I work in local broadcasting. Believe me, I will do everything in my power to put this establishment out of business. I would never want to ruin anyones livelihood, but thats all they do. Unprofessional, predatory, should not be a business that qualifies for subsidized loans. This is a scam. How do they have a business license? Theft. Just theft. If 1 star wasnt the lowest, this business would have zero.

This is a predatory tow truck company. They prowel on cars, tow them, and jack up the price to an illegal amount to release them. Our car was impounded from a private lot which did not have proper signage. When we arrived to release our car the associate would not answer our question/concerns, he blatantly ignored us. We plan to take the company to court for their unlawfulness and shady business practice. They are not backed by BBB. If you have to use this company I suggest have a police officer present. They are shady and unethical. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Dispatcher on the phone hung up while giving directions. Instead of getting my car back the hour it was towed, they just stop answering the phone so you have to pay an extra day. The worst people. The worst in Denver

They charged me $300 for a 8 mile tow, and then the guy was threatening me with violence when I was questioning as to why I was being robbed. I just pulled out 3 crisp 100 dollar bills and of course his yellow meth smoking stained eyes just lit up! Ps run fat boy run 🤣

Literally the WORST. We parked the car at approximately 12:45pm to eat at 1pm. Since there were a few minutes before our time we walked next door to check out it out. We arrived from the airport this morning. We walked to the restaurant at 12:58 and when we went to put something in the car it was gone!!I had to make a reservation for 1:30 so we can go get our car. The guy wasn’t even in the tow lot when we arrived we had to wait almost 10 minutes for him.I then explained to him that we were a few mins early to eat and given the GLOBAL COVID-19 pandemic, waiting inside the establishment was not an option. I even asked him to call the restaurant and confirm the reservation. NOTHING. $217 later we got our car.

My experience was poor in the beginning because of the job site my husband was working at but after speaking to the owner of the tow yard my problem was resolved quickly and professionally. The owner stated that it is not his goal to disrupt peoples lives and he was sincere about it. This situation was a mistake communicated issue but I am glad it was resolved.

Not even one star. Unprofessional, called me racial slurs, threatened me. The lot is sketchy, broken fence in the back is nearly falling over. They won’t be in business much longer there were nothing but broken down abandoned cars in the lot

My car was towed last night when all the 12 signs in the parking lot were covered in snow. I was not able to pick up the car last night, so I woke up at 7am this morning eager to pick it up. I have called their business phone number over 15 times with NO ANSWER AT ALL. I am beyond frusterated and plan on having my attorney speak with the horrible group at A Personal Touch Recovery - To sum it up, I give this joke of a business a NEGATIVE 10 star review.

If I could give less stars I would. This company is fraudulent and clearly has a racket with Marcos wood fire pizza. The sign posted on this property says nothing about having to go directly to the business first. Beware if you dont, they will steal your car and charge you 300 to get it out of the impound lot. The guy who you have to talk to get your car out is clearly the SNAKE who stole your car in the first place. Then he will claim that he provided a service to you. What a joke. He told me that it was one of the Marcos employees who tipped him off so please tell me how this isnt a racket meant to screw people over?

I am a delivery driver, the tow driver hides just out of sight waiting in the shadows. I park, run into restraunt to pick up a delivery, no more than 30 secs. I have delivery driver sign as well to show, im just grabbing and going. Hes already attempting to tow me and then blackmails me into paying 15$ to stop him.
