Cindy’s Nails is the best place I’ve gone for acrylics. I have only had acrylic nails twice, ever. Both times they were horrible. I read the reviews, saw the nail art pics, & I was sold. They did an amazing job. They were so precise & took their time to make soft edges. My nail art looks amazing. I will only be going here from now on. Also, they take extra precautions for COVID. Temperature checks at the door & they disinfect your phone.

It was clean. Friendly. Had a rebase with shellac on tips. Lumpy nails, wish she would have sanded them down so they were all smooth. Instead, i have a blob of acrylic over nail bed on a few and you can feel a dip going out on to the tip. Needed smoothed out.*edit* very impressed with customer service. Received a call from owner this morning- not even 24 hours after appointment offering to fix. I work next 9 days until 7 so can not do that. This place was AWESOME. A little tip: for new customers, parking is DIRECTLY IN THE REAR of this building. It took me 2-3 times circling the building before I figured that one out...which made me about 5 minutes late for my scheduled appointment :(No worriesthough, the staff was totally cool with my tardiness and we got right to looking at polish swatches.The nail technician was very competent and I could tell this salon was managed efficiently and professionally. I got a full set of acrylic tips with rose gold chrome gel polish...the result was ahhhh-mazing! I would highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for high quality service at a great price! The services mentioned above were only 75.00 total....I was so happy with the work I left a 20.00 tip! I should also mention that 2 of the technicians there are skilled in nail art (drawn designs etc) and gel tips.Another major perk that I really love is the opportunity to book appointments online. Absolutely LOVED THIS PLACE!

I can’t recommend Cindy’s Nails enough. I’ve been a loyal customer for 2+ years or so after struggling to find a reputable place that did acrylic with gel. Cindy, Zoom, and the whole team are SO personable, friendly, and funny. They take their time with their attention to detail, which I’m so appreciative for. I love the environment where there’s normally fun banter with other customers and a movie playing.Tips: easily schedule online at least 1-2 weeks before you want to go to guarantee a convenient appointment time, Cindy and Zoom are amazing at acrylic with gel (especially matte), parking out front on Colfax is usually fairly easy but there’s parking in the back, they highly prefer cash payments to keep their prices down but it’s not a hard requirement.

Ive been coming to Cindys nails to see Zoom for a while now and Im never dissatisfied with my nails! Everyone is very friendly and make you feel welcome! I recommend them to everyone that compliments my nails.

I have oily nails, or so Ive been told. Therefore, nail polish, of all kinds, never stays on for too long. Cindys, however, gel manicure stayed on my nails for over two weeks! Truly, I was amazed...how did she do it? If I could afford getting my nails done more often I would definitely go back to Cindys again and again. I cant remember my manicurists name, but I think shes Cindys sister or aunt...? Shes the one whos the best at the hand and arm massages...ask for her! Enjoy!

I am super picky about pedicures. For me, its all about how much effort is put into making my feet nice and smooth, especially in this dry climate. My first experience at Cindys nails was wonderful. Joann did an amazing job smoothing out my heels and did great work painting my nails. I also enjoyed a very relaxing leg massage. I will definitely return!

Small shop, great color selection, call ahead to book (although they fit me in last minute). It’s a clean place. Everyone is friendly. I received an EXCELLENT pedi. She was so thorough. Would def recommend.

Amazing!After my second time here, this is my new nail salon. It’s a cute clean shop with a good stream of movies play on the tv while you get your nails done and endless nail color selections. The ladies do a great job and take no short cuts. I’m not sure if it’s appointment only but I recommend making an appointment (in advance), it’s easy to do online.

Cindy did such an amazing job on my French Fade. She took so much time and care doing the shape and making sure everything was precise and even. I will definitely be back!!

Ive now lived in Charlotte, New York, DC, Virginia and Denver. I judge a place if they can do proper pink and whites (with pink and white acrylic vs painting white on) and based on general wait time. The last two cities, I tried different salons with no success and had to settle for people painting on white tips. I saw good reviews online and decided to try this place. Success on my first visit! I told Cindy that I wanted pink and white and she noticed the last shop had only painted on the white (so it was chipping) and clarified if I wanted real pink and white or to follow what other salon had done. Might not sound much to some, but it told me they know their stuff! Cindy and her team were very friendly, it was affordable and I keep going back. Family owned and run, I would recommend this place and glad I found my new salon in Denver on the first try.

Seriously probably the best manicure and pedicure I have ever had. It was easy to book online, they called 48 hours prior to confirm my appointment. Once I arrived they were attentive and made me feel welcome. I did not get the name of my technician but she might be co-owner, she did an incredible job on my pedicure and also my SNS dip manicure. I work nearby and never thought to go here until I saw the good reviews. Im happy I did! Lena was my technician and my gel manicure is the best Ive ever received. The space itself is nice enought... pretty small, clean, quiet, bare bones. But there are only three ladies working at a time and they are very good at what they do. I will be returning.

I got a pedicure. They managed to squeeze me in on a Saturday. My feet felt smooth for maybe 2 days. So I think they use weak files or something. They really cut your nails down to the point where it could hurt (my friend experienced that) without asking you about what length you prefer. The nail polish lasted. They were nice ladies. The place was very clean. There are massage chairs. They don’t use a scrub on your calves like some places do. I’ve had better pedicures.

