Greeted and helped right away. The gentleman was very kind, and periodically asked me for my approval to ensure that his work was to my liking before he finished. Very considerate. I forgot my rings there and when I called to make sure that they still had them they assured me I did and let me know that they would be safe until I was able to retrieve them.

This is a great place to go during covid! It is run by a husband and wife. So, there are only 4 people in this huge store at a time. There might be someone in there waiting but only for a short time. There is plenty of room too socially distance 15 feet apart.The massage chairs are amazing!! I could sit in those for hours! It was so relaxing while I was getting my pedicure. And it doesnt matter who you have do the service is great either way. I highly recommend Beauty Outlook.

Staff was super kind and gentle! My nails turned out smooth and even. This was my first time coming in and I surely will be back!Update: nails grew out horribly and uneven with nail beds. Was the worst post nail experience ever

I have been going here for almost 5 years. The owners are very friendly and their work is exceptional. Sadly I am moving out of state, and I will miss this shop. I hope I find a comparable shop in my new town.

I scheduled appointment yesterday for today — walked in at my scheduled time and picked the color I wanted. A customer came in after me. There’s only two people that work there. One of them was busy with a client the second started cleaning the tub for I thought my pedicure as soon as she was done she said “come on back” I started walking there and she said not you the lady that came in after me. Meanwhile I had an appointment and came in first and have always tipped them above 20% 👎 not coming back. I wanted to update my review after reading the response from the owner. I agree 100% there was misunderstanding or miscommunication when the appointment was booked. Considering I made a point of saying I wanted a pedicure at a specific time. So it was weird when I got there at the agreed upon time there was not already a tub cleaned but that is nothing to write a bad review over my point being two people work here the second was busy the other person took a client back that walked in AFTER me. So that means I would have to wait who knows how long for one of them to finish whatever service they were doing on whichever client before they could start on me. I’m happy you all appreciated my business well you had it though. Thank you

Popped in for a basic pedicure since other reviews mentioned reasonable prices. Much internet research was finding $40+ prices in the DTC area for a basic pedi and $55+ for a spa pedi.. Like....what?!?!? Did not disappoint!! The staff was super friendly and attentive both to customers and to cleanliness. Highly recommend!

I have been making the drive from Castle Rock to Denver for my pedicures for a number of years. Even though i pass a number of nail shops on the way.Tammy is always so sweet and genuine! She always asks questions about whats going on in your life. I love the pedicure chairs with massage and heat settings. My pedis always last a good long while. I love that I can Just walk in and get a great service for a reasonable price!

Tina is one of the best nail technicians in the city. She knows how to successfully remove my ingrown toenails. She is caring, & speaks to me throughout my visit!

Friendliest staff Ive ever had at a nail salon. They spent a lot of tome on my feet too which is always appreciated since most places do it as fast as they can. Definitely will come back!

Although the owners are VERY sweet and welcoming, I came here twice, first time, my nails were crooked and the polish turned black. I decided to give them one more chance for my rebase and they were even more crooked, the polish turned black and they charged me 40$ for a REBASE! It was 45$ for the full set so their pricing does not make sense to me at all. Will not make sense to me at all, especially for crooked nails.

I drive from Castle Rock for my pedicures. Tina and crew are very accommodating with walk in appts. They are quick but thorough, and attentive. Very reasonably priced.The massage chairs are divine!

My girlfriend and I went here looking for a nail place we could call home. This one had great reviews so we thought wed give it a try. Heres where things go wrong. My girlfriend is seated and the technician started on her nails. Then another customer comes in wanting a pedicure. Instead of having the new customer wait, the technician alternates between doing my girlfriends nails and this strangers feet. GROSS. When my girlfriend realizes whats going on after the technician leaves her soaking in chemicals too long and her fingers begin to burn, she politely declines from any further service. During this Im receiving a manicure and its going well. I was very happy with my own service until the bill. I received a regular manicure. I was charged for a regular manicure plus 5$. When I asked why the addition I was told it was because they used two different color polishes. WHAT? Im sorry. 5$ to open a second bottle of polish? Not nail art, not french. Just plain old color. Thats just shady business. We will not return to this establishment.

Found this beauty shop when we moved into the neighborhood 18 years ago and Tina and Brian have been doing my pedicures since. They are very personable and know my mom and me by name. Excellent service and immaculate shop.

My new salon! I recently moved to Denver and was having trouble finding a good salon to go to regularly. There are SO MANY terrible and uncaring or overpriced places. This is not one of them! Friendly fast and most importantly QUALITY service. I cant believe how good my nails look and how fast they were done. Brian is fantastic and fixed my botched up nails from the last place like it was nothing. I wish I could give 6 stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This place is the best salon Ive ever been to and Ive been to quite a few! Hong gives the BEST pedicures! She works on your feet for a while and gives the best massages. She doesnt rush at al! Will definitely continuing coming here! I highly recommend it!

I would not recommend going here. In the middle of my nail appointment, I was switched to someone else who not only painted my toes wrong, but after I was told I would be out of there in an hour, I was 20 minutes late. The website said $23 for a pedicure and they charged me $40. I am beyond happy and will NEVER go to this location again.

Brian and Tina are really great people and know the business of nails!!!! After I get my nails done I ALWAYS get numerous complements on them!!!

Its a hole in the wall type of place. The staff is really nice and the price if affordable. Pedicures are $25 and a mani/pedi is $35. The pedicure is ok, but not the greatest. The nail polish did not last at all. After 3 days or began to chip.

This place is wonderful. They take their time when providing their services and Ive never been disappointed with the quality of their work. I went during lunch on a weekday and was in and out with a mani/pedi within an hour (two techs worked on me). Very satisfied.

They did a Great Job I would just recommend making an appointment because sometimes staff isnt always in.
