The lady that did my pedicure was so friendly but I was so upset cause she kept messing up my nail polish (gel) and kept like taking it off and re applying it which caused a bunch of lumps in the polish and there’s cured nail polish all over my skin and i feel like I could’ve done a better job myself. The service was over $100, so not worth it. But I felt too bad to say anything cause the person was so kind and kept thanking me for my patience. Anyway I probably wouldn’t recommend getting a pedicure here. :(

The staff was gracious and accommodating. I had a pedicure and the experience was very nice— not mind blowing, but it was good.Note that their website lists pedicures at $44 but you will be charged $49 in order to include a $5 sanitation fee. The website does not currently mention this fee so I was surprised when they insisted that I was wrong about the website info. That left a bad taste in my mouth.

I received a correspondence from your company asking for a review! My one sentences review was not enough: Pedicure was too expensive for 15 minutes and shortly thereafter blisters formed on my toes. Nasty! Obviously, this alleged high end establishment has no principles or ethics arguing with a person suffering with cancer. I dont have the energy to write more than the truth. I standby every word your UNPOLISHED shop needs to be cleaned with Clorox especially the sophisticated looking foot spas. You are not striving for customer satisfaction just good reviews for a mediocre spa experience.

I called to make an appointment for a haircut & the woman on the phone was very friendly. She took my credit card info (required for COVID contactless payment) and she confirmed that the cost for a short haircut, as listed on the website, was $54. She asked me to bring several photos of myself with my hair the way I liked it. My stylist made sure I had a mask on and asked me to wash my hands, but she didnt have her mask over her nose. Then, she stopped working on my haircut twice when people (not clients) came in to chat with her. And, after looking at my pictures, she did something totally different with my hair. Finally, my stylist couldnt locate the credit card information I had left, and asked me to pay cash or provide a credit card. And she charged me $79. I asked about the price difference, and she just said it was $79. I then asked her about the sign out front offering a discount, but she said that was only for walk-in clients, and since I had called ahead, I didnt qualify. I called to talk to someone about these issues, but nobody answered the phone. I will not go back.

Lena Did my hair today and worked a miracle. She somehow found the perfect color and managed to turn my orange hair into a masterpiece. I’ve come here for pedicures ( they do it the best) before but never for color. They got me in same day and walked me through my options with patience and expertise. I found my new salon and can’t wait to come back. Highly highly recommend. ThNk you ladies!

This place Was Clean on time, Had good value, was good quality and was professional. And I had the nicest person and its sooooooooooo fun.

Impeccably clean & bright space with elegant touches of crystal & gold provide a lovely ambience for pampering. But the really stellar aspect is the staff. Stephanie has been my hair stylist for a couple of years now & everything she does is amazing - color, cut, blow dry, style - she is THE best. Besides her hair crafting skills she listens very well & communicates with Crystal clarity. I just got my nails done too - a gel mani by Salaam & she did a careful & thorough job. Excellent!

I found this place soon after the pandemic started and desperately needed a good hair cut. Since then I’ve been coming back for myself and my daughters - they are fantastic! Cuts and color have been remarkable each time, we are definitely regulars now. Stephanie is one of my favorites - she understands the quirks of hair and works her magic every time!

I love this salon! They use high quality polish that doesnt kill my nails! Even more so, they are the only salon I have ever been to that didnt use the drill and shave my nail bed BEFORE applying gel! I never understood the need in doing that as it always destroyed my nail beds and made them thin and brittle. Also, the wax they use is extremely high quality as well and doesnt make me break out every time I get a wax! Great group of workers too!

I loved this place! I got a pedicure and my feet were amazing and soft. It was a little pricier than most places and I was also a little sad that the water didnt have jets and the chair wasn’t a massage chair. But still, it was comfy, definitely clean with their COVID precautions in place, and great quality service. Would highly recommend going here.

I’ve been growing out a pixie and if you have ever done that, you know what a mess it is. I finally got mostly past the ears and I had just been going to a barber shop for quick neck trims but knew it was time to get a real haircut.The salon is clean and bright and even though the nail salon part was full you could not smell a thing - great in my book. Stephanie did my hair and let me tell you, she is amazing! I brought of photo of my end goal which is still a ways off and an idea on how I’d like it for now. She managed to fix this mess and made me feel like a million bucks. So sweet too.The owner (?) was very nice and accommodating and made me feel welcome the moment I walked in.I live within walking distance of here and my only complaint is I have not went sooner! Honestly I always assumed it was a nail salon based on the name and I do my own nails because I like to change my polish frequently. Cannot recommend enough! They have a new regular in me.

First time here getting my pedicure and I can tell you it will not be my last. Great atmosphere good vibes from the girls working there. When I called to make my appointment I was greeted by every friendly and pleasant voice. Pricing is compared to many other places I have been and the service was a lot better.

Spa-like atmosphere. Nice staff. All natural nail products. Be advised... no acrylics here and a bit pricier than your typical strip mall nail place ... but worth it.

