Absolutely in love with this place!! Everyone’s so friendly & they genuinely care for their customers. They take their time to make sure you have a good & relaxing experience. 10/10 RECOMMEND this place.

I had an appointment for a manicure but was shuffled off to another tech (a beginner) when a woman wearing a huge fur coat barreled in declaring she did not want to wait 30 minutes.She was immediately given a pedicure, then a manicure. When my manicure was finished the “fur” lady was already well into HER manicure.Clearly my long history with Essence, previously Nail Day, doesn’t count for much. Now using B nails - clean, pleasant and honors appointments.

Delightful nail salon! The people were so nice, very easy to get in for an appointment, and stunning nails to boot. The back massages during the service was amazing too. Only complaint is trying to find (and pay for) parking in Cherry Creek North.Ill definitely be back!

First went to Essence on a whim (open Sundays) and have been going there exclusively since. Reliable, relaxing and competitively priced for Cherry Creek. Love the shoulder massage while nails are drying, though only available during busier times.

The staff was incredibly friendly and complimentary wine didnt hurt either. I was serviced immediately after walking through the door and picking a color and they do take appointments, if you call, which was nice. There is no parking so that made it difficult. The reason Im not giving a 5 star here is because while my experience was wonderful, my polish didnt even last 24 hours before chipping. I got regular polish, not gel, but I work a desk job so there should be no reason for chipping that quickly. It makes me wonder if they dilute their polishes? Regardless, great experience, but I wouldnt recommend getting a regular polish manicure here.

Fantastic!! Just got shellac on my nails and I absolutely love the way they came out. They really do take their time here and actually care that your nails turn out really nice. I would 100x recommend this to all of my friends, especially if they are near cherry creek! Plus they serve wine ;)

I have lived in Colorado for 8 years and have struggled to find a quality nail salon that also charges reasonable prices. I am SO happy that I found Essence Nail Lounge. It is clean and the staff is friendly. Luna is by far the BEST nail technician I have ever experienced. She is very detailed and makes sure my nails look amazing!

I am always a bit skeptical of all positive reviews, but Essence deserves every. single. superlative. From the moment you walk up to the building you will be impressed with how cheery the people and decor are! Mani/pedi done with care and detail. Massages are out of this world. Pricing very reasonable. Cannot wait to go back!!

Best nail salon Ive ever been to! Nails turned out wonderfully and was in a timely manner but still had a wonderful massage and felt very pampered. Also got a bonus shoulder massage as a first time costumer! Beautifully decorated and very pleasant staff.

Great job on the nails. So-so atmosphere. Kind of strange, as you just sit in one long row at a long counter with other people. Nobody was particularly very personable, but they did a fabulous job on my nails!

This is the only place I go for my pedi and mani services! They have a large selection of colors, great massages while you wait, friendly service and always a beautiful and peaceful setting

The service here at Essence is incredible! I always look forward to coming in. The only reason I didnt give five stars is because while the neck massages are incredible, it isnt always ideal while you are getting your manicure! Otherwise, completely pleased, and will always be a return customer!!!

This is a cute nail salon in atmosphere so I keep trying to give it a chance because it’s close to my house. The first time I went there I asked for a buff and wasn’t told until after getting the service that it was an extra $10 charge for mani & pedi. Took my friend back there yesterday for mani & pedis and got the fastest, most half done manicure I have ever received. The lady started cutting my cuticles after my and was barely soaked in water which was unpleasant and pretty much went straight to painting. Probably finished in less than 10 minutes with no lotion or normal manicure treatment. Spent $30 for a glorified color change.The service and the communication ya seemed to lack every time I have been there.

I went in for a silk wrap with gel polish and left after the most expensive manicure I have ever had. The next day, the gel started peeling off and chipping because she used 3 layers of gel polish. I got a parking ticket because it took more than 2 hours. All in all I paid $125 for a simple pink polish look. Very nice people but very disappointing quality/longevity of nails.

This spot is under new management as of a couple months ago. Completely remodeled. Facilities are nice and staff is eager to please. A great experience from a nail snob!

I dont live in Denver but I visit from Aspen at least once a month and am always searching for a good mani/pedi....I finally found one that was better than good, it was fantastic! Very friendly and attentive with good fast skills. The place is clean, quite, comfortable and relaxing. Say yes to the massage that the gentleman that works there gives out. Its well worth it!! I will be back and will bring my husband next time too.

A fantastic pedi. She spent a good amount of time massaging and taking her time overall. I chose the hot stone pedi. I couldve fallen asleep. Then while my nails dried i got a complementary back massage for 10 mins!! Amazing. Totally worth $35!!

The people are so kind and are really easy to chat with. They all do such fantastic work, the pedis and manis (I’ve done regular and gel) are all done so well. They put a lot of time into what they do, and it shows. I’ve been twice and I intend to return again!

Ive been to Essence twice, my first experience was very pleasant but my experience yesterday was probably one of the worst Ive ever had. I have long nail beds and I like to keep my nails shorter than most people. I normally cut my nails/toe nails before I get them done but yesterday I was in a rush and forgot to do it beforehand.As the woman doing my toes (I believe her name was Jagcee) was cutting my toes I asked if she could cut them a little shorter. She didnt speak English so someone had to interpret for her. She looked at me as if I was asking her to lick my feet. I even offered to do it myself because I get its not the most pleasant thing but they refused. She made a huge deal about it, had to get someone else to do it for her, and then was muttering under her breathe & glaring at me for the next hour.It was one of the most tense and least relaxing experiences Ive ever had. I paid $90 including tip for a shellac mani/pedi, and this woman was extremely rude the entire time and clearly pissed that I had asked her to cut & file my nails shorter. It was completely unnecessary and I wont be coming back.

My first time they were very kind. Every time after that I have had a horrible experience. If you ask them to do things a certain way they look at you like youre crazy and they mumble things under their breath making what is supposed to be a relaxing experience super uncomfortable. They are SO rude and unprofessional.

Everyone was so o nice and they gave wonderful neck massages while getting my manicure. They gave out coupons too!

The spa itself is nice, however the staff are unpleasant. They made it very difficult to use my groupon and were very resistant to schedule an appointment. When I finally did use it, they were unpleasant. The gal who appears to be the manager was rude and I do not plan on giving them any future business.

I am a male and they charged $5 to buff my nails. I have never heard of such a thing in 20 years of getting my nails done.
