He updated me on his ETA and was able to find me exactly where I broke down. once he arrived, he worked quickly and made me feel safe as he got me and my car off a busy street! i definitely appreciated his impressive skills with parking my car in my carport as well which I thought would be impossible. My truck needed towing after some would-be thieves tried to steal it and ruined the ignition. Wadi did a great job getting it up into the tow truck and to the shop. He even texted me photos of it getting dropped off so I knew he had arrived. Great service! :D

I was waiting for 2 hours. When they arrived they laid the bed down, asked me how much I paid for their services(through my warranty) they lifted the bed and left. Literally left me there. I had to wait another 3 hours for a next tow. No consideration as to what had just happened to me and the car. I would rate zero if I could.

Wadi the driver of my tow was outstanding. I have had problems with tow drivers in the past as my car is a custom built race car and they have all been sloppy and unprofessional and damaged the car but Wadi was amazing and did the best job I have ever had. I will always recommend this company.

The tow driver hit my atv trailer that was in front of my house while picking up my neighbors car. He did leave contact info and came to the door but we weren’t home. Contacted Anthony the driver and Moe the owner and they arranged for my trailer to be fixed. They came and got it and got it fixed. However in the process of taking to body shop or bringing back from body shop the driver left the trailer tongue jack down while towing and destroyed it. Spoke to Anthony again and was told by him to go purchase on and text him a copy of the receipt so I did. That’s been a month ago. I’ve tried to contact him several times about getting reimbursed for it and have heard nothing back. Would not recommend just due to lack of communication and professionalism

When our transmission went out last night 4 miles away from home in the Dayton Triangle, our insurance company sent Prime Towing. They got the job done fast and professionally. They arrived in about 25 minutes. The driver got our van loaded quickly, he confirmed the necessary information and was on his way. We werent able to ride with the driver due to Covid restrictions, but a kind neighbor came to our rescue. Got the same driver this morning for a tow to our mechanic. Same arrival window, professionalism, and efficiency, and even reminded me to take my house keys off my keychain. Really good experiences with this towing company!
