This place totally sucks now. They have the nerve to charge for everything!! Services that should be already included they up charge for. Poor quality of service for an increased price. I used to really enjoy going to this nail salon but now I will never waste another penny here. You get less for way more. If you bring your own polish they charge you. You have shellac polish they charge you to remove it in a rebase. Like seriously!?!? How do you charge for everything single thing. Some things should just be included especially when it’s basic ish? I’m over them. Now I’ve wasted money for something I could have done at home. They don’t have to worry about seeing me or my daughter again. and I wouldn’t recommend this business to my peers. Went in for a full set & pedicure. They started doing both at the same time. There was 1 other person in the place. Jenny who did my pedicure was pretty good. The older lady who did my nails was rushing & rude!

Love! Love! Love this place! The nail salon does an amazing job to create such artistic nails and the repair work they administer to my dry feet is beyond rejuvenating!! Judy is my all time favorite esthetically! The entire place is so clean, sanitized and such attention to social distance requirements! I feel so safe in this establishment!

The owner (the lady) is HORRIBLE!!!! My daughter was getting a pedicure and this lady was bullying her and making jokes about her and her appearance. When we got up to leave she said I better pay because people like me usually don’t.

It was horrible she was messy she made me bleed she didnt finish my manicure when I went back to make sure that they hadnt charged me the manicure Kevin the manager was super rude I paid for shellac and as you can see she didnt even care to cover the tips of my nails worst service ever

I went in to get a full set on my nails and toes as well as my eyebrows I had schedule a appointment for 5 and when I arrived I was told they do not make appointments they then proceeded to ask if I was ok waiting ten minutes which turned in to a 30 minutes there was a lot of people waiting area so I waited in the car after waiting 15 minutes I went to check and was asked to wait another 15 after I went to check to see if it was my turn I was told I had to wait for everyone else who walked in after me because I waited in the car. I absolutely do not recommend them for anything

$88 for a regular gel manipedi that wasnt done very well. Love the color but it looms like my nails have already grown out because the Polish doesnt meet my cuticle...The woman pulled the cuticle away on my toes instead of clipping it away.

Don’t recommend. Have been here twice, nails keep breaking and aren’t built correctly. Got my nails done Friday, came back to get my nail fixed since it broke the next day and was charged still to fix the nail. If you want to waste your money and time l, be my guest. Will not be back. Would give it zero stars if I could.

Yeah there are many nail salons that are better an angel nail and spa. Went in today to get a rebase left with centimeter deep cut on a cuticle. I was not offered a discount for the service or a free nail color just told that will be $29 for my cuticle to be bleeding.

Had a scheduled appointment, i walk in and every seat is taken.. they made me go back outside and wait to be called. I scheduled an appointment to not wait in line, so I leave.. they call me after 20 minutes saying I’m next in line, I then explained to him that I’m going somewhere else due to not having me scheduled for my appointment and he says “okay that’s fine” & hangs up on me. First experience here and never scheduling here again!

There is a reason they only have 2 stars. My sister got her nails redone here and they did not put acrylic over the whole nail just the bottom and now 2 days later they are so thin she was pull her pants down and it literally just popped at how think they are. She called to see if she can get them fixed and was told that she would have to oay! Such a poor quality shop. Do not recommend

This place is a budget friendly nail salon where you can get good quality for the low prices. $20-25 for a gel mani here vs $30-40 at most other nail salons. The staff is friendly if you treat them friendly. The only time I see them being unfriendly is when the customer is rude. Basically treat them with respect and youll get a better job done and treated with respect in return. They have no problem upping the price or sending you to another salon if they dont like how you are treating them.

I WISH THERE WAS A 0 STAR! This place seriously over priced for bad nails, took my grandmother and aunt there and it was one of the worst experience ever. They gave me cuts all over my fingers and told me just to wash it off, over priced for nails that cracked the next day. Place was not clean the walls had mold everywhere honestly never going again!!!

They are not clean They lady was rinsing off the pedicure equipment in the sink we wash our hands in never sterilized it and put it back under the sink to be used on the next customer.... I took my own polish and she wanted to charge me $10 just for their top coat because it was gel polish.

Emily is the only person who can do good nails, they have attitudes and when you make a statement they wanna argue with you instead of taking the feedback! Kim has a bad attitude and acts too good to do nails. First time she did my nails she cut my cuticle and didn’t care, she told me I was just fine !