Had another great experience at Polished! I have been there many times and the staff is great, the salon is impeccably clean and beautiful and the technicians are very skilled. I always leave extremely happy with my nails and overall experience. Bonus is that you can pick up a drink at the restaurant Next Door (which is next door to Polished:) and enjoy it with your service🙂

Wow. If I could give this place 10 stars I would! It is beautiful. The staff are so fantastic and nice! Amanda did the very best dip manicure I’ve ever had. Plus the entire staff, including the sweet owner, were so nice to my daughter and they even did her kids manicure 💅! Such a fantastic experience.

Had a wonderful experience at Polished today. Lisa(Owner) and her staff are amazing and a lot of fun. I love that they use toxic free polishes and each color comes in regular and gel. I have been going to Polished for the past five months (followed a nail tech to this Salon) it is not convenient (I live in Highlands Ranch) but I have not found a nail tech that I like since having Amanda do my nails. I typically get a gel manicure, go three weeks between services and by three weeks I have significant growth but no lifting at the base! I enjoy the professionalism of the staff and the fact that the owner interacts with each customer from the time you walk in to when you check out. My service has been reviewed each time I have been in ... I enjoy quality control! The Salon is bright, clean and Polished it provides a spa environment with out the pretense. Thank you Lisa & Amanda.

I was in town for only a day and popped into Polished for a quick mani. Amanda gave me such a great gel mani! I am usually skeptical of gel, but now I realize I’d just never had a proper gel mani before. Almost two weeks later, not a chip or corner lift to be seen and they still look just as nice as the day they were done. Amanda is awesome and sets a new standard. Would it be unreasonable to fly to Denver every month to get my nails done? She is that good!

Polished is hands down the ultimate luxury hair and nail salon in Denver!! The atmosphere is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS, the staff is so welcoming and provides exceptional customer service, the owner is not only so polished herself (I can see where the name comes from :) ) but is also very professional, warm, and welcoming and comes right up to every guest to make them feel at home. I had a pedicure and manicure and loved it! I had never heard about the IBX treatment or the ventilation system they have and it definitely shows why they are the best!

I called ahead and was able to make an appointment with a girlfriend for mani/pedis. Polished went above and beyond. They offered hot tea or water and made sure to check in several times about refills. The tea was delicious. The products they used were hand chosen for quality and were different from other salons. I had a different person for each of my services and both were so friendly. This is definitely a place Ill be returning to visit though they are a 20 min drive for me its worth it.

Lisa and her team are awesome! They do beautiful work. The gel polish lasts longer than other popular brands and the face wax doesn’t irritate my skin. I highly recommend you treat yourself to a visit!

If you’re looking for a spa-like experience, and to NOT be rushed in and out, this is the perfect place. The techs AND hair stylists really take their time to do things right and make you feel like you matter.I definitely do recommend calling ahead to make an appointment so they can get you in, since they’re books are usually filled ahead of time.

I surprised my wife with a pedicure here with Leah and she said her toes have never looked better! She was very professional with my wife (who is very picky) and she was very please with the service. Very well worth our time!

Is is a hit or miss with the nail techs. Went in for a cuticle trim and seemed a bit overpriced. Also got the gel done becuase the nail tech didnt have SNS at this location. Ended up getting cut a few times. Whwn nails were finished they had bumps and the edges of the nails didnt look right. Is what it is. Left sad. Maybe I will give them another shot as my normal salon is a 40 min drive.

Had something come up at the last minute and needed to reschedule. Called and owner wants to charge me 50% of mani/pedi fee because I did not give 24hrs notice. I booked the apt with less then 24hrs to my apt so no way I could do that and this was not explained to me either. I think since this was my 1st time she could have waved the fee especially since I wanted to reschedule but no.I will not be returning to this place nor recommending it. #Buyer beware.

I am so sorry to say, but I had the WORST experience I have every had at a salon! EVER! Perhaps the owner Lisa knows about manicures and pedicures, but clearly she does not have the experience to be promoting this as a hair salon. There were no other hair stylists working there. That should have been my first clue.I had the WORST cut and color I have had in my 60 years! I could not seem to communicate with either the stylist or the owner as to what I was looking for. After being there 3 hrs, when I thought she was going to touch up my roots and style my hair, the stylist did an all over color, what I call a wash, did a very BLUNT cut on my hair (apparently she did not know what feathering is) and said it would be another hour and a half to do the highlights. And it was going to cost $265.00!!!! That is absurd.I would not recommend anyone have their hair done there. I have never posted a negative comment about anyone before, but this was just a horrible experience.

