Our house is a designated Denver Landmark and were choosy about who does work on it. Asbestos Professionals was able to remove asbestos wrapped heating pipes and sledgehammer out a 400 lb boiler coated in asbestos plaster-like substance that was built in the basement. The end result was a squeaky clean air quality report from a third party testing company. The crew (Vincent, Toby and Elias) showed up when expected, stayed late, answered questions, and communicated extremely well. All this and a great price to boot. So rare these days.

We recently purchased a home and had popcorn ceilings in two bedrooms and a small hallway. We contacted 3 companies for quotes on removals and Asbestos Professionals came in with the lowest bid.The good: 1) They were able to come out quickly to give us a bid. 2) All the people we talked to were friendly (especially Susan in the office). 3) The popcorn ceilings were removed!Why Im giving four stars instead of five: 1) their communication wasnt very proactive. I felt like I was the one who had to reach out to find out any information about the timeline of the project. 2) They took A LOT of paint off our walls. And yes, I understand thats a little par for the course to ensure a contained area, but I heres what I know: The work crew was instructed to stay late and wrap upon a Friday night when we were told they wouldnt be done until Saturday. I appreciate and was surprised that they finished early, but it felt like there was a less care taken in the cleanup which resulted in a lot of (superficial) damage to door frames, paint on walls, etc.All that being said, I am grateful for the work they did and for giving us peace of mind for this new space. I would contact them for bids for future work.

Terrible company. Never trust them with anything. They rented our equipment damaged it and refused to pay the damages. Even got angry and disrespect my business partner and I. Terrible people

I had a time crunch with my building inspector going on vacation. These guys (Oscar, Tony, and Jeremy I believe) stayed late every day to get my project done early so that he could sign off on it before he left. This was despite the work being more difficult due to a thicker layer of plaster that they didnt expect. They were super friendly and competitively priced. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs asbestos abatement performed to code.

We had an apartment fire in our apartment building and afterwards there was asbestos everywhere in all of the units. Jerry, Victor and Michael did an awesome job getting it cleaned up quickly (once the insurance people quit dragging their feet and approved the clean up) and saving as much of our possessions as they could. They even cleaned the things they were able to save at their own cost, which they were under no obligation to do. The whole team was very nice and professional. I highly recommend this company if you need their services. When I think of good business practices, this company definitely fits the bill.

Will and Eric were great. I had originally hired another abatement company who flat out lied to me about when they could do the work. When I called Asbestos professionals and advised them of the problem, they immediately jumped into action. They were always friendly and worked overtime to help me get the work done when I needed. My entire restoration project would have ran into a two week delay if Will and Eric were not so quick to help out.

I had the pleasure of working with Asbestos Professionals after a burst toilet supply caused significant damage in Longmont. Ceilings and walls that were positive for asbestos had to be removed. Will did the estimate and was able to get the crew out very fast. The crew was very professional and courteous. The apartment was left clean and ready for the drywallers to come in. The price was the original estimate which was significantly lower than other estimates. Communications with the office was excellent - someone was available even after normal business hours. I hired asbestos professionals to evaluate and mitigate asbestos in my ducts and they did an excellent job. On the front end of the project, Steve came out and took nearly 90 minutes walking me through the problems in my house, educating me on all of the different abatement options, and helping me figure out the best choice for me and my family. He was professional, patient, and thoroughly knowledgable. When Eduardo came out to perform the abatement work, I was even more impressed. He too was professional, patient, and thorough. He spent more time than budgeted for, and made sure I was absolutely satisfied with each and every project before moving on to the next. The workmanship as top notch and the customer service was second to none. As strange it sounds, I very much enjoyed having these asbestos folks in my home. They gave me the peace and security I needed in trying to protect my family from asbestos.
