They’re so sweet there. They shaped and trimmed my toes perfectly and they’re so kind. This is my second time coming to them and I love the results. Kim did my toes this time and I love them. Also if you’re gonna get a pedicure make sure to make it a deluxe one!

Pleasant nail salon in Park Hill with nice staff and affordable prices. They use gel coating for the top coat on s dipping manicure, so ask for dipping top coat of that is your preference. Its located on the south side of the Krameria Shopping Center, where you can also buy groceries, pick up take out, mail a package, and get an adult beverage.

I did not have an appointment but they were able to get me in for a pedicure right away. Great service and amazing value for the price. The leg/foot massage was wonderful. Definitely will return.

I’ve been coming here for 12 years and I’ve never experienced such a poor time than I did today. I’ve had my moments here but this was just horrible. After preparing my nails, the MALE OWNER switched to himself to do my nails. He did two coats of shellac and when I asked to do another because you could see my nail through, he got an attitude and switched me again. Taking off my gel with a big file that she JUST put on. I am so dissatisfied and not pleased. I expect more from any service industry but especially one I’ve shown so much loyalty to. I’m done going here and I no longer recommend this spot. Go anywhere else.

Hannah is my technician and always treats me like a Queen for a day! I get the gels and spa pedicure with hot rocks! Devine! Been a regular customer for over 15 years! The owner knows me by name and is very attentive to making all his customers comfortable. Love this salon!!

Prior to this, I went to another local spot, where I was a regular for years and they never knew my name, or made me feel particularly welcome or appreciated. I’m so glad I have Nail Touch Vy a try, because they are so much more welcoming! The prices are great, the work is top-notch. I am a regular customer of Gina’s, and she is the best! She is honestly the reason why I kept coming back; she truly seems to value her customers. I’ve also seen other techs on occasion and they’ve been great, too. Definitely recommend! I love this place because they are very welcoming and they do a very good job on my nails. It is a very comfortable place and all the ladies are very nice. They have taken steps to keep people safe with social distancing and requiring masks.

I received a gift certificate for Christmas back in 2010. This is the only nail shop i’ve come to since. Everyone is super friendly. The owner is always there to make sure the best customer service is being provided. I’ve probably had 1 bad experience in all the years of come here, but the issue was corrected the very next day. I had good experiences in the past at this store but when I returned there today the person helping me was in such a hurry, she cut me with the nail file on my right middle and ring finger . My fingers were both bleeding . She claimed she cut me because my nails were too short to file . I always wear this length and have never ever been cut. Eventually she said she was sorry but did not offer a refund or get the manager. I will not go back there again

I just moved to the neighborhood and have been looking for a new nail spot, and Nail Touch is a great hidden gem! I can always get in on a walk-in, they are all very friendly, and the manicure is consistently great!

I’ve been here several times now, usually with a different nail technician each time, and always receive an excellent shellac manicure. Their manicures last longer than other places. Most likely because they take their time and are attentive to details. The deluxe pedicure is also wonderful and a great price.

Ive been going here for 20 years, and their customer service is always on point. If you can get in with Hannah your paws are going to look purrrfect.Today I had the best leg and foot rub EVER! They are constantly cleaning, so this is a very safe Covid time luxury.

This place is the paramount example of how to make customers feel safe during COVID. 👍By appointment only, greeted by a tech in a mask, they then wear shields during pedicures, and have plexi screens between you and the tech during a manicure. They have X’d off every other station to keep 6’ distancing and there are saniwipes and hand sanitizer at every station. They even provided me a medical mask when my home-made mask seemed sub-par.They care about their customers and staff and as always...the best mani/ pedi in Denver.Truly a remarkable experience!Thank you, thank you!

Great place and they have always done a good job for me. Definitely recommend Gina, she is fantastic. But if you cant get Gina, they have a new gal by the name of Gigi - she is equally as impressive. Highly recommend both.

Clean and vert professional!

Went in today for a nail job. The owner, I assume, was very nice when I walked in. However, my overall experience was terrible. He sat me down to do my nails almost immediately after I walked in. But, 2 hours later, I walked out with half done nails and a lot of junk left underneath my nails. He didnt even bother to clean them. Constantly throughout my visit he kept getting up and leaving to order the other employees around. 3 times I just sat there for 10 plus minutes waiting for him to just come finish my nails. He kept saying sorry, but it was obvious he didnt mean it. My nails look ok, I guess, but I have never been treated with such blatant disregard. I will NEVER be back. Do not recommend.

A little misunderstanding about the prices

My friend recommended this place to me and Im so glad she did. This place is right down the street from my house and I usually can always get in without waiting. Very clean and very relaxing experience.

Service is generally hit or miss here. They have 3 professional nail techs who do an excellent job. Two are a mother and daughter team who are usually booked with regular customers. I was very loyal to this salon for three years and have referred several people who went once and decided to never return because of the poor quality of work. Another friend got such a horrible infection from this place she had to get part of her finger amputated. You would think all of that would prevent me from returning, yet I continued to give them another chance. Finally I scheduled an appointment with the owner and when I arrived he simply refused to do my nails. He simply stood outside in the parking lot until finally another employee offered to complete the service, odd. I have not returned since. Now I tell everyone to simply avoid this place.

