My car was towed within half hour of my calling ASAP. Nick, the tow truck driver was extremely professional and the whole process was effortless. I dont typically give reviews but highly recommend this company.

Prices are extremely too high. Tried to charge me $125 for a jump start less than 5 miles away. They will try to take advantage of you in a time of need. Don’t pay these ridiculous prices there are plenty of places who will jump start for $50 for less you just have to look around!

My car died randomly in the middle of the road. Called ASAP towing. The man immediately gave me a number to text my information to. Nick called me and told me he was on his way. 20 minutes later he was there and brought my car home. Super reliable company that communicates with their customers.

Honestly not impressed with this company, although the man was nice and efficient they are over priced for a 9 mile tow. Should have never had to pay as much as I did, have had cheaper and just as good efficiency through another company that towed my vehicle almost triple the miles. Definitely feel taken advantage of due to my gender. And judging how they respond to unhappy customers they don’t care!! Ridiculous!!

It was Mothers day and of course Sunday so when my truck broke down I was hopeless after calling 6 other 24/7 tow companys and only get voicemails with empty promises of they will call you back. I called ASAP. Got ahold of someone on the first call. Had a truck out helping me in less than hour. Nick was very nice and had my truck load and done very quickly. Thank you nick for all your help.

FANTASTIC! Definitely recommend. Tom was the driver - great guy and top notch professional. Add to that the truck was expertly maintained. Ended up stranded after an unfortunate failure in a tire repair. The shop contacted ASAP Towing to scoop up my car. Tommy was phenomenal and took care of us in a way no one else would. We sent him to the wrong dealership about 9 miles out of the way and he was so understanding and kind. ASAP towing lives up to their name everytime. I own a plumbing company and they have towed several of my fleet vehicles and even pulled a couple out of ditches. They have always been quick and professional. I know my vans are safe in their hands.

My elderly friend had his jeep towed by the city and he was gonna have it towed out of the impound due to not running so i send a tow to tow it. and next thing you know asap towing already had it on the tow truck. . and they made this elderly man pay 130.00 to get it of the tow. or he was gonna take it toanother impound. basically held it hostage. how was he allowed to hook it i dont know, because the tow I send was the one with the release slip. how can they do that to a 75 year old veteran.so he paid the 130.00 to get it of the tow and then paid the tow i send 90.00 to take 10 miles to the shop.130.00 to move it 100 feet when he wasnt authorized to tow it.and he wasnt the tow name left at the pound for pick up.jow did he know what car to tow and stuff, seems like they have an inside guy at the pound.

Left us stranded. I suggest you pick any other provider.

Called them on a Sunday night at 9PM as I was unexpectedly stranded. They beat their time estimate for arrival, and although Id interrupted the drivers Sunday night he was still extremely courteous and friendly. (No other service in the area even answered the phone on a Sunday evening.) I was very impressed with their friendly, professional service.

I hate to leave bad reviews, but this company is truly terrible. They left my dog and me stranded in the cold. The only thing I got “ASAP” was frostbite and a terrible customer service experience. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this company.

Carl was a literal lifesaver! We originally called and to get our car jumped off due to a faulty battery. But after 5 minutes of troubleshooting he immediately figured out that the issue wasn’t with the battery. Rather that we had an issue with our gas line being flooded. All in all Mr. Carl saved us a good amount of money that we otherwise would’ve spent. Excellent service and even better hospitality!

Quoted me a ridiculous amount for a .2 mile tow. Unless it’s an emergency, shop around and ask for quotes before using any towing service. Hold them to their word.

Unfortunately, my truck decided to die in Denver but Kelly was there to save me. Kelly was professional, courteous and extremely quick. Out of all the towing experiences I’ve had in my life this was by far the best.

My wife was involved in an accident, we called ASAP Towing. The truck showed up within about 15 minutes. The driver of the truck was very helpful. He waited for another family member to show up to transfer all of the belongings from her SUV to another vehicle. he even helped us find a auto body shop that would help cover the towing. Which saved us the cost of the tow. The operator of the truck was very friendly and more than patient with us while we figured out what we were going to do. it is good to know that customer service is still a priority. The driver that helped me tonight was absolutely incredible. I called ASAP at 6pm, at 7pm, the driver showed at my 1/2 mile, 1 lane, mountain dirt driveway! Despite the mud, snow, extreme grade... he backed up a quarter mile and plucked my Bronco Plow off the side of the mountain! Great guy for sure, great sense of humor and authentic desire to help. My car ended up with a flat and sadly had to be towed when the lug nut bolts broke off. Nick was fantastic, courteous, and a good person in general. He stayed extra hours to make sure I made it off the road and my friend met up with me to take me home after dropping my car at a shop. I would definitely recommend these guys!

I felt like they were running a scam. It was snowing and we slid off the road. I called and asked for a flatbed and agreed upon a price. He took longer than he said (understandable due to weather), but when he got there he blamed it on me and tried to charge an extra $99 because there was snow and he would have had to winch it. Isn’t that what flatbeds do?

Broke down on I-70,- googled tow companies, Called ASAP, asked how long... quoted about 30 min, were on time ! Heath was personable and well trained. Flatbed tow-truck was new. did a great job, only thing I didnt like is having to pay $5/100 on credit card fees. That should be included in their already high price for a hook -up @ $225. and then $5 more for even 1$ into the next $100. SO mathmatically THATS 500% fee on $1 if the bill waS $ 301. AND SQUARE merchant only charges them 3.5%. I use it for my business. WHy do they need to charge for use of credit card, and make a profit on top of it? It destroyed my desire to give Heath a $20 cash tip !
