Pat was very punctual, arrived much quicker than the estimated time we were given by our insurance company which was great. He and his wife were very courteous, gave us some advice on what he observed about the vehicle that had broken down, which we literally just bought for our teen daughter 3 weeks ago and assisted us with our car/towing it from where it was broke down to our home. We may have to tow it again this week to a shop for repairs if the issue is more involved like we suspect, if it is then we hope to be able to have it towed by them if at all possible. Excellent experience, we would highly recommend Pat with M1 Towing should you need a flat bed tow in the future!!

Eddie and Jeannie came through when we had a rough day of car breaking down. We had several towing companies cancel on us and it is not a pleasant experience when you are waiting over 6hrs for State Farm to locate someone. Within minutes of M1 Towing as the new dispatch, they called us and stated they would arrive in 8 minutes,m. They kept to their word, were precise and friendly and took care of the job in a safe and efficient manner. They made our day and turned all our misfortunes to a burden lifted off of our shoulders. I am thankful to Eddie and Jeannie. THEY DESERVE A RAISE FOR THEIR HARD WORK AND PROFESSIONALISM. I will definitely use M1 Towing again and would pay out of pocket just to have their service the next time I need towing.

These guys are absolutely amazing! They were the only company out of three different companies to be able to pick up a motorcycle, with an actual flatbed. There is this guy there named James, he is just beyond epic! I can’t even put him into words! He was super helpful, super kind, and super funny! For any of my towing needs I am going to be calling these guys every time. Thank you guys so much for being so fast and amazing at your job!

Eddie did a phenomenal job moving my motorhome, he was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I had two other tow companies come and say they wouldnt even haul it off but he didnt have any problem. he even told me how to fix my problem to get running again.

I was wrongfully towed last night at 12:30 am at Washington street and malley Dr at the Denali Dental office. Last night I took my brother and I to 7/11 to get ice cream. Parking lot for 7/11 was completely full. So I parked in the next spot over located In front of the dentist. I was in 7/11 for 5 min to come out to see my car being hooked up. I had to pay 80$ For him to unhook the car and he told me that this is “private property”. No where at this location is there a sign stating to the public that I couldn’t park there or that this was private property! This is so illegal to do! I am a college student I can’t afford to throw away 80 for an employee illegaly trying to tow my car away!!!

This place Rocks! I had a Tow set up with a different company 25hours ahead of needing service and they BSd me around for 3 hrs from the time I had them set up to come and so M1 came to my Rescue and Pat was AWESOME he did it fast and correct we will use them from now on

My truck was hit on the side of the highway. It’s a large wide tired lifted truck that I was in the midst of working on. I had to make it to my college lecture so a good quantity of my tools got left in the bed of my truck. I had left my keys in the ignition without realizing it. After the drive hauled my truck down to my local shop from about 50 miles north, found my keys in the ignition and locked my tools in my toolbox and then locked those in my bed mounted toolbox. Then locked up my hitch and my truck itself so everything was secure before dropping the keys in the drop slot at my shop. Was a really nice extra step given I hadn’t thought about these things at the time but thankfully I had this towing company to take care of my truck for the time being. Ritical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueCalled for a tow 3 miles to a tire shop, the dispatcher was initially kind and got the truck to us in a timely manner. However the dispatch was not clear on any pricing whatsoever. Before the driver hooked up the car I asked how much the tow would be. These guys wanted $130 to tow 3 miles. This was not in the middle of the night and was a complete rip off. So I asked the driver to cancel the tow. The driver got on the phone with dispatch and dispatch called me back. The guy pretty much said that I can take the $130 tow or pay for canceling. Then presumed that I wouldnt pay and said if I didnt he would call law enforcement. These guys are a joke call around to anyone else in town. I feel bad for the driver but screw their dispatch. I have paid for quite a few tows in denver last one before this was a 10 mile tow it ran me $100.

Anthony went above and beyond towing our camper trailer down from Lookout Mountain to Aurora. The situation was incredibly chaotic and there were a couple of technical issues that he was able to solve without us being present. To top it off, he delivered the camper perfectly into our driveway (not an easy feat) in the dark. M1 towing also spent a considerable amount of time dealing with our insurance agency. Very thankful for their services, professionalism, and competency in our time of need.

My technician was Anthony. He worked very hard on a hot day to get my new car safely onto the truck. It was in a very tight spot in my garage next to a pickup. Anthony was persistent, careful and paid great attention to protect my car.GREAT JOB!

Steven Miramontes was fabulous!!! He really went over and beyond with the service and actually helped me solve a problem with the car which could potentially save me a lot of money at the mechanics shop. He was very up beat, called me when he was on his way and was very thorough with the job. I would highly recommend using M1 Towing & Recovery for your next job. Very professional service!

I wasnt told I would be charged if I decided not to use their service until I decided not to use them after finding out it would cost $130 to go less than 3 miles when the driver arrived, and I was told the cops would be called if I refused to pay the $50 cancelation. Will never call them again.

Horrible company, call anyone else in town. This place is back handed and a lot of shiesters.

Anthony was my driver and he was awesome! Someone had tried to steal my truck unsuccessfully but distorted the ignition and broke the steering column in process. so you couldn’t put it in neutral or turn the wheel. He was still able to get in on his truck even I’m the tight parking spot!