After a long long long day at this salon from my mother who is visiting form Germany I’m sure everybody was unhappy including staff and owner. This is the message below I wrote for my mom to show the owner the next day when she had her finishing appointment which she did not want to do anymore. Originally she was quoted about 89$ for taking off old nails and getting a new set. I had send my husband with her as well to help support my mother. I wish for no one to be ever in the same situation where you pay for miserable quality. The comment that was outrageous to me was that “but the service was there” and it seemed like she agreed with the horrible nail job her salon did to my mother. 7 hours were spend by employees and my mother at this salon to make it right for my mom and I was assured of how beautiful it’s going to be and how they take care of her. In this case she is not taken care off and once her hands heal I’m going to have to find a different place that is decent. I thought I found a salon I would be able to go to as well since we just moved into the area but I will assure you I am not stepping back into this establishment.Here the message to the owner my mom was showing her:Hey Lisa! Thank you for taking care of my mother yesterday. Unfortunately she is not happy. I know there is a language barrier but with the owners satisfaction guarantee over the phone that the nails are going to be beautiful...my mom it is Quite disappointed. She got cut 3 times. The nails are uneven different length different shapes some are bend down some straight Some are pointy some are round. Different lengths. There are dents and sharp corners. Underneath the nail is messy. The nails were inspected prior to beginning she told me. They last were done in Germany as we discussed prior to the appointment.they soaked in acetone they filed it down. It’s a pretty harsh procedure I know now her fingertips hurt not only from that but also the cuts. Despite the time my mother spend there while I was at work it wasn’t worth wile for her. She had High hopes guaranteeing an excellent result. in the end everybody wanted to go home understandable after a long day at work. However the nail job is messy and for over 100$ these nails should have been spot on.She will show you where the dents and corners are and feels uncomfortable going back or even having anything else done. I don’t know what else there might be you can do.I understand you and your girls have been working hard and probably work hard everyday and thank you for taking the extra time. However you might agree with me when you look at the nails yourself, that this is not what you would expect after all day at the salon and over 100$ later. She would appreciate a refund please. Please give me a text or call for any questions I have sat down with her after I got home last night to clarify her concerns.To this she gave my mother attitude outside of the salon and my husband as well. We are going to call the bank because they are not making it right and they do not do refunds either for the terrible job that was done. Lisa said she will quote and quote “eat the fee” the bank is going to charge her for the charge back. Thank you. Maybe for future customers I hope they read this lengthy review and think twice about coming here. Also read the answers from the owner to other low rated reviews and you will get a picture of this establishment and how they treat you.

I hand a pedi and it was one of the best ones I’ve had. I did see another review stating that the don’t serve people of color. This was not my impression, I’m a person of color and had no problems with the service. The polishes don’t have all those nasty added chemicals. The salon has an indoor ventilation system to remove airborne particles, and the tools are sanitized with most being disposable. I had great time and would recommend the footlogix treatment— amazing; it take all the old skin off your feet.

Every time I visit, I’m greeted warmly, served a full glass of wine, thoroughly pampered, and leave feeling and looking fabulous!

We had a large group come in today. Their customer service was outstanding along with high quality work and product. Highly recommend.

I love the team at Polished! Both myself and my fiancé have our hair done by Stephanie she is amazing, knowledgeable about products and very experienced. We both had mani and pedi’s and enjoyed the relaxing experience and the time we are able to spend together. This is a professional and beautiful salon. The location in Stapleton is a bonus - after Fresh closed in Cherry Creek, I’ve tried other salons and am pleased that I have now found Polished. I am very pleased with my mani-pedi, the professional staff, and the immaculate salon.

One of the worst pedis! This was my 5th pedicure at this salon. I have always been pleased, especially since their nail polish lasts for a couple months. Yesterday, I had 2 nail techs. They were both pleasant, however I don’t go to a salon for a pleasant chat. The first tech removed the nail polish & cuticle on my left foot. The second tech then took over. I was relaxing & we were chatting, so I was not paying attention to her work. After the left foot massage she stepped away for a few minutes. When she came back we continue chatting. After she put on base coat I realized she hadn’t trimmed or filed the nails! My nails were long as my last pedi was 2 months ago. The result in doing that after the base coat is not pretty. My nails are filed unevenly & the polish looks like sand paper. I didn’t notice how bad this was until I got home. I shouldn’t have paid or given my normal tip, but I’m not used to having to supervise & critique a pedi before I leave the salon. Especially at a higher priced salon. I also realized I never got the massage on my right foot. This salon is convenient & they have great polish, but I won’t be back. They are too expensive to have to redo the polish when you get home.

Made an appt for me and my mother to get mani pedi they all spoke English and were very nice. Clean place.

2 weeks ago I made 2 reservations over the phone for mani-pedi for my daughter and her aunt giving the salon both of their names and having the reception person repeat it that it was 2 mani Pedis one for each of them. It was for prom and I wanted my daughter and her aunt to have a special time. They got there today only to be told they had a mani for my daughter and a pedi for her aunt, not even close to what we discussed. To make it work, my daughter had the mani pedi and her aunt did not. They didnt offer to discount the one service or provide a coupon for later service. They did offer to squeeze her aunt in after my daughter, but my daughter needed to leave for her hair appointment. They did a good job on the nails, but so disappointing to find out the special treat, was not. If you have a special event and more than 2 people, I advise going to a salon you can trust to take a reservation correctly.

The owner is so rude. I was on my phone talking to my friend and she told me to hang up and that I needed to get off the phone. Not only that but I got basic gel nails with a diamond and it was 100$ and took 4 hours. I decided to not even get my toes done. If you want an overpriced manicure that will take your whole day by all means go here.