This is my second time going here since I moved here in October and I’m in love...😍 they take their time and I always leave feeling even sexier than I was when I walked in🤷🏾‍♀️

This place is budget friendly, but you get exactly what youre paying for. I had the worst manicure and pedicure here. My gel polish was sloppy and my toes actually hurt after the pedicure. The guy was using a cuticle trimmer to RIP the skin from my toenails. It was awkward and Ive never had a pedicure that hurt. Maybe they do fake nails better, but I wouldnt risk my money here.

I got a rebase done on Friday, February 7th, 2020. My nail broke on Saturday, February 8th, 2020. It was snowing bad on Sunday and Monday. I went back in on Tuesday, February 11, 2020. I asked to get my nail fixed, the male sitting at the front table stated that it was $4 to fix my nail. I then asked why do I have to pay and he started telling and stating that I am not getting free service. Then the lady next to him started telling as well which I believe is his wife. At no time did I raise my voice but he still decided to continue to tell and then his wife told him not to say anything else and they ignored me. If anyone read this, please do not go the this place because they do not know how to treat their customers and mainly minority people support them.

Very rude owner. The staff talks among themselves about the customers. When you say the way you want your nails, they do not accommodate in fact it upsets them. The most hateful and unprofessional staff at any nail shop I have ever been to in the past 15 years!!!!!! They are not in any way shape or form wanting to please their customers. They want you to sit down be quiet and let them do your nails the way they want. Very dissatisfied and I only put a star because you have to to put your review.

Went last week, got a mani/pedi deluxe with cotton candy polish and white tips. $ 46, with a healthy tip, no problem. I go today for just a mani with cotton candy polish and white tips, now its $6 extra for white tips that was $3 last week on just your hands. I tip too well to change the price on me, when I asked her why, now its we used two polishes so now we charge more! On top of that the manicure was a rushed job. Lost a good customer today is all I can say about that.

This place has the worst customer service. The owner has no respect for his customers and now all of his employees have started to act just like him!! They think because you dont speak their language they can talk about you! They are rough and dont show any respect. I also got a nail fungus from there. Had to go to the dr for antibiotics. My pedicure ended up costing me a lot of money. Please dont waste your time or money going to this place. If you have kids definitely dont take them with you. My kids are grown but I have seen how the owner tries to scold other peoples children even if its the kid moving a chair to sit on!!!

Excellent service. I always call ahead to make an appointment. Emily, Kevin, Ana, and Jin are the best! May daughters and I get our gel manicures, pedicures, and eyebrows waxed there at least once a month.

When I go it’s a fast and nice customer service,Only thing that may of happened is that it’s been a while I haven’t gone and they change owner I see all this negative comments witch were all free to say what we experienced. This only in my opinion and my experience thank you.

This place is extremely rude and inconsiderate!! I called and made anappointment letting them know I was on my way. Traffic was worse than expected and I called to let them know and the phone was busy. I come in 6 mins late and the manager POINTS to a chair and says I have to now wait 30 more mins because the person I wanted took a walk-in KNOWING I was on my way AND there were 3 other available nail techs sitting the the pedicure chairs!!! When I said I called to let them know I was going to be late and the line was busy he said I should have called again...NEVER SPENDING MY MONEY HERE AGAIN

This place is utterly deplorable. The manager or whatever he is was just as rude as the woman doing my nails. I told her she needed to redo one finger and she flat out refused. When the manager got someone else to do it, the new woman said four fingers needed to be redone. They then tried to charge me full price even after the bad experience I was having. Unbelievably unprofessional - buyer beware!

Went in for a full set and deluxe pedicure and these people are so rude. They rushed me through the service, cut my cuticles terribly bad, my fingers were left with a thin but hard milky film on them, i will not return.

Worst nail salon Ive ever been to!!!! I went to get an acrylic nail fill and gel polish and it literally started chipping that night! Never in life have I had a fresh gel polish job done in a salon and have it deteriorate so quickly.I dont live in Denver but travel there often. I sent the guy who did my nails a picture of my receipt and my chipped nails to his cell phone. I called to see about a refund on the gel or some sort of compensation since I wouldnt be back in town for a while and he gave me attitude and asked what was I doing for it to chip?!?!Needless to say I got nothing out of it and the rest of my nails are starting to chip as well. Please save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere!

The lady who was doing my friends acrylic nails messed up her nails, she was going fast and not taking her time and when asked to fix the 3 nails she messed up she refused and starting talking to the manager and ignoring us.

Pesimo if you are Hispanic they treat you differently than the other races 3 times the same thing happened to me and the owner is rude arrogant do not disinfect things have to disinfect everything and they do not infected my nail when cut me wrong I told them k not cut it put me glue d nails to stop the blood put me 3 more things and did not stop bleeding I had k emergency go did not stop pain was too much pain and I took the nail the next day x little lose my finger was very serious infection