My daughter was visiting from Michigan and I wanted to take her to get her nails done. I have been to this place a couple of times and decided to treat her. This place is so clean and people are very friendly. Will recommend to friends.

This was the worse experience I ever had at any nail shop in Colorado the way they treat certain customers are ridiculous. I am a business owner myself and great customer service goes along way and keeps your business doing well. However I did not experience this here and I will be making a formal complaint.

Great for the price. I never have an issue walking in. Some shellac colors dont hold up well, but they have always touched up free of charge. If youre more organized than me and schedule appointments, always ask for Gina. She is by far the best tech.

Maria did a great job!!! Im in town on business and needed a rebase badly. She took her time and paid close attention to detail. Everyone was friendly and made me feel welcomed. My nails turned out better than I couldve imagined.

The quality and time the nails last is very good but service was terrible. I waited for 2 hours just to get gel as I watched 10 other people walk in without an appointment or anything and be seated right away and have their nails done. Also there were several working sitting on their phones not doing anything. Over all I would say could have been way better service.

Simple and good. You can call ahead or drop in. They give you water, a great pedicure and you are in and out. There are some upsales available and they seem pretty good to me. Nice people.

Fast and efficient

Clean, relaxing environment and very quick with getting me in and out. I have a busy schedule but they always seem to be able to get me in.

I went in Nov. 2015 because a classmate worked there. The owner (I assume) did my nails. He did a good job. However, Dec. 8th, I went for a refill and brought my daughter for a solar gel set on her natural nail. They convinced us that the gel polish would dry as hard as the gel powder. Because of the length of her nails and her job, the polish wasnt hard enough, she didnt like the flex of her nails. We go back the next day, expecting to pay.... We want to change to the gel powder instead of the polish. We were told, You need go another place, you too picky, we take off for you, but you not come back, you too picky. I said, Its too picky to pay for a different service after we asked if this would be hard as gel and its not? He gave my daughter $15 for the polish, but we will NEVER go back there. Even a customer receiving a pedicure was looking like, Huh? Wonder if she went back. The 2 stars are for a good job, but they take over and hour.

The worse service ever. Been a few times and its always the same. Give you the new tech who dont know what she doing. Change prices on you, talk about you. Then wanna give you back 5s in change puhleez. And all i wanted was a pedi and they couldnt do that right no tip for you and Im usually a great tipper. But it was ridiculous today. Done with this old shellac polish. No shaping. Always chipping got the nerve to be bourgeois salon

To me i think the lady i went too was terrible, She wasnt focused. it took bout two hours just for her to do my rebase, i asked for coffin nails, she couldnt do it. She polished my nails which were not right for me...

I have been there twice. The first time I hat cat eyes installed but they never gave me a manicure they just pushed my cuticles back. The staff had no clue how to properly install cats eyes and had to keep reinstalling them because they weren’t mechanically inclined enough to figure out that the magnet needs to be held longer/closer to the nail surface to get a defined “cats eye”. Also my shellac chipped within 48 hours and within 72 hours my hands had multiple chips and lifts. I received a pedicure here too on a separate occasion. This consisted of them using a sanding/power tool half heartedly on my feet. I was so unimpressed. It was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. When I left my toe nails looked good but my feet looked and felt like they had received no love. When I got home I got so much dead skin off of my feet it was a sin. I tipped very high as usual on both occasions but will never choose this location again. It’s a shame too because it’s a stone throw from my house. I get mani/pedis regularly and would never recommend this place.

Bad. They dont know how to shape the coffin shape correctly. They dont know what dipping powder is. I went in there for a nail repair and they picked a whole different color then the other nails and then the shape of the nail looks squared

Black money matters because you accepted mine and treated me indifferent from the others, also my manicure looks like a kid did my nails. I would not recommend this place if you want something for ya money.

I went in on Tuesday and got a rebase with shellac. By Wednesday every nail was chipped. I went back in on Thursday and tried a different color of shellac thinking it must have been the first color because we all know the point of shellac is to last but nope, its now Friday and the new color is completely peeling off as well. I wish there was a way to post a picture to show just how bad they are. AWFUL

Welcoming atmosphere and I am always well taken care of. The wait time might be long especially on weekends so make sure you make an appointment.

Went in today for a pedicure and manicure. The nail tech did both at the same time while I was sitting in the pedicure chair. Lets just say I could have done a better job at home. My fingers and toes look like a weed wacker was taken to them. Definitely the WORST pedi and mani I have every had and coming from a man thats saying a ton. I would pass on this shop if I were you. Some nail tech are ok but but unless youre feeling lucky I would find a different shop to spend your money.

Hours on door say 7:30 its 6:45. I walk-in and ask if they are open. He said yes what you need. I replied with my acrylic nails removed. His response was all my staff gone we are closed. Terrible service!!!

Worst experience I have ever had. I went in to get my powder nails taken off- after about 10 minutes, they cut and popped off each nail, which I could have done at home, and broke every one of my nails. $10 later and I was extremely disappointed. I would not suggest this place to anyone.
