My go to place for self care. Love how my eyebrows look afterwards. Great service and the friendliest staff.

What’s the point of scheduling an appointment if they take walk-ins before scheduled appts? Unfortunate because they provide a great service.

Waxers are pretty good. Front desk staff can use some training about politeness and how to deal with an unhappy customer rather than being rude and disdainful. Nevertheless this place is much better compared to other waxing parlors in the area.

They are quick, great and neat! They are one of best in Trivalley for threading.

This review is way overdue, but better late than never right?! Ive been coming to Threads for over 3 years now and Ive always had a great experience here. I usually get threading and mani-pedi services here, but Im planning on branching out and getting a haircut next time :)I love that the ladies are all super friendly, but truthfully its the customer service that keeps me coming back. The pricing is fair and you can save a couple extra bucks if you buy your services in bulk (cause you know that darn hair is going to grow right back), but I love that the the facilities are always super clean, bright, and again service is top notch!

Great customer service and the services offered are well beyond expectations. I goto Sunita for all my skin care services and Suda for threading. I am extremely happy with this place and hence would not mind a 20 minute drive.

I had a terrible experience at Threads! They kept me waiting for 30 mts inspite of making an appointment. I came in for a trim & hair color but was given highlights. It took 3 hours and twice what I expected to pay. I was still willing to overlook that as the hairstylist was sincere & tried her best and it was a misunderstanding. But the RUDENESS of the front desk girl was totally unacceptable. She is the sole reason I will never step foot there again!

Threads is the only place I will go for waxing and threading salon services! They are amazing! They are very flexible with scheduling and take walk ins for some services. Today I saw Chetna for waxing and Sura for threading and I feel super positive and confident about my skin after receiving their outstanding services.All the stylists are great, however I would like to share my experience with the stylists I saw today: Chetna is extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. She listens to what I want and is extremely thorough . . and as a woman who has to unfortunately deal with a lot of unwanted stubborn hair, this is one of the many reasons I only go to Threads Beauty Bar and Spa and request her. As a person with extremely sensitive skin, this is the only salon I have visited that will not only apply cold compresses to my skin after waxing (to prevent the skin irritation or redness that I am susceptible to), but are also happy to give me the ice I request (which prevents skin irritation from the sun after treatment). This salon has a special lighted magnification device, so when I walk out of there literally every hair is gone . . . which is not what I have experienced at other salons. She also provides a mini massage before and after treatment with oil and makes sure all the wax is gone. She is terrific!Sura asks what I am looking for before threading my eyebrows, so I get what I want: whether its a more pronounced arch, thinner eyebrows, or just simply to get the stray hairs cleaned up. She also provides a mini massage when applying lotion to my skin after threading.Before I learned about Threads I had some horrible experiences at other salons where I ended up with mistmatched eyebrows or they were way too thin, and I am very happy to say that I receive only the best treatment here. That is why you have to check out Threads in Dublin! They also provide hair styling, facials, etc and even some services for men.

Terrible service, they ruined my eyebrows. The front desk was even worse with their rude and nasty attitude. So unprofessional.