I was introduced to Cindy by a co-worker and I have now been seeing Miss Cindy for over 6 years. She is wonderful and takes such good care of my toes, even the problem ones. Her daughters and sister are great. I always feel right at home and recommend to anyone who needs a good salon.

Made an appointment last Saturday for a fill and a pedicure. I showed up for my appointment today and they refused me service. They cancelled my appointment and gave it away to someone else with no notice. I was NOT informed of any new client cancellation policy. They gave me some story about being a new client and I needed to confirm a day ahead of time I still wanted to come in. Of course I did. I booked the appointment, didn’t I? Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Thank goodness Paris Nails got me in before I leave for vacation tomorrow!!!!

Great salon! Went in for a pedicure and they did an amazing job. The pedicure took about an hour (for just the Express option!), the technician was very detailed and friendly, and Im super happy with the results. Ill be back! :)

I’ve been going to Cindy’s Nails for about a year now and absolutely love them. They provide everything from standard manicures through SNS and even acrylics. I have super brittle nails and they helped me find the right style for what I was wanting. Was a acrylics person for years and recently switched to SNS. It was so hard to find someone who could do both in Denver. Super nice, online booking is easy, I always leave happy.

The only reason Im giving them two stars is because they could get me in right away and they were better priced then most places I had look up on the Internet. I had acrylics put on and the guy who did them wouldnt cut them any shorter and they were still long! I also had to wait over 20 minutes to check out once I was done because he was no where to be found. I feel like I could buy stick on nails from Walgreens that look better than my nails. I just moved to the Denver area and this was the first nail salon I went to and Im sad to say I wont be returning. Still on the search for a good nail place!

I cant emphasize how hard it is to find someone who can do a halfway decent job on your nails. It sucks to pay 45+$ only to have your mani chip in 2 days. This place was amazing and went above and beyond. My nail artist was just that, an artist. She did an awesome pink to gold ombré on me and really took her time to make it perfect. I will only go here in Denver from now on!!

I had an awful experience here. Made an appointment and arrived on time, but still had to wait for 45 minutes for a chair. When trimming my nails, the man cut my foot. I yelped and said that hurt! and the man just looked at me. After an hour for a regular pedicure, my nails turned out different color on each foot. When I asked Cindy about it, she said that she had given me a mood pedicure which means that the nail polish (shellac) was responding to my internal body temperature. According to her, since my feet were two different temperatures, the color on each foot turned out different. She told me to wait a day and see that it would change again. That was a crock, she wouldnt refund my money, and I had a bad pedicure and a bleeding foot. Not to mention the over two hours I spent in the shop. Would never go back, nor recommend.

This is the first negative review I have ever written, but it needs to said that this place is aweful. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone who wants quality nails or quality service. They did a horrible job on my sns nails. They did not last one week before three fell off. She made the nails so uneven that I cant even run my fingers through my hair without pulling some hairs out. What was even more upsetting than the quality of the nails, was the unprofessional response I got when I asked for a refund. She refused to give me a refund, despite the fact that the quality of service I was given was unacceptable. DONT WASTE YOUR 💰**HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL**

Are the pictures grabbed from online or other salons? I went here based off a review with pictures of chrome and holo nails. Made an appointment and was quoted $35 for short chrome nails and once I got in they said they dont even have chrome or holo.Shouldve left right there but Im from LA here on a trip and the prices are so much cheaper than home I figured Id still be saving money and just get something not chrome. No big deal right? Showed a picture on pinterest of a design that was frankly pretty simple. What I got was so dramatically different like thanks I hate it. Not only that but the price was double what I was told. I guess too late for a refund or tbeyre not allowed...I said its not close to what I wanted and they kept going. Now a bit later Im realizing the shaping also is pretty uneven..Listen to the bad reviews doe here not the pictures

My daughter scheduled mani-pedis here the Thursday before her wedding. We were contacted several times to confirm the services we wanted and the number of guests. Other reviews have noted it is small, but it is clean and oh so friendly. Other customers told us they drive over 30 min to come to this particular salon because the service is outstanding. I would have to agree. They were kind, not pushy, and my technician even redid my nails from a regular manicure to gel (she had misunderstood my request) all without batting an eye! They were apologetic but efficient in finishing. Dont let the exterior facade prevent you from visiting. They are super sweet ladies!!

First the appointment scheduler called me to reschedule my appointment due to the technician being sick but was able to book me a later time, I then go to my appointment just to find out the technician who was now scheduled to do my nails can’t do ombré only solid colors also can’t do chrome on SNS which I have now! To top it off the lady talking to me was younger on her cell phone couldn’t even look at me or make eye contact with me when I ask well is there a technician that can do ombré she reply’s still looking into her phone yes me but I’m all booked up! So you can’t do chrome SNS which I have now as I hold my hand out then you can’t do ombré only certain technicians can, I left, this was my first time I was going to try this place so I didn’t know only certain technicians knew how to do certain things! Costumer service skills n the way they talk to their clients is poor with no respect especially for new people! First impression means a lot!

The people in the shop are friendly and accommodating However, they cut my cuticles, rather than pushing them back, causing many nicks, two of which are painful today. I believe the best shops know not to cut cuticles, so if thats your preference, too, be sure to let them know .
