They force you to purchase the more expensive options for asbestos results (same day or next day). If you choose standard (3day-5day) turnaround, it is realistically anywhere from 5-day to 10-day. You cant ask for a 3-day turnaround, cause it wont happen. I JUST got off the phone and was told the 23 samples I turned in last week for normal asbestos analysis would now take an additional 3 weeks! HOWEVER, if I opt to have them on a rush turn around, I can get results same day. What kind of sick game is this? So now my samples that were supposed to be delivered today will be still delivered, but I have to pay more now? This feels like a hostage negotiation.They have free drinks, and the receptionist is friendly, so they get a second star for that.

I’ll do my part as a contractor that received their contact info from Home Depot to encourage my hone base Home Depot to refer another company.No excuse for that type of behavior. Dropped off test samples at 9 in the morning had results by noon. Very good at what they do name something tested thats the place to go.

Courteous service, and available to the public for testing. the process is so easy: just bring a sample and a baggie and register your job information. Bring cash or check for payment. Results via email!

Was referred here from the store that I purchased my floor material from for an asbestos test on pre-existing vinyl I currently have. First impression is everything and the person that answered the phone was very rude with me and lacked customer service skills. My first question was how are you today? and I got a condescending answer followed by a scripted summary of what I needed to do. Not sure if the store has a deal with this agency but I would steer clear and look for another company for your services.

The staff was very helpful. It can seem like it would be an intimidating process, but they made it simple.

Office manager is great and the receptionist desk is professional and they are always willing to assist you with their kiosk.

This is a great lab for quick turnarounds on testing. Ive (unfortunately) had to use them several times in the past few weeks since I recently purchased a very old home, but I will continue to use them as I take on new projects to make sure all the work I do is done safely.

Thank goodness for asbestos testing labs in general. Fast friendly service here and reasonable prices. I have more samples to bring in. Will definitely use this place regularly.

If you are needing economy samples done, calibrate your clients that it takes forever to get these done. They say 3-5 days but they put these jobs behind rush jobs, so only pick this sampling time if you absolutely do not care if you ever get these results back.
